The very good things you will automatically see is politeness, good services, very helpful with enquiries and certainly professionalism on how the place actually is and works. It has good vibes the rooms you book ...clean and match the description on what the hotel advertised and offers. Location ideal ...food well prepared and good portions ....good coffee. I came to hotel with my smile and left smiling because I got to relax and unwind.

Stayed in a double standard. Room: spacious, clean, is relatively inexpensive Minibar. The Windows looked out onto the street - noisy. Parking at the hotel there. The restaurant menu does not correspond to reality, ordered the omelet with tomatoes and ham - the eggs. It is not clear why the pancakes in the menu write in the plural. But the most unpleasant is an extract from the hotel - will have to wait until the maid checks the room suddenly stole water for 15 UAH from the Minibar!!!! This attitude towards customers is unacceptable!!!

All super, friendly staff, spacious rooms, Slippers and Bathrobe, hot water, security in the lobby,delicious Breakfast! The only minus is the weak wifi in the rooms

The hotel is close to the city centre, but despite this, the room was pretty quiet. The room is heated very well, I would even say too much (good was the heater control, but had to open the balcony for ventilation). I wish for the price the room had a kettle and couple of cups. Very clean rooms, good soundproofing, the hotel itself is small, as for me it is also a plus. The bed and pillow were pleasantly surprised. Disadvantage of this hotel is the Breakfast. Location is chosen with a colleague a La carte Breakfast, in the morning when Breakfast was served, the girl mixed up the orders. Separately want to mention the terrible taste of the dishes is so disgusting Breakfast I have ever tasted in any hotel. If you will have the opportunity to have Breakfast in a different place, you better play it safe and eat somewhere nearby. Overall liked the hotel.
