The room was exceptional (3101) I had a gym area in my room, including a Peloton bike which i used it extensively.
The amenities are beautiful; room and property were all very clean and staff was courteous and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.
The place was nice only thing is if your going to charge that price your cocktails and food should be top line not at the bottom.
I really appreciate how they have plenty of bottled water, even when we politely ask for it multiple times in a row lol. Plus, the room is super clean. However, it was a bit disappointing when we parked in the self-park area, and the golf cart driver saw us even though it was already evening. He didn’t even offer to share his ride with us! To be fair, the self-park area is quite a distance from the...

This property is a 39 acre resort. I live in Phoenix, but felt like I left town to visit a resort. The original resort was built in the 1920's in the art deco style. 2020-2021 it was closed for a year for restoration and upgrades. Much of the property is new with but keeping with the art deco style. The hotel has the main building along with separate hotel building. It has seven pools with cabanas...

I wanted to write a review to help balance out some of the negative comments about the construction and to give a clearer picture of my personal experience. Yes, the hotel is currently undergoing construction, and yes, the rooms could use an update—but I still found the property to be really lovely. The pool area and gym were fantastic, and the construction never interrupted my sleep or overall comfort...
Our stay was very pleasant at the Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak. The only inconvenience was the major construction in site. The staff were very courteous and helpful.
Great hotel.Staff were friendly and helpful
I was a solo traveler. Would be absolutely great for a family. Almost made me wish I had children or a family to swim and do activities with. Rooms are huge and roomy with balcony for single traveler.
Great customer service, my kids had a great time!

Great views clean rooms what more to ask for 👍👍👍👍👏
We love staying at Legacy Golf Resort. Our only complaint is it would be nice if they would update their TV’s… We will be back🥰
I enjoyed staying at the resort. It was peaceful and quiet and had such a beautiful ambience. I unfortunately didn’t get time to move around coz I was pressed with time but it’s a good place to stay at.
Great place to stay! Nice area , very clean inside and out!
Wonderful, clean, courteous staff, beautiful property. Looking forward to booking again. 10/10

One of the worst experience i have ever had. Hotel system was down and they didnt see our reservation and waited for almost 3 hours. After that they said they have no rooms available. After trip.com assistance we have got the room. I was shocked after i entered to the room. This can not be Double Tree hilton hotel it seemed 3 star hotel. Air condition works like old machines too noisy and couldnt...
The front desk staff was very patient, but the hotel facilities were a bit old, the room had a peculiar smell, and the elevator often malfunctioned during our stay.
The room was nice. I arrived at night. I saw some homeless people around. You must have a car if you need to go out.
Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is old and run down but still charging over $200 /night. Without breakfast! Hole in curtain, stained dirty rug, chipped furniture, broken refrigerator, needed to ask for towels & coffee in room since there was not daily service. Will not return.
it was not bad , food choices could be better and maybe rooms cleaned more often

Overnight stay on the way to Sedona. This is a once great hotel that is past its prime, but it is still clean and comfortable. Just in need of a decor update. Customer service was friendly. Our room was huge. We woke up too late to try breakfast at the restaurant so all that was available was the coffee shop which only had a few very basic breakfast items. Unfortunately the surrounding neighborhood...
Comfortable hotel for our last night before flying out of Phoenix.
Beautiful place. Our view of the sky and mountains from our room's patio deck was amazing, especially at night. Also the view down to the outside patio was cool. The staff members here were super genuine and willing to provide help even past midnight. I would definitely stay here again!
Great hotel and views. Very nice service staff and I was very well taken care of! Will definitely stay here again if I need to
Very nice hotel. I was there visiting someone for a booty call but it was the hotel that really made the experience magical. Xo

Unsafe. Not recommended. The Front Desk gave room keys to a male stranger and opened my door at midnight! And yet, no formal solution & response regarding threatening my safety from the hotel. Totally disappointed.
Great, friendly service by all staff. Location is excellent to airport. Highly recommend.
Pretty convenient near the airport
Solid hotel. The bed and pillows were amazing. 4 min from the airport with a shuttle that runs every 30min 24/7. No complaints.
Excellent Hotel, Would stay again. Rooms are big, Bed comfortable, Nice Pool outside. Hotel Shuttle is on Request but saves on a Taxi fare so is worth asking for it. Restaurant is ok quite expensive. The elevators are slow and there are only two is my only complaint but overall a good hotel right next to the airport.
Staff are kind and friendly. Bar, food and breakfast were amazing. Highly recommend.

Great spot! Room was clean and in great shape, staff was very helpful. Great area with various dining and drink options; only a 15 minute cab ride from the airport, so, very convenient.
My stay was very comfortable. I enjoyed a drink on the rooftop bar. The evening temperatures were perfect, and my old fashioned was delicious.
Very nice hotel near the convention center. The variety and value of the breakfast options were disappointed. Get it, captive audience, but $35 for scrambled eggs was a bit much. I did not care for auto tip and service charge either. I know I'm sounding "cheap", its just a matter of feeling gouged at times.
Great place to stay in downtown phoenix. Close to all the restaurants and entertainment. The hotel has an art deco feel and very reminiscent of NYC. The rooms had great windows providing lots of natural light (all with shades and blackout curtains). Overall great stay and would recommend.
Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Downtown is a good hotel, right in the city center and convenient for going anywhere
Don't go, don't go, don't go. This is not a four-star hotel. It's a three-star hotel. It's three-star on Google Maps. And then they charged me $5 more for a drink for the free breakfast. It's disgusting. And the room is very small. Go stay in a higher-end hotel. Don't spend so much money on a garbage hotel. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in at this price. This belongs to the low-end Hilton

Clean property. Staff reasonably friendly and helpful. Prices maybe a little high, unless you take advantage of prepaid rates. On site dining options are lean. Menu selections were good, but nothing special. The bar was reasonably generous with filling a wine glass, which is refreshing to see. I was surprised that this property really did not offer benefits to SPG Gold members. Usually, you will...
Nice facility but it is dated a little bit older. The banquet staff and bar staff were very good and very accommodating. Tammy my bartender made me a really good margarita. I would recommend that if you stay here you did not get a hotel room that faces towards the freeway it is very loud. Their pools look very clean although I did not have the time to take advantage of it this time.
Good family hotel. Awesome indoor pool. The only down side to that is the entire inside of the hotel is so much fun for people with curly thick hair like mine lol. Staff was friendly enough. Some seemed a bit stuck up but most were nice. I would stay again.
It's a nice hotel. Indoor and outdoor pool, indoor Jacuzzi. The food here is standard restaurant quality, nothing to sing about, but it will fill your stomach. Good location, with close proximity to just about everything you could want. Where they really shine is when they are hosting your conference. Very accommodating.
Little older of a hotel but Very nice especially for the price. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly & kind to both us and our animals.
Great price. Some remodeling going on, but we didn't seem to notice much noise from that. Road noise from freeway was present, but not too bad. No snacks anywhere. Desk said there was snack machines on certain levels, but I checked them all and only found soda machines. They need a pantry or gift shop. And housekeeping didn't seem to understand that the be green hang tag means no room servicing necessary

Room was not a King size bed! Barely a double size mattress. Hair found on toilet seat. Shower head was broken and you had to hold the shower head yourself while showering. The soap was very small and barely was enough for one shower. Front staff could have been a little more helpful. Trip.com please update your website to reflect the true size of the king size accessible room.
It is close to Phoenix Airport and provides free shuttle service to and from the airport (the shuttle bus cannot wait to pick you up at the airport, so if you call after you arrive, they will come right away). The hotel rooms are clean, have a modern design, and have a bathtub. I had a comfortable stay. The staff are also friendly. I recommend it.
The room was clean and comfortable. And airport buses are also convenient.
The male staff when we checked in was very kind. The room had been renovated several years ago and was very clean. It was also spacious and easy to use. Breakfast is included, but it's a simple meal.
airport pickup and drop off and convenient location close to the airport, bed was super comfortable. Have stayed at this hotel several times in the past.
They let you pay to park in their lot and shuttle you to the airport for only $6 per day. Best deal I could find for air port parking. I highly recommend.

Great place but a few little glitches like late cleaning room and charges that were wrong. But staff is friendly and very professional.
We used METRO from airport. It was A-line. But Dountown hab station is very complicated to transfer. When back to airport We asked front desk how to get back to airport. Answer was otherside of Central st and take from there. It was incorrect. Need provide correct info.

The room was fine. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Felt safe & relaxed. I was alone so feeling safe was #1 for me. I was very disappointed with whoever was next door or across the hall. This has nothing to do with the hotel at all. Crying baby that kept me from falling asleep right away then next door sounded like something was being thrown against the wall & just a lot of them just slamming the door...
The receptionist Alfredo was superb and helpful. The suite was roomy, facilities excellent. We are happy with our stay and will not hesitate to recommend the property
The room was clean. Could use some updating. Michael at the front desk could use a course in customer service. It wouldn't hurt him to smile at the guest when they come and go.
This hotel is a great choice for travellers looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay when exploring Phoenix and nearby areas. The room was dirty with stains on the walls. The corner floor corroded. The carpet old and smelly. The bed was lumpy and not comfy at all. The faucet by the pool was not turned off, ran the entire time. It was reported to front desk but they were already aware and maintenance did not know how to fix. Water is wasted. The front desk person said he could not give us another because that is all they could...
The property is under renovations but even the renovated rooms have maintenance issues. The staff is very helpful and works hard to address them. The breakfast is good and it is free. Parking tree. Close to freeways but also noisy. Reasonably priced. Parks and restaurants are nearby.

The room had a weird smell but didn’t make it a big deal since we were there just for one night. Breakfast was good had a lot of options. Other then the room smell I have no other complaints.

Definant improvement over the last time I stayed at this motel. The rooms are cleaner and have a newer feel to them. Security is much tighter with a strong police presence in and around the motel. Very well maintained and spacious grounds. Beautiful palm trees all around and even one growing through the roof of the restaurant. Excellent service staff. Lots of areas and little enclosures where parties of 2-6 people could just sit and relax in quiet and privacy.
The Royal Palms Resort offers a truly charming experience. The staff is warm, friendly, and always ready to help, and the facilities are absolutely beautiful. The grounds feel like a fun little maze, full of hidden nooks and cozy spots that make exploring the resort a delight. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy a unique atmosphere!
The best way to describe the Royal Palms is a wedding venue with some very dated but cute and cozy rooms attached. Positives: in West US terms, it's historic, and the architecture is quite convincing. Lots of common areas with nice grounds. Staff were friendly. We got upgraded and a small anniversary amenity. The gym is surprisingly well equipped. Negatives: nickel and diming in the worst way. $...
Amazing staff. Amazing staff. A great relaxing experience with zero issues or things to improve. They did it right and continue. Pool with drinks and food, great restaurant with good size portions making the price very reasonable. Drinks are well done! Good cigars sold at the bar with great drinks. Great location near the airport. Thanks to the staff member for arranging a taxi transfer to the airport.
Our transit hotel was great; our flight was delayed and we arrived late at night. Check-in was very smooth after calling the hotel. Breakfast was included, and there was hot water available on the first floor. The room included a simple breakfast, and the parking lot was very large with plenty of spaces. This was my first time staying here, as it was close to the airport and I had a connecting flight, so I booked it on the day. It's a Hilton-style hotel, so despite its name, it's well-maintained. Great place to stay on budget , I like it and I will be staying here again .
the carpet is all covered in stains, the elevator was scary to ride on, sometimes it would move slightly up or down before we stepped inside or out of it after the doors either opened or closed. the bed was old and uncomfortable and the towels were very old and had almost no “fluff” to them. the hot tub was dirty and never got hot and the area around the pool was dirty, every since lounge chair was...
Not what we hoped for! This was the most disappointing Comfort Inn we have ever stayed at. The room had an unpleasant odor. The carpet was disgustingly dirty. The window coverings need to be replaced. Actually, the whole building should be next step for renovations.
