Breakfast was very good. Dinner was tasty although the wines are a little expensive.
Great Bedrooms . Dinner and Breakfast were both excellent . Staff all friendly and helpful .
Nice and luxurious hotel with beautiful historic Scottish decoration. The staff is professional and polite but far too overwhelmed to be attentive, especially in the restaurant. Food at the restaurant is average and not worth the price. Location is excellent.
Lovely room, very helpful staff. The restaurant is really nice, we ordered room service two nights in a row (breakfast is not amazing though). The location is nice, big parking, perfect air cooling system.
A luxurious, well appointed and run hotel. Our room had everything that would be needed. After a day out sightseeing,it was nice to return to the comfort, and relaxing atmosphere. No sound proofing at all between rooms. A whole family next door chatting and laughing until past midnight. I called down to reception who did nothing so I had to get up and go and tell them off myself.  Is also suffered a missed flight and called down about extending my stay but the reception staff was very unsympathetic and offered no solutions.
Very close to the airport and car rental. Has gym. The food at restaurants was good. nice friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable. Thanks
Conveniently located at airport, clean and modern.
Nice Hotel, very quiet in rooms, friendly staff, good food.
Very comfortable and view was good Free car park it was very useful for us
Lovely staff lovely hotel, shame about having to appeal for my parking fees, especially after filling in the appropriate details into the parking system….

Everything was great until we realised our room was only in 2nd floor and right across a pub, on a Saturday night. The music was so loud and we couldn’t sleep at all.
Good Location and also have parking lot which suitable for our road trip. This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Inverness, right in the city centre. It's incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the train and bus stations. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep and the beautiful River Ness is just across the road.
The compact room I stayed in was lovely. Comfortable, clean and warm. The staff is attentive and informative. The location is outstanding as everything is within a walking distance. The hotel is surrounded by coffee shops, bars, restaurants and grocery shops. Next year I would definitely stay here again.
Amazing hotel, with beautiful river views. They have parking at 10-12 pounds per day.
A very well situated hotel right in the centre of Inverness and just a few minutes walk from the central train station. Surrounding the hotel are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops which is great and you’re also very close to the bus station for taking trips out of town. The room was basic and a little bit tired (some dents and scratches, frayed carpet) but otherwise was clean and tastefully decorated...
Really good experience, the room is clean, and my girlfriend had a great birthday night!

Service was great, location tremendous. Hotel was quiet for the most part and had an excellent breakfast.
Location for Inverness is good, not in the centre but just off the main roundabout for both the city and airport. A large car park is available and the usual Jury's Inn amenities, gym, 24hr pizza etc. The rooms are nicely decorated (We had two and both were of a high standard) the only downside was the lack of soundproofing on the external door, this meant that you could hear people in the corridor...
Lovely beds...fabulous breakfast. Terrible food and poor service the rest of the day. My friend and I both had a steak it looked good but was actually like leather.. over £18..EACH STEAK my other friend ordered a ham sandwich and tea. Was told to go find the table number first... we all searched.. turned out that table didn't have a number. By the way my friend is about 80 and was very stressed...
Very nice stay, rooms very clean and modern design. Health suite free to use for guests was fab. Breakfast included everything you could want and you could have as much as you want. Definitely recommend.
Ideal location for the airport. Room was very clean and modern. Bar food was fine but nothing special. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Amazing facilities (a wonderful swim in pool, with use of soa and jacuzzi). Lovely staff - receptionist who greeted me and I saw on check out and Porter who brought me extra oat milk and decaf tea bags.
The hotel is nice however be careful of the booking you make I was moved from the main building into "their other part" which is isolated from the hotel rooms are nice but not what I was expecting when I saw the hotel and then saw the building im staying in... Breakfast is nice and the staff is very very friendly If you happen to stay in the other building DON'T accept the room direct to the door...
Great location, room was big and clean and sauna, pool and steam room were fantastic.
The hotel is under renovation. It is old. The service is good but there is no sound insulation.

It's not as good as I thought, but it's not bad. It's a bit far to walk to the room. It's one of those hotels in a row. If you are in a different building, you have to walk a long way. The room is not bright enough, but the toilet is big.
Perfect hotel if you’re visiting the area. Lovely location and views of the river and cathedral. Easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are of a high standard. Excellent drinks variety with the distillery and brewery on site. Service is impeccable. Great breakfast.
It was a great experience. Great location and room
Very nice, good location close to train and bus. Nice breakfast
This is a genuinely nice hotel sat right on the banks of the River Ness and a few minutes walk from the center of Inverness. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had a good range of choices and was delicious. The staff were polite and friendly and were very happy to fuss over my small child!
Excellent room with a great view over the river, clean and tidy and very comfortable. Short walk to main town.

The hotel location was good, very near town centre and close by to a multiple levels car park with electric car charging options, 24 hours was only £9.00.  Food menu wasn’t big but nice food overall.
The hotel staff are nice and friendly. The facilities are great.
Good experience overall. On Trip.com it states there is free parking available, but this is not true. The hotel did clarify this when I mentioned parking on my booking request. They advised us to park at the Old Town Rose Street parking (paid) which is less than 5 minute walk away.
love the location .. walking distance to victoria market and eastgate shopping mall.. short walk to the riverside.. parking place is about 2 mins away.. so many restaurants availabke around

The service is good, but the check-in is a bit slow. The environment is not as good as expected, and the price-performance ratio is average.
The hotel is beautiful and the service is great. Because the rental car had a flat tire, the handsome guy at the front desk helped us contact the insurance company to come and change the tire. Thank you very much!
I have to praise Ctrip. The service is impeccable and the booking experience is great! This time I stayed in a hotel in Inverness. It is not large in scale, but it has a delicate atmosphere. As soon as I stepped in, my body and mind relaxed unconsciously. The room facilities are quite good, the toilet and bathroom are cleverly separated, and the layout is reasonable and considerate. Cleanliness needs to be improved, the tabletop and wash basin are not clean, there are paper scraps, and the towels are a little stained. The service is very good, and all staff are very helpful. There is no parking lot, you have to park in the parking lot 5 minutes walking distance.
Good location , friendly staff and clean room. Will recommend friends
Very nicely appointed room Excellent shower and ensuite facilities Good central location
The bed is big and the room is spacious. You can enjoy the beautiful view of river ness in 2-3 minutes. There is a refrigerator and a safe in the room. There is hair conditioner. I will stay here again if I have the chance.
What a fantastic hotel! The location is perfect - right in the centre of Inverness! We needed an early check in and the staff promptly attended our request. The bed is 5*, the washroom is also 5* level! Great experience and will definitely return on my next visit to Scotland and the Highlands!
The room was clean and had al the basic necessities. Nothing extraordinary but great value for price. Great location close to the train station and a car parking garage. Furthermore there is a lot of entertainment in the evening on the pub street in the city center.

It was in located in the central spot of the town . And has a sea view too. And what impressed was the included breakfast for this cost . The food was good and the rooms were so comfortable.
This is a convenient and comfortable hotel with a friendly and hardworking staff team. Senior management take note! We stayed for two nights and it looked like the ssme staff were working 24 hours a day! The only slight negatives about this hotel are that the beds feel tiny. Comfy enough but small. All was great until check out. The lady behind the desk, who identified herself as the supervisor was not a very nice person. Rather rude actually. Because of her, I will be recommending my fellow MacDonald Clan to never go there. And that is so sad as everyone and everything about the hotel was awesome!
The Royal Highland is a former British Transport Hotel and, as such, is very well located right next to Inverness railway station. It also has much of the grandeur you expect from such historic premises. This hotel could be fabulous with some investment, but it is a little tired around the edges. However, it is clean and the service friendly and helpful. I would return!
This hotel seems to get some bad reviews but I think many are unfair. From what we experienced it was a good hotel, great location and the person who checked us in was very good. Historic and charming, this hotel was a great stay on our Scotland trip. If you are arriving or leaving Inverness by train, this hotel is right outside the station and so is very convenient.
Location - right outside train station is fantastic Friendly and helpful stff Very comfortable bed Great to have a bath tub to soak in
The building is very old and make a lot of sound when you walk. Lift spolit easily. Not my ideal hotel if there is better choice
Right next to train station - very central and convenient to everything. My "cozy single" room was quite compact but plenty of room for what I needed. Toasty warm and comfy bed. Bathroom also small but again, room for what I needed. Very friendly and engaging gent on check in. Told me the story of the fancy staircase in the lobby - maybe true, maybe not, but fun!
As I was travelling by rail with a 7am train to catch next day, its location just yards from the station was perfect. The hotel is also well placed for all the attractions of the city centre.
Nice location. Friendly staff.
Take ten steps out of railway station and walk into main entrance to hotel! Continental breakfast included in price, cooked more expensive but great choice of food. Twin room enormous and extremely comfy beds. Very clean and everything we needed. Hotel was beautiful and everything lovely and clean Staff so pleasant and all were extremely helpful.

Sweet hotel. Room was a bit warm and the hall traffic a bit noisy. But staff was very kind and helpful and the location is great: a very nice neighborhood, walkable to city center. Appropriately priced.
Good location, efficient check in and comfortable room. Would stay again.

Easy stay in Inverness Friendly staff, easy 15ish minute walk into city centre. Room was simple and bed comfortable. Felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Appreciated that they had a lift and could hold my bags for a bit after checkout.
