Kind and courteous staff from the front desk to housekeeping. The Carara restaurant was very good loved the menu. I felt very safe in the underground parking garage. The location of the hotel is perfect.

The place was nice overall but the fact thwy didn't tell us the water park was closed put a damper on the getaway since we took out young kids. Also, along with the majority of the pools being closed, the pool construction and jackhammering made for a stay that was less than relaxing while just trying to lounge outside with our children.

Room is clean, quiet and housekeeping came daily to refresh our towels and empty the trash. Nice facility and great for family gatherings.

I went her for my birthday from the east coast and had a ball. This place is exceptional and the entire staff was amazing. Rooms were very clean and food was great. They have a lot of pools and a water park on site . Me and my family had a great time. I will be back .

The water park is the main event and just the right size with enough to do without being overwhelming. The hotel is old and in need of some maintenance but very clean.

It was good overall but the time to check in was crazy, almost 30 minutes in line.. the swimming pool was ok but no towels left. Food was good and the room was comfortable.

Hotel needs to be refreshed a little. It’s located in the middle of the mountains - no grocery store or restaurant by walking distance.

The swimming pool is too shallow, and the surrounding environment is great. Hygiene: clean, I didn't have my room cleaned for a week and it was fine. Environment: You can hike around, a hiking paradise. Service: You can buy a lot of souvenirs in the hotel's gift center.

Beds sheets had stains when we arrived. The staff was great and changed them right away. 3 out of the 5 towels had stains on them. Yellow, red, brown stains. We asked for 5 new ones every day of our 4 days stay. And each day several of the towels had similar stains. The staff was great at getting us new ones. Homeless people in the area were everywhere.

Oh this hotel was PERFECT for attending the con at the convention center! Literally less than 5 minutes walking. The property is stunning with lots of neat art to look at, and to use a backdrops for photos. I LOVED it! The rooms are spacious and beautiful. There was construction going on on my side and I never heard a peep. Just wonderful.

The additional $25 daily destination fee was disappointing. It would be greatly appreciated if guests had the option to opt out of this fee or if it could be eliminated altogether, as this would enhance the overall guest experience.

I gave average because the room was clean. The staff was rude. They would not let us unload our luggage by the front door. They had us move and we had to walk all the way across the parking lot with out luggage. My husband is older and had a hard time walking that far with the luggage.

The Kimpton was an elevated experience from what I am primarily conditioned for. Everyone was friendly, kind, accommodating, helpful, and full of excellent recommendations around the area for my stay. I really enjoyed the experience, I enjoyed the location, and the staff were all top notch.

A comfortable stay for work I had in the area. Summer rates are fantastic. Gracious front desk staff. The place looks just like it does in the pictures. The room was very clean and I slept well. However the shower showed lots of signs of wear. The bathroom sink felt odd as it's bar height.

Solid hotel. The bed and pillows were amazing. 4 min from the airport with a shuttle that runs every 30min 24/7. No complaints.

Excellent Hotel, Would stay again. Rooms are big, Bed comfortable, Nice Pool outside. Hotel Shuttle is on Request but saves on a Taxi fare so is worth asking for it. Restaurant is ok quite expensive.
