I came here , I was disappointed
I'm going to start from when we 1st hit the door. The bed was not a king size like I ask for, then it was all the way up on the AC, I know we have our own phone but there was no phone in the room to call front desk had to walk back down stairs. The TV remote had no batteries an they said they was out so we had to watch the same channel all night. Woke up at night to use bathroom cut on light roaches running back in the wall. To be honest don't know if it's a upgrade or a down one. But wasn't happy or satisfied with it. But we was tired. Got to do better

This location is the true definition of a trap house.

The first problem was we were charged almost double for early check in. For which the first room was not clean. There was trash and other people's stuff was on the bed and floor and feces in the toilet with no rolls of paper.

The second room had burn marks on both beds linen, no toilet tissue, no trash can in the room, one set of dingy towels and a single pillow on each bed that was dirty. The blanket they brought us was thin as a sheet. The mattress was hard. They didn't have an iron or an ironing board in the room or available. There is no phone in the room.
The TV didn't work. There were gunshots in the parking lot at 3a following an argument next to my car and the closed gas station.

We drove from DC and will never come here again.

Towels left on floor from previous customers. Shower not cleaned before i moved into the room. No tissue, no clean towels, no microwave in my room.

This place was horrible ruined our whole time.We booked our room for two nights the first night absolutely no sleep at all! They put us in a room between a bunch of people they have living there. Drug activity going on all night in and out all night long slamming doors and playing loud music. When we get back the next day there is a fight going on three doors down legit fighting!! Immediately we packed up and just headed home so didn't even stay for the night we had already paid for !!! Never again will we stay there terrible experience completely ruined our trip!!!!!

I was highly disappointed! The pictures displayed on add doesn't look like that now. When I pulled around to my room, there was people standing around in freezing temperatures. I was kept up all night with the activity outside. The most hollering, cussing and arguing outside,banging on doors,all night long.I couldn't sleep. I wouldn't recommend place to no one! Had I not booked through Expedia I would have left.

I booked a Queen single room with a microwave and a refrigerator. When I opened the door to the room, I immediately noticed that there was no microwave or refrigerator. I called the front desk Clerk who proceeded to give mm their rate codes for booking (which I had NO IDEA what she was talking about.) The door to the room was broken and remained slightly ajar, even with BOTH locks (the door lock and the deadbolt) locked. I had to maneuver the handle for several minutes each time that I entered or exited the room. And even when closed, outside light AND NOISE can in through the large open gap. So, of course, I'm afraid to fall asleep by then. I thought about calling back to the front desk Clerk to request a different room, but I didn't want another lecture about 'rate codes'. I finally fell asleep around midnight only to be awakened at 4:50 AM by the sound of "Guests" cursing and fighting in the parking lot just outside of my room!! Horrible experience!! But Thanks for the lecture on "rate codes"!! ? ?

Staff is friendly, my room is ok. The bed is awful. If you don't have a back problem, you will. I woke up with my back killing me. The mattress is so cheap, I can feel the springs. The shower is tiny. I have to remember, you get what you pay for. Update: Woke up again, but this time, it was because people were fighting, screaming, and holding the car horn down 4 times for 15 secs each time. I am not coming back again. Update again: They allowed me to switch rooms. Like I said before the staff is very friendly.

Terrible!! Drove all the way to this hotel just for the pool.. website said pool was open, it was not. So we get to the room, roaches everywhere, blankets were FILTHY, room smelled like death & the shower was disgusting. So I called front desk and said I wanted a refund and she said okay. I told her let me get my stuff back up. She then called back yelling at me saying if I didn’t go up there right then I would not get a refund. She was very rude. The only reason I rated one star is because you can’t go any lower.

The room was in okay condition for the price. The front desk clerk was very polite. When I was walking to my room, a guy asked me if I needed anything. He was referring to drugs. Later that night when I was returning to my room , another guy asked if I was looking for a girl.. Around 2:30 am I was awakened by very loud moaning and groaning. That couple had very loud sex for an hour, with no respect for the rooms around them. There needs to be a prostitution and drug raid there.
