My room was immaculate Bed comfy Bathroom spotless perfect! Food at breakfast was amazing everything you could possibly want including poached eggs and porridge. WILL definitely go back here Thank you Leonardo hotels

Very nice stay, rooms very clean and modern design. Health suite free to use for guests was fab. Breakfast included everything you could want and you could have as much as you want. Definitely recommend.

Visited during low season and the bar was not stocked with drinks. Room was clean and fresh, warm through the night and quiet too. Staff was amazing and super friendly. will be coming back!

The rooms are nicely decorated (We had two and both were of a high standard) the only downside was the lack of soundproofing on the external door, this meant that you could hear people in the corridor etc which could probably be addressed by better doors

Amazing facilities (a wonderful swim in pool, with use of soa and jacuzzi). Lovely staff - receptionist who greeted me and I saw on check out and Porter who brought me extra oat milk and decaf tea bags.

Great location, room was big and clean and sauna, pool and steam room were fantastic.

The room is clean and comfortable, but there is no air-conditioning and it can be a little hot sometimes. The temperature sense is different in different rooms, you can ask the front desk. But it's fine to live in.

There was a young man, Enrico, who seemed to be the only waiter serving not only the bar, but 2 areas of the front lobby. He did an amazing job and was very accommodating and quick considering how far he had to go

The pillows were also quite hard/flat which made for a problematic night's sleep, but what makes us want to give Best Western 5 stars is when we went down for a drink on a Saturday night in the lobby

Attention to detail couldn't be faulted We were delighted especially after staying a few before in an hotel which claimed to be five star deluxe and was anything but!Fully intend to stay in the Kingsmills again in the near future 😀

Breakfast was great and there was a lovely gentleman (didn’t catch his name but he had an accent) who helped me toast the bread perfectly for our daughter. Just lovely 🥰 Thanks everyone, can’t wait to come back!

We were travelling with a small baby and I’m always a bit worried about how we’ll manage to juggle everything but you made it feel easy and relaxing just as a holiday should be

This is one of the cleanest, friendliest and accommodating hotels I have ever stayed at. Spent 2 nights in January (with my dog) and ALL the staff were very helpful

Hannah at the front desk was friendly and helped sort out my Dad’s booking and also arranged for a fridge to be sent to our room to store our baby food

There was a trainee at the desk who checked us in on arrival and she was equally as informative and helpful too

Loved this hotel , right in the middle of Inverness with lots of pubs and restaurants round about . Also close to train station. View of the river was great ! We had a privilege room and it was fab .

Everything was great until we realised our room was only in 2nd floor and right across a pub, on a Saturday night. The music was so loud and we couldn’t sleep at all.

Only had the Burger and a Beer deal great value for money the burger was excellent.Staff were friendly and efficient and Bar prices were reasonable we will be back

The compact room I stayed in was lovely. The staff is attentive and informative. The location is outstanding as everything is within a walking distance

Nice hotel near the train station. Room was spacious but lack of plugs was a pain. Good breakfast and restaurant has a nice view over the river.

Great location sitting in the center of old town, close to the Ness River, the Inverness Castle, railway station. Staffs are all very friendly.

Lovely stay here. Artended a party night and stayed iver. Comfy bed, lovely clean room and amazing breakfast in the morning. The only negative was the shower which didnt stay warm, everything else was lovely!

Very nice, great breakfast, fabulous room. Plenty of parking. Liked that you good relax in their beautiful lobby with a cocktail.

The only thing missing for a perfect score was an extra bed for the teenager. But because it was late, everything was fine...

A couple more chairs needed too as there were only two to relax on but fortunately we were the only couple there. The pool was perfect for a swim which we did enjoy

Apparently the restaurant and the pool are just separated by glass. The rest of the time I ate out at other locations. But once again, the staff was amazing. The hotel just needs to be updated a bit

Location was great as it was walking distance to downtown. The food in the restaurant was not the best. And all I could hear while I was eating was a whole bunch of kids screaming in the pool

Room was big and spacious, Heating in room was toasty. Breakfast was good Only let down was the freezing cold pool which is classed as a leisure pool. Was expecting it to be warm.

The place was so cozy and immaculate. The staff was incredible!! Shout out to Jonathan, the manager; Isla, the front end; the bartender, Emile; and the cleaning staff. My family was equally pleased

The Beaufort was incredibly beautiful. The staff that we interacted with were all excellent! About a five-ten minute walk from the train station and there were several food options close by.

We arrived after 11:30pm due to road closures. The hotel staff waited kindly for us to check in. (We called at 10pm to inform the tardiness) Much appreciated.

Such a beautiful place to stay with friendly staff and a nice breakfast. So close to the walkable streets downtown. Definately recommend!

Family like atmosphere, the rooms were extremely clean and the staff could not have been more helpful. Easy bus route into Inverness or close enough by taxi to not cost a fortune

This is a very friendly place ,don't be put of by appearances ,the staff are absolutely brilliant food is good too the room we had was amazing will definitely be going back ,lots to see and do in surrounding area

Peter, the inn keeper is fantastic. Great breakfast and staff. Clean room. Easy parking and access to everything easily from Culloden to Inverness to Findhorn.

We stayed here for the convenient location, and had a bit of an emergency. The staff could not have been more kind or helpful. I will make this my regular place to stay every time I am in the area, which is 4-5x a year

Andy at the bar was kind and personable. Both gave us tips on places to visit. The room was third floor and no lift but Andy showed us how to open the window for comfort and I loved the little lending library of books

From the moment I arrived, the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Peter went the extra mile and drove me to meet my tour bus when the taxi was not available. You really feel part of the family

Extremely helpful staffs and perfect location to walk around. However, the bar on the opposite is awfully noisy until late night:( Not recommended for light sleepers.

It was so so, my bed was sinking me in and that was really uncomfortable. There was no protein included in the breakfast, only carbs. Everything else was ok.

Close to bus or train station. You prepare to walk upstair and smell funny. You get what you pay for. I will accept this kind of room offer.

The hosts are so caring and made us feel welcome! Best breakfast we have had on our three week trip. Rooms are pretty, clean and comfortable. The special touches of water bottles, treats and chocolate were the icing.

If Carlsberg made guest houses … Joy is the archetypal host, genuine, fun and energetic and ensures his guests are happy. It was a pleasure to stay at the Carisbrooke and I recommend for others to do the same

Carisbrook guest house has very neat tidy clean and cozy rooms. Its a quiet place to take some rest. Most welcoming owner name Joy was attending us throught our stay until we leave
