Aberdeen, Malcolm Rd, Bucksburn (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Good overall. Cheap price with decent room and service. Inconvenient location.
I enjoyed my stay and have booked again as it’s convenient for my needs.
Good place with good facilities at hand
Nice location, not far from the airport.
For a one night stay it's acceptable. The entire place is very dated but the room was clean enough (just). It's pet friendly so my dog stayed too. Convenient if attending an event at P&J Live.
Hotel staff very friendly. If you needed anything they would bend over backwards to help you. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely be back 😀

I really appreciated the help and service I received from Ewelina in the restaurant and all other staff members were extremely helpful with any queries I had .
Pretty average which is what it is I suppose. Only one towel for two people. No seat. No sockets by one side of the bed. And it’s not really in the city centre.
Prompt service, clean rooms with excellent showers and comfy beds. Best hotel stay in Aberdeen so far.
I came to Aberdeen after a long 9 hour train journey to bring my daughter to University. The staff at the Premier were so welcoming and kind. It was late but I had a very nice meal in the restaurant and a much needed drink. I stayed in the hotel for two nights and enjoyed some delicious breakfasts and dinners, service was excellent and great food choices. Room was great size, bed was comfy and great...
I enjoyed my stay at Premier Inn the rooms are very comfortable. Good Service at the bar with friendly staff
Very clean, quiet hotel with very friendly staff. Parking full and too small but cheap paying public parking opposite. Very nice and affordable full breakfast.

Good size room, mattress very firm which I prefer. Check in could have been more efficient as only 1 member of staff on. Lighting in bedroom very poor.
The room was very clean. The staff were extremely helpful. The bed wasextremly comfortable and afforded me a great sleep. Its only a short walk into the city centre which makes it very convenient for those using public transport. Ther
0 issues at all and all workers were kind and friendly
Room was fine. Although quite basic. Bed was very hard and unconformable and could have had more pillows.
Good location and very pleasant room. Check in was fantastic - such a warm welcome and made me feel like a valued guest.
I had booked 2 rooms, as my son and his partner were also on the trip but it turned out that he had also booked a room. I explained at the reception when we discovered the error but they advised that there was nothing they could do as they were all prepaid. Air con was very noisy, room was draughty and noisy.

It was our first time visiting Aberdeen, and I can say that our stay was truly memorable. We really loved how clean and comfortable everything was—cleanliness is definitely a 5/5 for us. The staff were also very nice and friendly, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location is very convenient as well, being close to the city centre and Union Square, where we were picked up by our driver for...
Overall a great stay. All the members of the staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is quite central , not too fsr from the station (15min by foot)and the ferry terminal (25 min by foot) , in the area there are plenty of shops and eateries. The room was clean and spacious enough . The beds supercomfy (2 different pillows per person) , the bathroom functional. The breakfast included is great...
Great hotel for traveling with work , clean and tidy , great breakfast which is included . Great value for money and the staff are brilliant
Room was fine, clean comfortable. But extremely noisy from pubs/clubs and cars. Windows were terrible and did not keep out any noise. I had to autotune the tv myself

Clean space for the price and in a nice location within the city center. The highlight for me was breakfast inclusive service.

Great value for money! Perfect location as we met up with friends in the city and needed accommodation for the night without paying an arm and a leg. The excellent quality of the linen and towels far exceeded my expectation! Great service from the staff as well.
We had a very pleasant stay at Brentwood Aberdeen City Centre near Union Street. The room size was spacious and comfortable, which made our stay especially relaxing. The heating was excellent—very important during the colder weather—and worked perfectly throughout our visit. The location is a major advantage. The hotel is right next to the high street, with shops and the shopping centre within walking...
I am giving this hotel 5 stars overall because it was outstanding value for money. It is literally a short walk from Union Street. My single room was cosy, the en-suite bathroom was clean and had lovely fluffy white towels. The overbath shower was great, with no shortage of hot water, and there was a heated towel rail. The staff were friendly and helpful. Dropping one star on service because breakfast...
I would like to thank the hotel staff for their wonderful care and assistance. The hotel itself is located in a very convenient area — right in the city centre, close to both the train and bus stations, and near several shopping centres, so everything is within easy reach. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. There’s also the option to purchase breakfast, and on certain days the restaurant is open...
Was a reasonably priced stay for 2 adults overnight in the city centre. Parking is restricted so get there as early as possible. Nice breakfast and double room. We had to trudge several sets of stairs to get to and from our room, but it was an old converted building.
Excellent. Good food atmosphere and service - a smile every time

Very well run hotel with helpful staff. Centrally located and within easy walking distance of all attractions.
It was a great place to stay in. Everyone was approachable. Everything was sorted when we arrived and the entire process of checking in, storing the luggage was smooth.
I have stayed in this hotel more than twice, this was my worst stay.
Easily checked in. Nice welcome from friendly staff. Room clean and had all we needed.plenty of piping hot water. Breakfast was buffet style with both hot and cold options.plenty of options. Check out was easy. All in all a decent stay. Would definitely return
clean place close to the city center. room was small but sufficient. unfortunately, windows could not be opened. breakfast was standard but enough. all in all a good choice for one night
This is an excellent hotel for this price range. The location is very central - only a few minutes from the train station, ferry terminal and main shopping area. The room is comfortable and very clean. Staff were excellent, very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good and the staff were continually refreshing the buffet dishes. I’d definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel and location ,
Perfect room for a night away cozy clean and spacious Free parking is a bonus Bed comfy clean and good size
Public areas excellent, our room could have done with some maintenance, painted, sealents replenished etc but otherwise ok.
Great location only 4 minute walk to train station and close to town bars and for our gig at the tunnels so didn't really use any facilities place to crash, good bathroom, bed was hard but room was spacious and clean
The room was nice, but the building was old, a wooden structure, and the soundproofing wasn't great. I could even hear the man next door making a phone call while a woman was on the other end.
Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Good breakfast with again diligent attentive staff . Only minor issue was the bed was a little lumpy ( room 212) and the loo was tight to the wall making seating a bit difficult (especially if very overweight) . Other than that, we had a very pleasant experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at the citi hotel Aberdeen. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. It's near restaurants and shops. The receptionist I dealt with was amazingly helpful. Enjoyed my stay. The room I stayed was clean and comfortable. Will definitely recommend👍
Close to train station and union street
The environment was quite poor, and the hotel was still under renovation. There was no internet either, so I only stayed for one day and then switched hotels.
Location good and price very reasonable. Could do with some refurbishment.
This place is amazing value for money. Bearing in mind the price, it’s good. Went in with quite low expectations, but it was fine. Spacious room, everything worked, hot shower, nice and quiet.

The hotel was quiet and in a good location but the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were very poor and we had a very poor sleep.
Hotel was ideally placed for access to the city centre. The room was clean and tidy. Shower is great. Sports Bar downstairs was lively, but not intrusive. Food was lovely, however, staff were a bit slow.
Clean, tidy, good value for money. Free parking Nice staff. Clean and tidy. The rooms are above the pub.an hours walk from the city centre. Tea and coffee/ Shampoo provided. Lots of free on-road parking.
Staff very friendly, room perfectly fine for a few days away. Walkable into town centre
Good facility in a convenient location for access to city centre. The hotel had nice bar, good selection of food and great service. The room was well maintained and clean.
Very pleasant staff, except for being hurried out early from the bar on Friday night ( at 23:25) when it states it is open until 11:45.

Nice place. Good food. Just loud! But that’s what you get staying above a pub, I guess.
Stumbled across this pub while trying to escape the cold and was pleasantly surprised by how warm and welcoming it felt. Third time stayed in this hotel. It is centrally situated and although surrounded by lots of pubs and nightlife in Belmont Street, no noise was heard at all in my room. This hotel was fantastic. We booked this last minute. We were greeted by the wonderful Marina at the front desk she was extremely friendly & welcoming. The rooms were extremely clean & comfortable. We will definitely be back.
Excellent position close enough to city but without the restricted parking or noise. Theres plenty of free parking and restaurant on site. There is a drive thru Costa and useful shops close opposite and a short drive to beach. Large layout so very quiet room.
Visited yesterday (11/04) for one night. I booked an accessible room due to my mum having mobility issues and using a wheelchair. The room was right at the other end of the hotel, through 5 closed doors so manoeuvring a wheelchair through wasn't great! The room was perfect though, a good size and the wet room was huge! Breakfast was fine, although the layout could be better. When we went back to our...
Great location, really handy for western peripheral route, city centre, and for travelling further afield. Stayed for one night in a family room with my daughter. Room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The only complaint is the temperature in the room. It felt cold and despite putting the temp up on thermostat, it never went above 18 degrees. Free parking is a bonus too. Reception...

Not very centrally located but very affordable and nice staff
Could be better The staff we did meet were friendly, room overall was clean and location is quiet. Decour was very dated, the top floor smelled very musty and one of the UHT mils in the room was out of date or off (date was difficult to read) and went lumpy in my tea. Fantastic host Fantastic just, great room and great location
Really generous breakfast with lots of variety. Comfortable beds. Really enjoyed the stay.
The Beeches, is a fabulous place to stay, ran by gentlemen, John. Check in was a breeze, informal, though professional. Rooms are absolutely perfect. Very comfortable, mini fridge, iron board, trouser press and more than adequate clothes storage. Hospitality tray, tea, coffee etc. Rooms were immaculate and exceptionally clean. Beds were very comfy. All soaps, shower gel, towels etc provided...
Excellent value. You’ll be hard pushed to find anywhere as spotlessly clean as The Beeches. Comfortable bed, great continental breakfast and a friendly host. Everything worked as it should and brilliant location and parking. Stay away from the big boys and get down here, you’ll not be disappointed.

Great stay as always. Facilities great Sauna, steam room and pool are great at this hotel
I have stayed here many times and it will continue to be my first choice for stays in Aberdeen. As always, the staff are friendly and helpful, my room is ready and clean and well equipped, parking is easy and the leisure facilities are splendid. Room is clean just a little disappointed with bed very noisy and creeks not sure if springs was gone or what. Breakfast was good. The only disappointment was being woken up at 8 o’clock on a Sunday morning with cleaners banging doors and cleaning away. I know it’s their job but just thought on a Sunday when folk are trying to sleep a little consideration could go a long way.
Hotel staff provided first class service and i would recommend any my family or friends to visit hotel village
Very courteous staff. Very tidy and comfy. Nice atmosphere. Bar area good. Felt more like a pub than a hotel bar ! Have eaten at restaurant before and food vg.

Super cosy house and friendly and helpful owners! Breakfast was great, fresh fruit and all I could wish for :)
great environment and hosts. Stayed 9 days to be close to the university - location was excellent and the room was very comfortable. Great breakfast set up as well!
Excellent property, very well managed.
Stayed at Jays Guest House which was near to the city centre, 10-15 min walk. Anna and her husband were welcoming and friendly hosts and very attentive. The communication was great. There was free parking which took away the stress of parking in the street. The complimentary breakfast was a love touch.
We stayed at Jay Jays as our ferry was delayed due to weather. It was a last minute booking. The accommodation and service were excellent. Ideally located to walk into town, dog friendly and scrambled eggs for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again if travelling through.
Obviously someone has gone to a lot of trouble to make this B+B attractive and welcoming. Situated on a corner plot on a busy road, well signposted, as is the off street parking. Very good video describing access procedure and breakfasting facilities. A nice homely feel to the property. Our room had everything one would expect.
