Good facilities, easy check in and access from train station. Great location for all attractions and good value for money.

I've stayed at Leonardo a few times now and always meets the specs. The reception person, Travis was very kind and friendly and made the visti very welcoming. The room again was very clean, your full amenities- soap, shampoo, fridge, kettle facilities. Everything was fantastic, will be staying here again no doubt!

For a one night stay it's acceptable. The entire place is very dated but the room was clean enough (just). It's pet friendly so my dog stayed too. Convenient if attending an event at P&J Live.

Pretty average which is what it is I suppose. Only one towel for two people. No seat. No sockets by one side of the bed. And it’s not really in the city centre.

I came to Aberdeen after a long 9 hour train journey to bring my daughter to University. The staff at the Premier were so welcoming and kind. The tables in the dining area are much too low for anyone to eat off, I had to have my plate on my knee which is not what dining out is about. Burger was cold and in a strange kind of bun. Not good.

Great hotel to use if you have an event at TECA . Very convenient! The rooms are spacious with a fab outlook very modern and clean with ace lighting . Loved the place .

Stayed here to go to a gig at P&J Live Arena Aberdeen as it is located right beside the venue. The hotel was excellent. It had restaurant and bar facilities. Room was lovely too. Breakfast lovely but long queues. Would definitely stay again

Very convenient for my conference at P&J live which is literally a stone throw away. Front dest is efficient and helpful. Room is clean and spacious. No significant noise despite near the airport. About 30 min bus ride to the centre, bus stop is 2 min walk away.

I had booked 2 rooms, as my son and his partner were also on the trip but it turned out that he had also booked a room. I explained at the reception when we discovered the error but they advised that there was nothing they could do as they were all prepaid. Air con was very noisy, room was draughty and noisy.

Clean space for the price and in a nice location within the city center. The highlight for me was breakfast inclusive service.

The stay was really good and the rooms were luxurious as shown in the images. Totally met my expectations in terms of location, service and food. We stayed here just for a night but felt amazing about the entire experience. The staff is really good and helpful and available all the time when you need them. Will definitely book this place next time whenever I am travelling up North.

We had a lovely stay,were with friends for a belated birthday, food was good & the bed was super comfy.

On pulling back the sheets a pair of ladies briefs was discovered in the bed. Suggests the bed was not changed from previous guests. Reception was not apologetic and did not rectify or compensate. I would stay here again but possibly in the summer ☀️ the rooms are good with comfortable beds the only thing is the double mattress are two singles pushed together but still comfy the decore is abit outdated but it goes with the hotel. Very outdated decor & curtains which couldnt actually close. Hinge on bathroom door broken. Floor very squeeky and ran down hill so 3rd bed was at an angle. On a positive note beds were very comfy & hotel handy with shops, trains station & Northlink ferry

Great place to stay near town centre is a car park opposite as paid parking. Amazing staff friendly helpful and great menu to suit all as at Hilton and less choice and much further away from centre highly recommend will stay again. Great food thanks for your kindness

The room is big. The price of more than 1000 per night feels a bit expensive. The facilities are a bit old and the carpet is not clean

Was a reasonably priced stay for 2 adults overnight in the city centre. Parking is restricted so get there as early as possible. Nice breakfast and double room. We had to trudge several sets of stairs to get to and from our room, but it was an old converted building.

I’ve stayed here many times and generally enjoy it, however I’m now seeing cracks in the quality against the price. I had room service for the first time which had an automatic 12.5% gratuity which I know is normal these days but also a £4 tray charge. Tray charge for one meal is just outrageous.

The room I was in is slanted, so the bed is slanted. Didn't sleep well. Told reception, and they moved me to another room that is also slanted. So that doesn't fix my problem but the staff was friendly and tried. I guess there isn't much they can do to fix the room problem. It was a great place to stay in. Everyone was approachable. Everything was sorted when we arrived and the entire process of checking in, storing the luggage was smooth.

This is an excellent hotel for this price range. The location is very central - only a few minutes from the train station, ferry terminal and main shopping area. The room is comfortable and very clean. Staff were excellent, very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good and the staff were continually refreshing the buffet dishes. Great location only 4 minute walk to train station and close to town bars and for our gig at the tunnels so didn't really use any facilities place to crash, good bathroom, bed was hard but room was spacious and clean

The room was nice, but the building was old, a wooden structure, and the soundproofing wasn't great. I could even hear the man next door making a phone call while a woman was on the other end.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Good breakfast with again diligent attentive staff . Only minor issue was the bed was a little lumpy ( room 212) and the loo was tight to the wall making seating a bit difficult (especially if very overweight) . Nice quiet room with the bonus of a hand held shower head in the ensuite (as well as fixed head if that is what you like). Staff were pleasant and helpful. Plenty of parking space. Good breakfast. We attended a private dinner party in the library one evening and we also had an excellent meal in their own restaurant the following evening.

The hotel is in a residential area and has safe parking. The breakfast was wonderful and the bar and restaurant looked inviting in the evening. The thing that let the hotel down was that the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The Athol is a cosy hotel in a nice residential area in Aberdeen. The service is first class, the bar and restaurant was comfortable. Parking is free. Breakfast is good

Great hotel, loads of snow in Aberdeen during the stay, schools, college's and University's all closed, villages cut off but the staff at the Palm Court struggled through regardless of low food supplies due to cancelled food deliveries. Room warm and spotless.

Staff were fabulous, room spotless, breakfast was amazing, only slight hiccup was I specifically phoned the hotel after making the booking to ensure I wanted a twin room as was with my daughter, I was told this was added to the notes etc so was pretty disappointed to see a double bed!! Excellent position close enough to city but without the restricted parking or noise. Theres plenty of free parking and restaurant on site. There is a drive thru Costa and useful shops close opposite and a short drive to beach. Large layout so very quiet room.
