Nice hotel 👍 The service is friendly, the rooms are beautiful and cozy, and there are blackout curtains. The spa is wonderful; we had a great time with friends on tour. The snow room was impressive. The restaurant prices are also reasonable. I liked it 👍

My stay was okay, but this hotel is nowhere near a 5-star standard.
While we were upgraded to a bigger room, the hotel has too many issues to justify its rating or pricing. The first thing I noticed was holes in the towels, something you would never expect at a so-called 5-star property.
On the first night, there was brown water, followed by no water at all for about four hours, which is completely unacceptable.
I also had an unpleasant experience with staff attempting to charge me for a broken water bottle in the minibar, which was not caused by me. This felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.
Room service was extremely overpriced, lacked flavor, and was overall tasteless. The food was delivered wrapped in aluminum foil, which is not what you expect from 5-star room service.
The room itself was missing basic amenities no coffee machine, only cheap instant coffee, and the bathroom had no soap or shampoo at all as the dispensers were empty.
Overall, while the stay was manageable, this hotel does not meet 5-star expectations in service, amenities, or attention to detail. Very disappointing for the category it claims to be in.

I liked everything very much! And the hotel, and the spa areas themselves, and massage. I got a lot of pleasure. The staff is smiling and pleasant, they politely answered all questions and helped me find the places I needed. Swedish table in the hotel is quite decent. In general, I recommend and want to come again.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, excellent service. But the main plus is the spa! One of the best I've ever been in. Special thanks for the cool relax-massage. If I'm in town again, I'll stay here.

Spa Tsunami is the perfect place to relax your mind and body. Everything was wonderful! Very friendly staff! Only the waiter-bartender in the restaurant spoiled the experience. Arrogant, unfriendly, he also made a latte with ice-cold milk, without foam (in fact, it turned out just coffee with milk from the refrigerator). They asked to warm it up - they brought boiling water ...

A day of stay, everything is spa, relax- massage, champagne and dessert in the room, the room is decorated with rose petals, the perfect Swedish line in the morning with a balanced meal! Everywhere coolers with drinking water, it's very convenient! I was in a Scandinavian style room! I was 200% satisfied! 2 floors of comfortable, thoughtful luxury! I recommend! Simply the best! I was completely delighted! Exceeded my expectations! Now the package offer from Tsunami is my favorite gift for loved ones and, of course, pamper yourself! ?
