I accidentally booked the wrong dates and i immediately canceled and then booked the correct dates. Sonesta ES/Expedia refuse to refund any amount from my canceled booking

Staff was good but please looked abandoned. Our room had a really strong cigarrete smell, not what i was expecting.

Carpet was wet in room something was leaking. People making noise all night both nights outside room could not rest

The room fit our needs - it was difficult to request towels/staff was hesitant to fulfill our request upon check in.

For the price we paid, it was a good stay. The inside of the room was very clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was a great size and comfortable. The reason for only 3 stars is because it doesn’t look like the pictures online. It’s more of an extended stay type of place so there are families living there long term. We were uneasy when we drove up and saw bikes out in some of the lawns. We walked into our room and it smelled like someone smoked in there for a long time. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. We had to go out and buy air freshener because we called the front desk and it took hours for maintenance to come. On day 2, I called the front office for fresh towels an d toilet paper and was told I had to take the dirty ones down to the laundry room myself. All in all it was a good stay but if you’re looking for a hotel with hotel service, not the best place to stay.

I did not enjoy my stay at all! The room had clogged shiwer kitchen and bathroom sink. There was food inside the garbage disposal. Which did not work. We were giving a replacement room. Which was full of black mold! And smelly plus extremely dirty. So we went back to the original room. They had no maintenance to repair the plumbing from Friday check in till Monday. Which we left the property that Monday Morning to go out on the town. We returned to find out that our room keys were not work to the room. It keep denying us entry. We were then meet by a gentleman UNLOCKING our room door and exiting the room! He stated he was the maintenance. Their to repair the clogs and disposal. Only to find out he was going through our belongings inside of our room. When asked about does anyone let the guests know that maintenance would be coming a day and time. He then got angry and stated (im jus maintenance). I reported the incident to the office. Then 10 minutes later the maintenance guy came from the back building angry and approached me. He got close in my face and told me I lied on him. I ask the gentleman why did he have the deadbolt on the door locked to where we could not enter a room that I paid for and my belongings are inside. The gentleman then squared up to me in fighting position. Then stated (you stay right here I got something for you) By this time another worker whom was a women saw what he was doing and called the manager. She then yelled (Billy report to the office now).

The room and furniture was just dirty. Carpet had so many stains in it. Not good when I can’t even take my socks off at any point without my slippers being close by. No live bugs we saw but spotted dead ones behind the doors of bathrooms. Wasn’t a bad stay but the rooms weren’t clean at all. From my experience I wouldn’t stay here again.

The stay was okay, but I had to leave 2 days earlier and could not get a refund. An emergency came up and I had to leave. Also, didn't like the fact that the rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. I had to go to laundry room for clean linens and towels. It was like I wasn't on vacation. I probably won't be staying there again. I think it's unfair that you can't receive a refund for service you were unable to get. I would not recommend properties like this!
