Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham in Chandler

Terrible experience! Don’t go with them. I reserved through *******, at the day of my arrival they delayed my check in for 4 hours until the gave me my appointment number and access code just to find out that the place was already occupied! Then, they gave me another apartment which was all dirty and in pretty bad condition (window broken, no air conditioning). Cancellation was not allowed but Finally at 9 pm they accepted my reservation were canceled with no cost! Don’t go with them!!!!! Terrible service and terrible apartments!

This room is fine for $80. Not $200 (spring break inflation). A snowstorm ruined our travel plans so we were looking for a hotel to rest on our road trip from Utah.
We checked in at 9:30 pm and paid $160 plus tax and pet fee. Lobby was fine and front desk was very nice. But then we drove around to our room where there was a lot of sketchy activity going on in the parking lot. I was very uncomfortable with the men with no shirts on walking around and talking to people in their cars- seemed like drug activity. We hurried into our room.
Our room, #150, was terribly outdated and used (damage, stains, smells). Windows wouldn't lock and there was duct tape, we had to lay the towel tension rod from the bathroom in the window frame to lock it.
Bed is fine and clean but my dog found crackers under the bed. Bad lumpy pillows. The toilet had a bunch of black smudges on it that wiped off.
If we weren't so exhausted and it wasn't so late we would leave. Too hard to change rooms with dog and lots of luggage and sketchy people outside.
We then realized that the bedroom is directly under the stairs so every second floor customer with their suitcase is waking us up from 10-midnight and again starting at 5 am. I am just laying here awake with the banging and loud footsteps.
