Great convenient hotel right by the airport.
Perfect airport hotel and very close to the terminal. I was able to check in for my flight, then return to the hotel for breakfast. Warm, comfortable, and very convenient.
I booked a standard king size bedroom. A nice room with good location. Room is clean and quiet.
Great staff, nice room, very comfy bed but let down by some grubby stains on the carpet and a previous guests medication and yoghurt left in the fridge. Would stay again though
Very convenient if your next day need to go airport earlier as it just walking distance to the Inverness airport. Hotel is clean and comfort.
Excellent place to stay conveniently by the airport. Clean and tidy with friendly staff

very near train station and restaurant all nearby
The hotel located near the river and many shops and restaurants nearby
Great location sitting in the center of old town, close to the Ness River, the Inverness Castle, railway station. Staffs are all very friendly.
Loved this hotel , right in the middle of Inverness with lots of pubs and restaurants round about . Also close to train station.
View of the river was great ! We had a privilege room and it was fab .
Nice hotel near the train station. Room was spacious but lack of plugs was a pain. Good breakfast and restaurant has a nice view over the river.

Visited during low season and the bar was not stocked with drinks. Room was clean and fresh, warm through the night and quiet too. Staff was amazing and super friendly. will be coming back!
Friendly service 😊 Last-minute availability of spacious comfortable room. Quiet night
No hot water at 10am for a decent shower 🚿 🥶 but still v good value for money.
I didn't have time to try the restaurant, bar, swimming pool & spa but hope to another time.
Read the reviews after we booked and honestly thought about not going ! Who these people 6that wrote the reviews and posted awful pics were I don't know.
My room was immaculate Bed comfy Bathroom spotless perfect!
Food at breakfast was amazing everything you could possibly want including poached eggs and porridge. WILL definitely go back here Thank you Leonardo hotels
The hotel is clean and the food is good and staff lovely. Pool is great. This is a nice hotel that is just starting to fray around the edges so work needs done now to be timely. The rooms are small but adequate. Room carpets need to be deep cleaned and bathrooms needs a bit if an upgrade, replacing bath with walk in shower. We had a lovely 3 night stay and would return.
Service was great, location tremendous. Hotel was quiet for the most part and had an excellent breakfast.
Location for Inverness is good, not in the centre but just off the main roundabout for both the city and airport. A large car park is available and the usual Jury's Inn amenities, gym, 24hr pizza etc. The rooms are nicely decorated (We had two and both were of a high standard) the only downside was the lack of soundproofing on the external door, this meant that you could hear people in the corridor...

Amazing facilities (a wonderful swim in pool, with use of soa and jacuzzi). Lovely staff - receptionist who greeted me and I saw on check out and Porter who brought me extra oat milk and decaf tea bags.
The hotel is nice however be careful of the booking you make I was moved from the main building into "their other part" which is isolated from the hotel rooms are nice but not what I was expecting when I saw the hotel and then saw the building im staying in...
Breakfast is nice and the staff is very very friendly
If you happen to stay in the other building DON'T accept the room direct to the door...
Great location, room was big and clean and sauna, pool and steam room were fantastic.

We stayed for the New Year package. The organisation for entertainment and outside venues was excellent. Attention to detail couldn't be faulted We were delighted especially after staying a few before in an hotel which claimed to be five star deluxe and was anything but!Fully intend to stay in the Kingsmills again in the near future 😀
We had a lovely stay at your hotel. All of the staff we met were all so helpful and made us feel welcome. We were travelling with a small baby and I’m always a bit worried about how we’ll manage to juggle everything but you made it feel easy and relaxing just as a holiday should be. Hannah at the front desk was friendly and helped sort out my Dad’s booking and also arranged for a fridge to be sent...
This is one of the cleanest, friendliest and accommodating hotels I have ever stayed at.
Spent 2 nights in January (with my dog) and ALL the staff were very helpful. I have no problem in recommending this hotel as a great place to stay and even though the kitchen was being upgraded which limited the restaurant menu, the food was still exceptional at reasonable prices. There is also a very good whisky...
What a lovely get away. The staff are very friendly, making you feel welcomed throughout your stay.
Afternoon tea was lovely.
The garden room was spacious, comfortable and lovely modern bathroom.
The breakfast was ok but again friendliness of staff made the biggest difference.
Breakfast was very good.
Dinner was tasty although the wines are a little expensive.

An absolute treat to stay here. Super welcome, complete attention to detail in every aspect of service.
The rooms are both spacious and luxurious, comfortable beds and relaxing easy chairs to read, chat, chill! Breakfast and pre concert meal - marvellous!
The setting on the banks of the River Ness is picturesque and located a couple of minutes from Eden Court and about 10 minutes to Inverness Castle
My husband and I, having been invited to attend a family celebration at this deluxe hotel which involved dining à la carte and staying overnight, approached the event with a little trepidation, as being somewhat out of our comfort zone. But we needn’t have worried. Yes, it was a five-star experience but we were immediately made to feel welcome, the food was wonderful, the room and surroundings beautiful...
A real disappointment. If this hotel was a 3 star or maybe a 4 star it would be good. But the fact that they market this as a 5 star luxury hotel is just a joke. There is nothing 5 star about it. The decor is very dated and kind of tacky (with an fake electric fireplace that makes it very Golden Girls).
The attention to details, even big details, is inexistent. The heating cooling control in the bedrooms...
The hotel was very nice, located by the river, making for pleasant walks. The hotel staff were also very welcoming, offering a glass of champagne upon check-in. The only downside was its distance from the train station; it took almost 20 minutes to walk there with my luggage. Carrying 15kg of luggage on the cobblestone path was a bit strenuous.
So happy we stayed at Ness Walk. The room was perfect, the location was excellent (just a short walk by the river to the town centre), breakfast was great but the highlight of the hotel is its staff. Warm, friendly, welcoming professionals, always ready to assist and chat a bit (or a lot if you're like us). Shout out to Chabor, Grace, Julia, Monica, Mark, Aaron everyone else at the reception whose...

The spirit of the Highwayman is alive and we'll and to be found in Inverness!
The Glenmhor is a good hotel, well appointed and in a very convenient location. Staff are friendly and while the breakfast is not the best, it is adequate. When I visited the food was not hot and only scrambled egg was on offer.
Here's the main gripe. BEFORE BOOKING READ THE SMALL PRINT. If you are driving you will pay...
Nice room and bar area in the evening.
Breakfast buffet good
Great position close to the city centre, the room was clean except for hair of the housekeeper
It's not as good as I thought, but it's not bad. It's a bit far to walk to the room. It's one of those hotels in a row. If you are in a different building, you have to walk a long way. The room is not bright enough, but the toilet is big.
The room is very big and the bathroom is also very big.
I am very satisfied with the whole stay.
Parking is very convenient at the door.
The only drawback is that the hotel does not have an elevator.
It is a bit tiring if you have a lot of luggage.

The food was outstanding and the staff was extremely helpful, above and beyond!! Unsolicited but very helpful advise on my travel plans. Very pleased!
This was an unexpected gem. If you are looking for a unique and memorable place to stay, this is it. As a guest, you have access to the walled garden from the 1783s. The house is historic with rooms that take you back to another time in history but updated for modern convenience. The staff was very attentive and made us feel special. We would highly recommend.

What a wonderful property outside of Inverness. The building sits directly on the Beauly Firth with excellent views to to the north. Breakfast is included and was very good. Dinner was an option but was well worth it. They have a premium chef and engaged staff. I recommend dinner on site rather than Inverness. Our room was nice, with a traditional feel that was a natural fit for this property. A morning...
The amenities were lovely. They kept real milk chilled in the fridge for your tea or coffee which was such a nice touch. The food was unbelievable as were the drinks. The ambiance was as about as Scottish as you could imagine which is what you want when you're traveling abroad. Can't say enough great things about this place.
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner there a few nights and the food was delicious! I enjoyed the venison the most! I let the bar tender know that I enjoyed a specific Speyside whisky and he recommended a Balvenie that was tasty and comparable. We had a beautiful loch view from our room and I enjoyed waking up with the sunrise over the...
A hotel should at the minimum provide a secure room, a bed, and hot water. Hot water was regrettably not provided. Staff were unable to account for it’s not reaching the turret room. While the staff member was courteous and apologetic, her solution was to defray the cost of bar food dinner — a small percentage of the not inexpensive room charge. On a chilly drizzly morning we would have been better...

Room was ok bathroom beautiful but room itself was small and dated for a superior
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was clean and warm. The only thing to mention was the pool area which needs a spruce up especially all the rust that shows. A couple more chairs needed too as there were only two to relax on but fortunately we were the only couple there. The pool was perfect for a swim which we did enjoy.
Room was big and spacious,
Heating in room was toasty.
Breakfast was good
Only let down was the freezing cold pool which is classed as a leisure pool. Was expecting it to be warm.
Every thing was great, the breakfast was delicious and the evening meals I had were too.
My room was clean and large enough to move around.
Thank you to the staff
Staff was amazing. The room was clean but old. The bed, although I paid for a queen or king ended up being two separate beds put together, and both of them had huge divots in them from where people have been sleeping. The hotel needs pre notification if you need housekeeping. But I already pre notified needed housekeeping, there’s no housekeeping at all. When I asked front desk, she said she is new in hotel and doesn’t know all the rooms numbers and location yet. I think this is not a good reason.

Perfect location, right next to the station in the city centre. A grand lobby and friendly staff made check in fast and simple. Room was basic but had everything I needed and was clean, bec very comfortable.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Basic breakfast but good. Great location in Inverness. There is parking out fron but only a small carpark compared to hotel size so not guaranteed to get a spot near the hotel.
Paid for a double room with double bed , checked when I left bags & advised that's what I had but it was two large singles when I booked in . Very clean
Meal in Ash restaurant was disappointing but staff didn't care
Quite an old hotel. Hotel room has a flight of stairs up after getting off to the floor via lift. A little inconvenience for heavy luggages. Location is great just by the underground station.

Peter, the inn keeper is fantastic. Great breakfast and staff. Clean room. Easy parking and access to everything easily from Culloden to Inverness to Findhorn.
We stayed here for the convenient location, and had a bit of an emergency. The staff could not have been more kind or helpful. I will make this my regular place to stay every time I am in the area, which is 4-5x a year. Fantastic food too!
Beautiful small town feel. Family like atmosphere, the rooms were extremely clean and the staff could not have been more helpful. Easy bus route into Inverness or close enough by taxi to not cost a fortune. Complimentary breakfast was amazing unlike just the continental offered at most big chain hotels. Highly recommend it if you plan on touring the area
The owner himself ran the breakfast area (great meals!) and personally offered the use of the washer and dryer for us. One evening dinner service was on the slow side but the food was very good. Andy at the bar was kind and personable. Both gave us tips on places to visit.
The room was third floor and no lift but Andy showed us how to open the window for comfort and I loved the little lending library...
