I really appreciated the help and service I received from Ewelina in the restaurant and all other staff members were extremely helpful with any queries I had .

Pretty average which is what it is I suppose. Only one towel for two people. No seat. No sockets by one side of the bed. And it’s not really in the city centre.

Prompt service, clean rooms with excellent showers and comfy beds. Best hotel stay in Aberdeen so far.

I came to Aberdeen after a long 9 hour train journey to bring my daughter to University. The staff at the Premier were so welcoming and kind. Clean space for the price and in a nice location within the city center. The highlight for me was breakfast inclusive service.

The hotel room was a bit tired, but for the price it was WhT I expected. The too. Was clean and staff were all friendly and professional. Tv didn’t work and it was replaced quickly.  No food or drinks purchased.

I had a very good time at the hotel very friendly staff good clean hotel. This is an excellent hotel for this price range. The location is very central - only a few minutes from the train station, ferry terminal and main shopping area. The room is comfortable and very clean. Staff were excellent, very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good and the staff were continually refreshing the buffet dishes. The room was nice, but the building was old, a wooden structure, and the soundproofing wasn't great. I could even hear the man next door making a phone call while a woman was on the other end.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Good breakfast with again diligent attentive staff . Only minor issue was the bed was a little lumpy ( room 212) and the loo was tight to the wall making seating a bit difficult (especially if very overweight) . Excellent position close enough to city but without the restricted parking or noise. Theres plenty of free parking and restaurant on site. There is a drive thru Costa and useful shops close opposite and a short drive to beach. Large layout so very quiet room.

This is good place to stay. Near to airport and downtown. Reasonable price. Room facility is good. Service is satisfactory. One problem is there is no phone in the room to communicate. Transports are avaiable nearby. They can also help you to arrange a taxi. There is restaurant called Toby Carvery with it which has really good dining. Overall its a very nice and cozy place to stay.

Stayed over a few days twice whilst mum was in ARI pre & post op. It was warm & peaceful & the staff were extra friendly. The head housekeeper even left me a little box of chocolates & a card in my room when she saw I’d been anxious about mum’s recovery. Rare attention to detail & thoughtfulness in this day and age. Restored my faith in human nature!

Today my husband and I had a great afternoon tea here. We were using a voucher given to us by our grandchildren, for Christmas in 2019! The hotel honoured this, for which we are very grateful. We travelled up from Yorkshire to visit the University of Aberdeen and didn’t get to the hotel till late, the receptionist was really friendly and helpful and got us checked in quickly so we could get to bed. The hotel is lovely and our room was spotless and had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend if you need somewhere to stay in Aberdeen.

The environment was quite poor, and the hotel was still under renovation. There was no internet either, so I only stayed for one day and then switched hotels.

First of all, the staff at the Cove Bay hotel are absolutely amazing! They were beyond welcoming and made our stay a breeze. The restaurant was beyond words. The food was so amazing and prices seemed reasonable considering the large portions and wonderful flavor. Breakfast was equally as good. If I ever get the chance to come back, I will be staying and dining here again!

The room was clean and comfortable. The attached restaurant served wonderful food - no need to search for good food. The staff was so courteous and helpful and they had great suggestions on where to visit. The view of the North Sea from the restaurant is gravy on top of the good food and service. You will not find a better staff than at Cove Bay. We can not say enough about the friendliness and kindness we were shown. The views were lovely and breakfast and dinner were both wonderful. We would stay there again anytime we were in Aberdeen.

Stayed at Jays Guest House which was near to the city centre, 10-15 min walk. Anna and her husband were welcoming and friendly hosts and very attentive. The communication was great. There was free parking which took away the stress of parking in the street. The complimentary breakfast was a love touch.
