The room was exceptional (3101) I had a gym area in my room, including a Peloton bike which i used it extensively.
The amenities are beautiful; room and property were all very clean and staff was courteous and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.
The place was nice only thing is if your going to charge that price your cocktails and food should be top line not at the bottom.
I really appreciate how they have plenty of bottled water, even when we politely ask for it multiple times in a row lol. Plus, the room is super clean. However, it was a bit disappointing when we parked in the self-park area, and the golf cart driver saw us even though it was already evening. He didn’t even offer to share his ride with us! To be fair, the self-park area is quite a distance from the...

This property is a 39 acre resort. I live in Phoenix, but felt like I left town to visit a resort. The original resort was built in the 1920's in the art deco style. 2020-2021 it was closed for a year for restoration and upgrades. Much of the property is new with but keeping with the art deco style. The hotel has the main building along with separate hotel building. It has seven pools with cabanas...

I wanted to write a review to help balance out some of the negative comments about the construction and to give a clearer picture of my personal experience. Yes, the hotel is currently undergoing construction, and yes, the rooms could use an update—but I still found the property to be really lovely. The pool area and gym were fantastic, and the construction never interrupted my sleep or overall comfort...
Our stay was very pleasant at the Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak. The only inconvenience was the major construction in site. The staff were very courteous and helpful.
Great hotel.Staff were friendly and helpful
I was a solo traveler. Would be absolutely great for a family. Almost made me wish I had children or a family to swim and do activities with. Rooms are huge and roomy with balcony for single traveler.
Great customer service, my kids had a great time!

The website said breakfast was included. I got there and was told that the serve coffee.
It was clean and had all you needed with reception open 24hrs. The only let down was it was advertised as breakfast included and turns out they don’t do breakfast anymore. There is however a few eating places and gas station that has a supermarket only 5mins walk away!
Our overall stay was good but the receptionist was rude. She needs to be retrained on her customer service skills. Her attitude was uncalled for. She was lucky I didn't jump over that counter and kick her ****!
The employees were lovely and very kind. They made sure we had everything we needed and double checked whenever they seen us to make sure we were having nice experience. The room was worn down with cracked paint peeling off the wall, cigarette burns on the walls and sheet, and the bed had only one pillow per person. The headboard had the vinyl ripping off that should just be replaced all together...
Great location near the airport. Very quiet as well. Can tell they are in the middle of renovating. Will definitely book again
Came to phoenix for the first time as a little trip with my friends. We booked a hotel that was just awful but this one was soo much better. We were wandering around for hours hoping to find a good decent room for a good price and Howard Johnson provided it. Checked in around midnight, stressed and exhausted. This place provided a nice good night rest for 3 nights. It was pretty cheap too! Roughly...

Comfortable hotel for our last night before flying out of Phoenix.
This was a nice place to stay customer service was really good . It does need some updating there payment system is one thing they should do so your able to use your credit card with just a touch or Apple Pay so it’s more contactless. For the rooms there not bad they are clean a little outdated but comfortable except for the pillows those where really bad very thin. But as a whole I would stay there...
In Phoenix For Baseball Tournament, The Tournament Was appropriately named as it was so hot, 114. Hotel Was Great, Staff Were All Super Friendly, Bar & Grill, Food Was Great, Hotel & Room Clean, It Was A Great Stay, When The Next Tourney Is Nearby We ll Be Back!
It was quite a walk to get to our room. We are seniors and had luggage. There is not a free or reduced price breakfast, however the breakfast buffet was WONDERFUL! Everything you can imagine, plus eggs made just for you! signage or directions to get to the restaurant were not clear. EXCELLENT driver taking guests to the airport!!
Beautiful place. Our view of the sky and mountains from our room's patio deck was amazing, especially at night. Also the view down to the outside patio was cool. The staff members here were super genuine and willing to provide help even past midnight. I would definitely stay here again!
Great hotel and views. Very nice service staff and I was very well taken care of! Will definitely stay here again if I need to

The front desk staff was very patient, but the hotel facilities were a bit old, the room had a peculiar smell, and the elevator often malfunctioned during our stay.
The room was nice. I arrived at night. I saw some homeless people around. You must have a car if you need to go out.
Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is old and run down but still charging over $200 /night. Without breakfast! Hole in curtain, stained dirty rug, chipped furniture, broken refrigerator, needed to ask for towels & coffee in room since there was not daily service. Will not return.
it was not bad , food choices could be better and maybe rooms cleaned more often

Unsafe. Not recommended. The Front Desk gave room keys to a male stranger and opened my door at midnight! And yet, no formal solution & response regarding threatening my safety from the hotel. Totally disappointed.
Great, friendly service by all staff. Location is excellent to airport. Highly recommend.
Pretty convenient near the airport
Solid hotel. The bed and pillows were amazing. 4 min from the airport with a shuttle that runs every 30min 24/7. No complaints.
Excellent Hotel, Would stay again. Rooms are big, Bed comfortable, Nice Pool outside. Hotel Shuttle is on Request but saves on a Taxi fare so is worth asking for it. Restaurant is ok quite expensive. The elevators are slow and there are only two is my only complaint but overall a good hotel right next to the airport.
Staff are kind and friendly. Bar, food and breakfast were amazing. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The food at the hotel was amazing I 100% recommend staying here. Close to everything and to the airport.
Beautiful hotel for a quick stay. Wish we could have been here few extra days. Loved everything about it.
Great place but a few little glitches like late cleaning room and charges that were wrong. But staff is friendly and very professional.
We used METRO from airport. It was A-line. But Dountown hab station is very complicated to transfer. When back to airport We asked front desk how to get back to airport. Answer was otherside of Central st and take from there. It was incorrect. Need provide correct info.

Clean property. Staff reasonably friendly and helpful. Prices maybe a little high, unless you take advantage of prepaid rates. On site dining options are lean. Menu selections were good, but nothing special. The bar was reasonably generous with filling a wine glass, which is refreshing to see. I was surprised that this property really did not offer benefits to SPG Gold members. Usually, you will...
Nice facility but it is dated a little bit older. The banquet staff and bar staff were very good and very accommodating. Tammy my bartender made me a really good margarita. I would recommend that if you stay here you did not get a hotel room that faces towards the freeway it is very loud. Their pools look very clean although I did not have the time to take advantage of it this time.
Good family hotel. Awesome indoor pool. The only down side to that is the entire inside of the hotel is so much fun for people with curly thick hair like mine lol. Staff was friendly enough. Some seemed a bit stuck up but most were nice. I would stay again.
It's a nice hotel. Indoor and outdoor pool, indoor Jacuzzi. The food here is standard restaurant quality, nothing to sing about, but it will fill your stomach. Good location, with close proximity to just about everything you could want. Where they really shine is when they are hosting your conference. Very accommodating.
Little older of a hotel but Very nice especially for the price. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly & kind to both us and our animals.
Great price. Some remodeling going on, but we didn't seem to notice much noise from that. Road noise from freeway was present, but not too bad. No snacks anywhere. Desk said there was snack machines on certain levels, but I checked them all and only found soda machines. They need a pantry or gift shop. And housekeeping didn't seem to understand that the be green hang tag means no room servicing necessary

Room was dirty. No lotion or anything stocked on counters, shower was dirty and had hair in it. The cabinets and couch had filthy splatters. The bed was comfortable but we couldn’t believe the condition of a room so close to Mayo Clinic. People start there during treatments and in would expect cleanliness.
Convenient to Mayo Clinic. Seemed very clean. Hard to find the actual location. Signage was lacking for directions to the front of the hotel.
The hotel is so close to Mayo Clinic and this time was affordable. The barking dogs were a little annoying at times, but manageable. I would always stay here when I have appointments at the clinic, if I could.
We srayed here simply because it was the closest hotel we could find to get to our destination the next day. We greatly appreciate the folks at the front desk, management and staff who made our stay comfortable and easy. We highly recommend this hotel. It's clean and quiet.
Was absolutely wonderful Was so comfortable we didn’t have to worry about anything. The bed was as comfortable as my own bed. Really enjoyed the breakfast.
Free breakfast disappoints Our room was a bit dirty. The air conditioning unit was loud and would then turn off at night and heat would come on. Not ideal for Arizona temps. Free breakfast was never stocked. Didn’t matter what time we came down for breakfast. Guests had to tell staff that the food was out, instead of them checking. Those kitchen employees were rude and lazy. We heard from other guests...

Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Downtown is a good hotel, right in the city center and convenient for going anywhere
Not pleased Bed was very uncomfortable. Little support Too low to floor Toilet was I believe a disability type. Way too low
Tastefully renovated hotel located downtown. It is a nice, older structure which has been renovated tastefully. The location is convenient for downtown activities. Their rooftop bar most definitely worth visiting.
Fun place, good location Great stay. My only complaint was the water temperature in the shower was Luke warm.
Don't go, don't go, don't go. This is not a four-star hotel. It's a three-star hotel. It's three-star on Google Maps. And then they charged me $5 more for a drink for the free breakfast. It's disgusting. And the room is very small. Go stay in a higher-end hotel. Don't spend so much money on a garbage hotel. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in at this price. This belongs to the low-end Hilton
It's OK, normal, breakfast needs more Xiaocao

My son goes to school here and loves the campus. He is thriving here academically and personally. His professors are available to him and he feels comfortable in asking for assistance when needed. Nice updated hotel. Just sucks they have double beds and not queens. Pool area is fantastic and dining is nice. Elevators could use some updates but overall will definitely come back and recommend this hotel. Good service as well.
The place is really nice and clean, the customer service is amazing there. The only thing I did not like was the size of the beds, the room I purchased was the Junior Suite, 2 Double Beds. The beds are full size beds so since I have kids that move a lot in bed it was a pain having a small bed. I wish the beds were queen size and also the room was pretty small compared to other similar hotels. The real...
Decided to get the double suite and it was a great choice. There were doors that separated the bedroom from the living room area which was great for when people were visiting. There was plenty of space and also a leather futon that once folded down, it's a bed. Room was clean, pool was pretty, and customer service was excellent. Perfect location for visiting GCU students.
Visited for school residency. Room is clean and comfortable. Restaurant has a fun atmosphere with good drinks. Pool area looks amazing and has plenty of comfy seating. Shuttles to the school are convenient.
As alumni I am sure I am basis. But on this trip this has been the nicest place I have been at. Sure there is construction, but that is good as the University is growing. Room was not a King size bed! Barely a double size mattress. Hair found on toilet seat. Shower head was broken and you had to hold the shower head yourself while showering. The soap was very small and barely was enough for one shower. Front staff could have been a little more helpful. Trip.com please update your website to reflect the true size of the king size accessible room.
It is close to Phoenix Airport and provides free shuttle service to and from the airport (the shuttle bus cannot wait to pick you up at the airport, so if you call after you arrive, they will come right away). The hotel rooms are clean, have a modern design, and have a bathtub. I had a comfortable stay. The staff are also friendly. I recommend it.
The room was clean and comfortable. And airport buses are also convenient.
The male staff when we checked in was very kind. The room had been renovated several years ago and was very clean. It was also spacious and easy to use. Breakfast is included, but it's a simple meal.
airport pickup and drop off and convenient location close to the airport, bed was super comfortable. Have stayed at this hotel several times in the past.

The room was fine. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Felt safe & relaxed. I was alone so feeling safe was #1 for me. I was very disappointed with whoever was next door or across the hall. Cozy boutique hotel Its a beautiful cozy boutique hotel. Love the decor and excellent service. Food and drinks are really good. Room is beautiful, comfortable bed. I was very grateful they were able to accommodate me checking in early so I could get ready for my graduation ceremony that afternoon.. Thank you!!!
The room had a weird smell but didn’t make it a big deal since we were there just for one night. Breakfast was good had a lot of options. Other then the room smell I have no other complaints.

On a road trip, this was a real pleasure after being in a much crummier place the night before. I realized how much nicer this was in all the little ways I might not have otherwise realized.
This hotel is a decent option if you're looking for a convenient location near ASU and aren’t expecting luxury. It’s affordable and functional but lacks a standout feature to make it memorable. I'd recommend it for solo travelers or budget-conscious guests staying for a short time.
