I've stayed at Leonardo a few times now and always meets the specs. The reception person, Travis was very kind and friendly and made the visti very welcoming. The room again was very clean, your full amenities- soap, shampoo, fridge, kettle facilities. Everything was fantastic, will be staying here again no doubt!

Loved the location of the hotel for drinks and eating out. Easy 10 minutiae drive to various places. Great there was options for parking. Lovely, friendly and welcoming hotel. We had a little trouble with our room on the first night (noise from our room location) we mentioned it at reception and were moved room within 5 minutes. Very thankful and helpful.

The hotel was nice with good sized room & helpful staff.   I’m not a fan of bath with a shower curtain but that’s probably my only negative.

The stay was really good and the rooms were luxurious as shown in the images. Totally met my expectations in terms of location, service and food. We stayed here just for a night but felt amazing about the entire experience. The staff is really good and helpful and available all the time when you need them. Will definitely book this place next time whenever I am travelling up North.

We had a lovely stay,were with friends for a belated birthday, food was good & the bed was super comfy.

On pulling back the sheets a pair of ladies briefs was discovered in the bed. Suggests the bed was not changed from previous guests. Reception was not apologetic and did not rectify or compensate. Very poor. It took an hour to check out because reception claimed we had not paid It tried to contact yourselves and could not resolve. I had evidence that I had paid yourselves. Was a reasonably priced stay for 2 adults overnight in the city centre. Parking is restricted so get there as early as possible. Nice breakfast and double room. We had to trudge several sets of stairs to get to and from our room, but it was an old converted building.

The tables in the dining area are much too low for anyone to eat off, I had to have my plate on my knee which is not what dining out is about. Burger was cold and in a strange kind of bun. Not good.

Stayed here to go to a gig at P&J Live Arena Aberdeen as it is located right beside the venue. The hotel was excellent. It had restaurant and bar facilities. Room was lovely too. Breakfast lovely but long queues. Would definitely stay again

Very convenient for my conference at P&J live which is literally a stone throw away. Front dest is efficient and helpful. Room is clean and spacious. No significant noise despite near the airport. About 30 min bus ride to the centre, bus stop is 2 min walk away.

Great hotel, facilities, breakfast and staff but you need a degree to work the TV, which while it had hundreds of channels most of them were foreign and not suitable for UK visitors. It was a bit of a trek from city centre but 20 minutes wasn't too bad.

“Visited this morning for breakfast at the Holiday Inn Westhill, buffet breakfast everything was cooked to perfection and hot, plenty to chose from, healthy options also available along side bacon, eggs, black pudding etc. Everything you could ask for breakfast, served as help yourself so you could take what amount you like. I’ve stayed here many times and generally enjoy it, however I’m now seeing cracks in the quality against the price. I had room service for the first time which had an automatic 12.5% gratuity which I know is normal these days but also a £4 tray charge. Tray charge for one meal is just outrageous.

When I arrived my room was close to a very noisy party . I asked at reception to move rooms and the staff were very helpful and accommodated my request.

The room I was in is slanted, so the bed is slanted. Didn't sleep well. Told reception, and they moved me to another room that is also slanted. The hotel is in a residential area and has safe parking. The breakfast was wonderful and the bar and restaurant looked inviting in the evening. The Athol is a cosy hotel in a nice residential area in Aberdeen. The service is first class, the bar and restaurant was comfortable. Parking is free. Breakfast is good

Great hotel, loads of snow in Aberdeen during the stay, schools, college's and University's all closed, villages cut off but the staff at the Palm Court struggled through regardless of low food supplies due to cancelled food deliveries. Room warm and spotless.

The room I was in was as hot as hell, there was a fan in it but the windows didn’t open and it was very hard to sleep. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom and the wallpaper was torn in places. The hotel itself was in a great location and the staff did try to help, I don’t know what amenities there were, they didn’t even have an ice machine.

Helpful friends staff. There was an issue with hot water one day but I was moved immediately to another room. Staff even carried my bag for me. Weather got hot, when I returned from lunch staff had put a very good fan into the room without me asking or commenting. Proactive service is rare and deserves praise and high marks. This hotel is also good value for money.

Everything is okey, is near to all union square and it is easy for me and my dad to walk around. However, the room is a bit outdated but still okey for us.

It was a nice stay, however slight mix up at the desk, but quickly resolved. Room was nice and tidy, only one complain was there was a cigarette dout next to the kettle, however it was all clean, that was the only disappointment about the experience, so all in all a very nice stay.

Nice quiet room with the bonus of a hand held shower head in the ensuite (as well as fixed head if that is what you like). Staff were pleasant and helpful. Plenty of parking space. Good breakfast. We attended a private dinner party in the library one evening and we also had an excellent meal in their own restaurant the following evening.

My third stay at this hotel in past few months. Staff and food were as good as ever, but this time my room (Room 6) was not particularly good. See attached images of torn curtains, torn wallpaper, stained ceiling and rusty radiator in bathroom. The wardrobe was also tiny due to it backing on to a lift shaft. I would gladly stay here again, but certainly not in Room 6.

Room was huge for Great Britain! Very clean and comfortable with plenty of space to move around. Parking was a little tight but we managed. After a long day of traveling, it felt like I had won the lottery!
