Great location. Cracker Barrel, Chevron, Circle K, Dunkin Donuts, Wendy's all in walking distance. Very clean. I would definitely recommend this Extended Stay location and in the future I would spend my money to live there.

Also I wanted to say that some of the negative reviews sound fake. Bunch of bologna.

No complaints. The staff are accommodating. Very nice people. The room we were in we did not like because it had carpet and they let us change rooms for no extra charge.
This place is nicer than all of the other hotels nearby.

My wife and I stayed here for over a week and everything was great. The staff was great and very helpful with everything we needed. We reserved a room for 7 nights and the price was very surprising considering it was well under $100 per night and the deposit was also surprisingly low as well. We would recommend this hotel to anyone planning on staying in the area especially if it's for multiple nights. There really isn't another hotel that could match or come close to the price or service. Thank you to all the employees at Extended Stay America at

Dirty. No dishes. TV not smart TV. Very very dated. Front desk clerk only second day on the job. When asked to speak to the manager we were told he was at the bar. No manager on site anytime during that night only this clerk two days into the job no training

Highly recommend to staying here! So my family and I were mislead into a motel via Expedia on our first night so the next day we went out and find this new wonderful place not only did he give a great deal he also showed us the rooms before final purchase. They were clean and newly renovated. I have absolutely no complaints and we stayed a week. Thank you James for saving out Christmas trip we are truly grateful to you and your wonderful customer service. Thank you so much!

The room much cleaner than expected for an extended stay facility. I've had some not so good past experiences. Staff was great. Check in was quick and easy! Parking was free and accessible close to my unit/room. The overall property was very well maintained. Very close to many food places and gas stations. Just a few miles away chandler fashion center.

So dirty and run down. My feet were black from walking in the room barefoot within the hour. Counters also really dirty. Every surface has dirty and grime. I stayed three nights. Went to the front desk to ask for more towels and they said they wouldn’t give them to me since they weren’t servicing my room that day.

The bed is nice and fluffy. The best bed I’ve been in, I’m such a long time. The sofa bed doesn’t have sheets or pillows, so you will need to bring your own or ask. Everything is on an asked basis. The forks they don’t have. Was given 2 spoons 4 knifes The room to the door is an issue, someone knocked and proceeded to open it. The latch works but the deadbolt doesn’t. * on top of all this they expect you to pay more for faster internet. If I knew that from the start I wouldn’t have booked a place here.

Room is filthy and smells. I literally had to clean the bathroom just to use the toilet. The floor looks horrible hasn’t been vacuumed in forever, dust covered everything.. . Has a kitchen but no coffee pot or anything. DO NOT RECOMMEND
