Great convenient hotel right by the airport.

Perfect airport hotel and very close to the terminal. I was able to check in for my flight, then return to the hotel for breakfast. Warm, comfortable, and very convenient.

I booked a standard king size bedroom. A nice room with good location. Room is clean and quiet.

Great staff, nice room, very comfy bed but let down by some grubby stains on the carpet and a previous guests medication and yoghurt left in the fridge. Would stay again though

Visited during low season and the bar was not stocked with drinks. Room was clean and fresh, warm through the night and quiet too. Staff was amazing and super friendly. will be coming back!

Friendly service 😊 Last-minute availability of spacious comfortable room. Quiet night No hot water at 10am for a decent shower 🚿 🥶 but still v good value for money. I didn't have time to try the restaurant, bar, swimming pool & spa but hope to another time.

Read the reviews after we booked and honestly thought about not going ! Who these people 6that wrote the reviews and posted awful pics were I don't know. My room was immaculate Bed comfy Bathroom spotless perfect! Food at breakfast was amazing everything you could possibly want including poached eggs and porridge. The hotel is clean and the food is good and staff lovely. Pool is great. This is a nice hotel that is just starting to fray around the edges so work needs done now to be timely. The rooms are small but adequate. Room carpets need to be deep cleaned and bathrooms needs a bit if an upgrade, replacing bath with walk in shower. We had a lovely 3 night stay and would return.

Service was great, location tremendous. Hotel was quiet for the most part and had an excellent breakfast.

Location for Inverness is good, not in the centre but just off the main roundabout for both the city and airport. A large car park is available and the usual Jury's Inn amenities, gym, 24hr pizza etc. The rooms are nicely decorated (We had two and both were of a high standard) the only downside was the lack of soundproofing on the external door, this meant that you could hear people in the corridor...

Amazing facilities (a wonderful swim in pool, with use of soa and jacuzzi). Lovely staff - receptionist who greeted me and I saw on check out and Porter who brought me extra oat milk and decaf tea bags.

The hotel is nice however be careful of the booking you make I was moved from the main building into "their other part" which is isolated from the hotel rooms are nice but not what I was expecting when I saw the hotel and then saw the building im staying in... Breakfast is nice and the staff is very very friendly If you happen to stay in the other building DON'T accept the room direct to the door...

The hotel is under renovation. It is old. The service is good but there is no sound insulation.

Attention to detail couldn't be faulted We were delighted especially after staying a few before in an hotel which claimed to be five star deluxe and was anything but!Fully intend to stay in the Kingsmills again in the near future 😀

This is one of the cleanest, friendliest and accommodating hotels I have ever stayed at. Spent 2 nights in January (with my dog) and ALL the staff were very helpful. What a lovely get away. The staff are very friendly, making you feel welcomed throughout your stay. Afternoon tea was lovely. The garden room was spacious, comfortable and lovely modern bathroom. The breakfast was ok but again friendliness of staff made the biggest difference.

An absolute treat to stay here. Super welcome, complete attention to detail in every aspect of service. The hotel was very nice, located by the river, making for pleasant walks. The hotel staff were also very welcoming, offering a glass of champagne upon check-in. The only downside was its distance from the train station; it took almost 20 minutes to walk there with my luggage. Carrying 15kg of luggage on the cobblestone path was a bit strenuous.

It's not as good as I thought, but it's not bad. It's a bit far to walk to the room. It's one of those hotels in a row. If you are in a different building, you have to walk a long way. The room is not bright enough, but the toilet is big.

The room is very big and the bathroom is also very big. I am very satisfied with the whole stay. Parking is very convenient at the door. The only drawback is that the hotel does not have an elevator. It is a bit tiring if you have a lot of luggage.

We had 3 nights to recover from cycling the GGW and finished in Inverness. A great hotel right next to the river and opposite the castle.

This was an unexpected gem. If you are looking for a unique and memorable place to stay, this is it. As a guest, you have access to the walled garden from the 1783s. The house is historic with rooms that take you back to another time in history but updated for modern convenience. The staff was very attentive and made us feel special. We would highly recommend.

The amenities were lovely. They kept real milk chilled in the fridge for your tea or coffee which was such a nice touch. The food was unbelievable as were the drinks. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was clean and warm. The only thing to mention was the pool area which needs a spruce up especially all the rust that shows. A couple more chairs needed too as there were only two to relax on but fortunately we were the only couple there. The pool was perfect for a swim which we did enjoy.

The hotel needs pre notification if you need housekeeping. But I already pre notified needed housekeeping, there’s no housekeeping at all. When I asked front desk, she said she is new in hotel and doesn’t know all the rooms numbers and location yet. I think this is not a good reason.

Just a heads-up for anyone driving, this hotel doesn't have a parking lot. The cleanliness wasn't outstanding, but it was acceptable. On the bright side, the breakfast was fantastic, and the service was really good. Overall, it's a decent stay.

The Beaufort was incredibly beautiful. The staff that we interacted with were all excellent! About a five-ten minute walk from the train station and there were several food options close by.

Quite an old hotel. Hotel room has a flight of stairs up after getting off to the floor via lift. A little inconvenience for heavy luggages. Location is great just by the underground station.

Royal highland hotel is well located and they are just nest the mall. The hotel is well kept and room is well maintained. Areas are surrounding by restaurants and pub. The only cons is that car parking lots is limited and it first come first serve basic. Min walk to castle and major attractions

We stayed here for the convenient location, and had a bit of an emergency. The staff could not have been more kind or helpful. I will make this my regular place to stay every time I am in the area, which is 4-5x a year. Fantastic food too!

Beautiful small town feel. Family like atmosphere, the rooms were extremely clean and the staff could not have been more helpful. Easy bus route into Inverness or close enough by taxi to not cost a fortune. Complimentary breakfast was amazing unlike just the continental offered at most big chain hotels. The owner himself ran the breakfast area (great meals!) and personally offered the use of the washer and dryer for us. One evening dinner service was on the slow side but the food was very good. We absolutely loved our stay at Rocpool Reserve. The staff was some of the friendliest we’ve ever met, and they are truly willing to go above and beyond to accommodate your stay!
