Made up for a poor initial experience and overall a good stay
A very comfortable place to stop
The place was amazing easy stay also easy to get to Aberdeen Centre
The location to go to training center is good ! But little far from city center and restaurants !
The hotel was nice with good sized room & helpful staff.   I’m not a fan of bath with a shower curtain but that’s probably my only negative.
Amazing from start to finish couldn’t have asked for better

The stay was really good and the rooms were luxurious as shown in the images. Totally met my expectations in terms of location, service and food. We stayed here just for a night but felt amazing about the entire experience. The staff is really good and helpful and available all the time when you need them. Will definitely book this place next time whenever I am travelling up North.
We had a lovely stay, were with friends for a belated birthday, food was good & the bed was super comfy.
On pulling back the sheets a pair of ladies briefs was discovered in the bed. Suggests the bed was not changed from previous guests. Reception was not apologetic and did not rectify or compensate. Very poor. It took an hour to check out because reception claimed we had not paid It tried to contact yourselves and could not resolve. I had evidence that I had paid yourselves. Complete waste of my tine...
Great staff, smashing location and building. I didn't eat there except for breakfast, which was fine with lots of options.
Pleasant reception staff for checking in The room was spotless with coffee making . The breakfast was excellent would recommend
Room was spacious and facilities provided also excellent. Only location a bit far from town.

Great place to stay near town centre is a car park opposite as paid parking. Amazing staff friendly helpful and great menu to suit all as at Hilton and less choice and much further away from centre highly recommend will stay again. Great food thanks for your kindness
The bathroom is too small, and no disposable toiletries or bottled water are provided. Do I need to bring a pair of slippers when I travel?
Very good Facilities Sanitary Environment Service
Hotel nice and room big but it was very warm and disturbed sleep and breakfast wasn't very warm.
The room is big. The price of more than 1000 per night feels a bit expensive. The facilities are a bit old and the carpet is not clean
Buffet breakfast was lovely, nice touch with the pancake maker. Staff very friendly, nice ambience. Clean rooms.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is nice, clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful as I'm lactose intolerant and they were able to accommodate this. 👍🏻⭐️
Meeting up with family so only booked room only
I’ve been staying here for the last few years whenever I’m away with work and visit multiple times throughout the year. It’s a great hotel in a really convenient location, with plenty of parking and lots of shops just across the road. The food is excellent – both breakfast and evening meals are always very good – and the rooms are comfortable. The best part of the hotel is the staff. From reception...
“Visited this morning for breakfast at the Holiday Inn Westhill, buffet breakfast everything was cooked to perfection and hot, plenty to chose from, healthy options also available along side bacon, eggs, black pudding etc. Everything you could ask for breakfast, served as help yourself so you could take what amount you like. Staff very welcoming. Very good visit, will come again
No issues and a good breakfast
When we arrived we were put in a double bedroom which they kindly changed for us into a x2 single bedroom which we originally wanted. We where put in a room where the bed was horrid to a point my sister fell, management came up and no sign of sympathy was shown. We were moved to a room which we thought was better, unfortunately it wasn't, my bed kept moving, light wasn't working and no heating in the...

Lovely clean room with separate shower and bath . Breakfast was divine
I’ve stayed here many times and generally enjoy it, however I’m now seeing cracks in the quality against the price. I had room service for the first time which had an automatic 12.5% gratuity which I know is normal these days but also a £4 tray charge. Tray charge for one meal is just outrageous.
Breakfast was good, service very good. Dinner and service at night was excellent. very enjoyable stay.
Lovely hotel. Easy bus journey into town and back again. Food good although could be warmer. Lots of choice at breakfast. Meals in restaurant not particularly to our taste. Staff very helpful and mini fridge in room was great for fresh milk for our cup of tea.
When I arrived my room was close to a very noisy party . I asked at reception to move rooms and the staff were very helpful and accommodated my request.
What a pleasant surprise! It's a very cozy and comfortable little hotel with a great design, and the breakfast is delicious.

We were coming for a special event and asked for a lovely room, we were very pleased with the room and the staff and the breakfast was first class, would def stay again.
The place is very very nice, cut and the the workers are also friendly
Nice hotel...it is a vintage design but have good facilities. I have big parking area at the back
I stayed overnight in Aberdeen and chose the Mercure Aberdeen Caledonian Hotel for its convenient location near Union Square and the train station. While some areas of the hotel reflect its age and could benefit from modernization, the rooms were still comfortable and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff and concierge were incredibly welcoming...
The hotel was a stone throw from all main attractions in the city. Short walk to the theatre, art gallery and restaurants and bars. The staff working were lovely, well mannered, attentive and happy to help. The room was large and spacious. As you are in the city centre we found the downfall was noise levels. Drunken people and for some reason drilling could be heard in the night. The windows are thin...
The room I was in is slanted, so the bed is slanted. Didn't sleep well. Told reception, and they moved me to another room that is also slanted. So that doesn't fix my problem but the staff was friendly and tried. I guess there isn't much they can do to fix the room problem. Everything seems really old and the room design is not good with only 2 plugs in the room. One for the fan and one for the TV...

Great room, lovely staff, well looked after and fabulous food with excellent service
Friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely. Some of the rooms are really nice and big, some a bit smaller
Warm welcome at reception. Lovely room. Lovely evening meal
My third stay at this hotel in past few months. Staff and food were as good as ever, but this time my room (Room 6) was not particularly good. See attached images of torn curtains, torn wallpaper, stained ceiling and rusty radiator in bathroom. The wardrobe was also tiny due to it backing on to a lift shaft. I would gladly stay here again, but certainly not in Room 6.
Room was huge for Great Britain! Very clean and comfortable with plenty of space to move around. Parking was a little tight but we managed. After a long day of traveling, it felt like I had won the lottery!

Very nice hotel a little gem actually. Very clean, excellent staff, outstanding food, good parking all in all a wonderful experience, will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
Customer service was excellent and good availability of car parking. Close proximity to the P&J arena. From the photos on the website I thought the rooms might be a bit outdated but on arrival it actually had a cosy and welcoming feel about it. Room was comfortable and heating was on when we arrived which was really appreciated as it was a cold evening. Room was clean and facilities were great. Bathroom...
Nice quiet room with the bonus of a hand held shower head in the ensuite (as well as fixed head if that is what you like). Staff were pleasant and helpful. Plenty of parking space. Good breakfast. We attended a private dinner party in the library one evening and we also had an excellent meal in their own restaurant the following evening.
Didnt have breakfast. Evening meal was good and tasty. Lighting in room 15 was very poor. No main lighting in bedroom. Felt quite dark. Room clean. Staff pleasant and helpful in all areas.
Great variety at breakfast. Choice of continental buffet, including overnight oats. Then, as part of the B&B deal, could also get a hot breakfast as well. Bar cosy, with a lovely open fire. Seems a popular local venue for functions. Staff cheerful and helpful despite the hotel being full and functions on. Note, no lift so be prepared to carry bags up stairs. Rooms very warm but windows do open...

The hotel was clean and had a comfortable feel to it. The staff were friendly both in reception and the restaurant which also provided good food. The room was exceptionally high standard. The only downside was a constant low frequency noise which continued throughout the night. It sounded like an air con generator but definitely some sort of machinery. For this reason, only 4 stars allocated. Other...
Lovely hotel, nice rooms , staff were pleasant and friendly. They were also very efficient as it was a very busy restaurant in run up to Christmas
Lovely hotel with great staff, excellent food and cosy rooms Really couldn’t fault it. Large car park Room was nice and quiet Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices
All staff were very welcoming and friendly. Food at dinner and breakfast was excellent. Would definitley recommend.
The hotel is in a residential area and has safe parking. The breakfast was wonderful and the bar and restaurant looked inviting in the evening. The thing that let the hotel down was that the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Note - we learnt as we checked our that if you phone the hotel to book they will match all pricing found online and usually give you a better room than an *****...

The hotel is great with parking free but the toliet water is alittle small and hope it could be improve with amenities given as well
Great hotel, loads of snow in Aberdeen during the stay, schools, college's and University's all closed, villages cut off but the staff at the Palm Court struggled through regardless of low food supplies due to cancelled food deliveries. Room warm and spotless.
Great venue for our stay in Aberdeen! Room was beautiful, clean and spacious, same for the bathroom. The restaurant was wonderful, everything we ate, both breakfast and dinners were delicious. The staff was helpful, warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Linda at the front desk for her wonderful energy, all her help and advices! We would definitely go back!
Comfy, clean , well equipped bedroom and bathroom. Food from dining room was very good and all staff very friendly
Staff were fabulous, room spotless, breakfast was amazing, only slight hiccup was I specifically phoned the hotel after making the booking to ensure I wanted a twin room as was with my daughter, I was told this was added to the notes etc so was pretty disappointed to see a double bed!! Luckily there was a spare twin room available which we were able to swap to, other than that everything was excellent...
Great room. Very friendly staff. Good food in the bar and they put the football on when I requested it. Would stay again

Room was clean and spacious, staff excellent throughout. Food decent
The hotel serves its purpose for one night. Could feel the spring in the mattress so had to is the duvet to dilute the effect. Other than that it was ok.
Lovely place. Convenient and walkable. Great food and good hospitality.
It's always good here. The food will cheer you up, even if you've had a really bad day. Top Restaurant. Top breakfast. Shower. Towels provided. Tea, coffee, water provided. Staff great. Bar great. It's convenient for me for what I need to do. Sure I'll be back at some point.
Excellent We could not fault our stay at The Dutch Mill, the staff were friendly, the restaurant was great with plenty to choose from on the menu. The room was tastefully decorated and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
Very comfortable 2 night stay with great breakfast and evening meal. Very enjoyable and lively Bar to round off a great evening.

My trie room is a double bed + single, with ample of space for a tube arm chair and a comfy office chair with rollers. You got all one needs for daily. All function well. Best location to bus station and train.  Big shopping mall, variety of chain eateries. M&S food is by the end of the mall.  Service is efficient and sincere. Clean and best spring supported mattress & pillows among the hotels I used...
Good facilities, easy check in and access from train station. Great location for all attractions and good value for money.
I've stayed at Leonardo a few times now and always meets the specs. The reception person, Travis was very kind and friendly and made the visti very welcoming. The room again was very clean, your full amenities- soap, shampoo, fridge, kettle facilities. Everything was fantastic, will be staying here again no doubt!
Nice hotel near the railway station and bus station.
Perfect tly placed and friendly staff, room clean and spacious couldn't ask for more
