The room was exceptional (3101) I had a gym area in my room, including a Peloton bike which i used it extensively.

The amenities are beautiful; room and property were all very clean and staff was courteous and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

The place was nice only thing is if your going to charge that price your cocktails and food should be top line not at the bottom.

I really appreciate how they have plenty of bottled water, even when we politely ask for it multiple times in a row lol. Plus, the room is super clean. Our stay was very pleasant at the Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak. The only inconvenience was the major construction in site. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

I was a solo traveler. Would be absolutely great for a family. Almost made me wish I had children or a family to swim and do activities with. Rooms are huge and roomy with balcony for single traveler.

The front desk staff was very patient, but the hotel facilities were a bit old, the room had a peculiar smell, and the elevator often malfunctioned during our stay.

Beautiful place. Our view of the sky and mountains from our room's patio deck was amazing, especially at night. Also the view down to the outside patio was cool. The staff members here were super genuine and willing to provide help even past midnight. I would definitely stay here again!

Unsafe. Not recommended. The Front Desk gave room keys to a male stranger and opened my door at midnight! And yet, no formal solution & response regarding threatening my safety from the hotel. Totally disappointed.

Pretty convenient near the airport

Solid hotel. The bed and pillows were amazing. 4 min from the airport with a shuttle that runs every 30min 24/7. No complaints.

Excellent Hotel, Would stay again. Rooms are big, Bed comfortable, Nice Pool outside. Hotel Shuttle is on Request but saves on a Taxi fare so is worth asking for it. Restaurant is ok quite expensive. The elevators are slow and there are only two is my only complaint but overall a good hotel right next to the airport.

Very nice hotel near the convention center. The variety and value of the breakfast options were disappointed. Get it, captive audience, but $35 for scrambled eggs was a bit much. I did not care for auto tip and service charge either. I know I'm sounding "cheap", its just a matter of feeling gouged at times.

Great place to stay in downtown phoenix. Close to all the restaurants and entertainment. The hotel has an art deco feel and very reminiscent of NYC. The rooms had great windows providing lots of natural light (all with shades and blackout curtains). Overall great stay and would recommend.

Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Downtown is a good hotel, right in the city center and convenient for going anywhere

Don't go, don't go, don't go. This is not a four-star hotel. It's a three-star hotel. It's three-star on Google Maps. And then they charged me $5 more for a drink for the free breakfast. It's disgusting. And the room is very small. Go stay in a higher-end hotel. Don't spend so much money on a garbage hotel. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in at this price. Nice facility but it is dated a little bit older. The banquet staff and bar staff were very good and very accommodating. Tammy my bartender made me a really good margarita. I would recommend that if you stay here you did not get a hotel room that faces towards the freeway it is very loud. Their pools look very clean although I did not have the time to take advantage of it this time.

Good family hotel. Awesome indoor pool. The only down side to that is the entire inside of the hotel is so much fun for people with curly thick hair like mine lol. Staff was friendly enough. Some seemed a bit stuck up but most were nice. I would stay again.

It's a nice hotel. Indoor and outdoor pool, indoor Jacuzzi. The food here is standard restaurant quality, nothing to sing about, but it will fill your stomach. Good location, with close proximity to just about everything you could want. Where they really shine is when they are hosting your conference. Very accommodating.

Room was not a King size bed! Barely a double size mattress. Hair found on toilet seat. Shower head was broken and you had to hold the shower head yourself while showering. The soap was very small and barely was enough for one shower. Front staff could have been a little more helpful. It is close to Phoenix Airport and provides free shuttle service to and from the airport (the shuttle bus cannot wait to pick you up at the airport, so if you call after you arrive, they will come right away). The hotel rooms are clean, have a modern design, and have a bathtub. I had a comfortable stay. The staff are also friendly. I recommend it.

Very well maintained and spacious grounds. Beautiful palm trees all around and even one growing through the roof of the restaurant. Excellent service staff. Lots of areas and little enclosures where parties of 2-6 people could just sit and relax in quiet and privacy.

Our transit hotel was great; our flight was delayed and we arrived late at night. Check-in was very smooth after calling the hotel. This was my first time staying here, as it was close to the airport and I had a connecting flight, so I booked it on the day. It's a Hilton-style hotel, so despite its name, it's well-maintained. The staff were very polite and tried their best to understand my poor English. The facilities were also clean, so I was very satisfied. I'd like to stay longer next time!

The carpets were super dirty we found a dead roach and finger prints in the first room I was offered and the shower handle was broken. Other than being an older place it was okay. Not what we hoped for! This was the most disappointing Comfort Inn we have ever stayed at. The room had an unpleasant odor. The carpet was disgustingly dirty. The window coverings need to be replaced. Actually, the whole building should be next step for renovations.
