Phoenix, 5350 E Marriott Dr, 85054 Finiks, Arizona, SShA (27 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The place was nice overall but the fact thwy didn't tell us the water park was closed put a damper on the getaway since we took out young kids. Also, along with the majority of the pools being closed, the pool construction and jackhammering made for a stay that was less than relaxing while just trying to lounge outside with our children.
Room is clean, quiet and housekeeping came daily to refresh our towels and empty the trash. Nice facility and great for family gatherings.
Property is clean and food is good. Food and beverage is very pricey here. Expect $100-$200 per meal.
The room was exceptional (3101) I had a gym area in my room, including a Peloton bike which i used it extensively.
The amenities are beautiful; room and property were all very clean and staff was courteous and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.
The place was nice only thing is if your going to charge that price your cocktails and food should be top line not at the bottom.

Very nice property. Staff were first class. Food was good some things were very good like the smoked brisket.
Great property, super friendly staff, access to restaurants on camelback really easy, looking forward to coming back when it's a little
Really nice. Clean. Alycia the concierge made us feel very welcome. Classic old school resort but well maintained. Big property that has areas of activity and areas of peace. One our favorite resorts of all the nice places we've stayed.
This hotel is outstanding in architecture, ambiance and excellent service. You relax the moment you arrive. Clean, beautiful rooms. Excellent food and service. I highly recommend.
I loved my stay! I’m happy we opted in for the citrus club access, definitely a highlight of our stay. The staff were amazing, very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed.
Was a lot nicer than the original hotel we booked. We didn’t have to leave for anything and were very satisfied with the stay.

I wanted to write a review to help balance out some of the negative comments about the construction and to give a clearer picture of my personal experience. Yes, the hotel is currently undergoing construction, and yes, the rooms could use an update—but I still found the property to be really lovely. The pool area and gym were fantastic, and the construction never interrupted my sleep or overall comfort...
Our stay was very pleasant at the Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak. The only inconvenience was the major construction in site. The staff were very courteous and helpful.
Great hotel.Staff were friendly and helpful
I was a solo traveler. Would be absolutely great for a family. Almost made me wish I had children or a family to swim and do activities with. Rooms are huge and roomy with balcony for single traveler.
Great customer service, my kids had a great time!
Overpriced for a worn damaged noisy room Exposed nail in the carpet and beds that obstruct the door

Great views clean rooms what more to ask for 👍👍👍👍👏
We love staying at Legacy Golf Resort. Our only complaint is it would be nice if they would update their TV’s… We will be back🥰
I enjoyed staying at the resort. It was peaceful and quiet and had such a beautiful ambience. I unfortunately didn’t get time to move around coz I was pressed with time but it’s a good place to stay at.
Great place to stay! Nice area , very clean inside and out!
Wonderful, clean, courteous staff, beautiful property. Looking forward to booking again. 10/10

One of the worst experience i have ever had. Hotel system was down and they didnt see our reservation and waited for almost 3 hours. After that they said they have no rooms available. After trip.com assistance we have got the room. I was shocked after i entered to the room. This can not be Double Tree hilton hotel it seemed 3 star hotel. Just needed a night for an event Saturday. Hotel and room are severely outdated. It screamed 60s. Staff were nice when I checked in and out. Room was clean. Found some stains on lamp shades. Shower was big and pressure good. Toilet was ok. Ac unit made a high pitch whine when on.
The front desk staff was very patient, but the hotel facilities were a bit old, the room had a peculiar smell, and the elevator often malfunctioned during our stay.
The room was nice. I arrived at night. I saw some homeless people around. You must have a car if you need to go out.
Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is old and run down but still charging over $200 /night. Without breakfast! Hole in curtain, stained dirty rug, chipped furniture, broken refrigerator, needed to ask for towels & coffee in room since there was not daily service. Will not return.
it was not bad , food choices could be better and maybe rooms cleaned more often

Overnight stay on the way to Sedona. This is a once great hotel that is past its prime, but it is still clean and comfortable. Just in need of a decor update. Customer service was friendly. Our room was huge. We woke up too late to try breakfast at the restaurant so all that was available was the coffee shop which only had a few very basic breakfast items. Unfortunately the surrounding neighborhood...
Comfortable hotel for our last night before flying out of Phoenix.
The front desk staff were kind and helpful. Check in was supposed to be 3 pm but when we arrived just after 3, we were told that our room wasn't ready yet so we had to find something to do until it was. Luckily we had a car so we were able to go grab a bite rather than just sit in the lobby and wait. We got an end of the hall room so we didn't hear our neighbors but Dunlap Rd and Hwy 17 was very noisy...
This review will be in two parts. One on the hotel and the neighborhood. The hotel itself is older. From what a local told me it is one of the oldest businesses there. It is clean and somewhat updated. The room we booked had 2 queen beds and is pretty large. The bathroom is old except for the shower tiles. We had a street main entrance room which is a nice view. The staff is helpful and friendly...
Great hotel and location to meet our needs. Staff was excellent. We arrived around 5 pm and our room was not ready due to a convention at the hotel. We were quickly upgraded to a nicer room. The food at the restaurant is good and reasonably priced. The hotel is nicely decorated and nice guest areas with lots of amenities. Only thing I didn't like was being asked for my ID while I used the bag cart...
The rooms are nice and clean. The lobby is a cool looking place. Pool slide is an awesome feature but I didn't have enough time to try it out. Beds were comfortable and the rooms got cold enough to sleep deeply. The bar is pretty well stocked. They have at least a few different scotch and whiskey choices.Overall I would recommend this place to stay. I just wish they had a continental breakfast.

Unsafe. Not recommended. The Front Desk gave room keys to a male stranger and opened my door at midnight! And yet, no formal solution & response regarding threatening my safety from the hotel. Totally disappointed.
Great, friendly service by all staff. Location is excellent to airport. Highly recommend.
Great, friendly service by all staff. Location is excellent to airport. Highly recommend.
Pretty convenient near the airport
Solid hotel. The bed and pillows were amazing. 4 min from the airport with a shuttle that runs every 30min 24/7. No complaints.
Excellent Hotel, Would stay again. Rooms are big, Bed comfortable, Nice Pool outside. Hotel Shuttle is on Request but saves on a Taxi fare so is worth asking for it. Restaurant is ok quite expensive. The elevators are slow and there are only two is my only complaint but overall a good hotel right next to the airport.

Breakfast buffet was delicious but a bit overpriced for what is offered. Buffet servers go above and beyond and we’re the best part of my stay. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Pillows were too soft and beds were too hard. Barely slept. Everything else was excellent.
Hotel was excellent! We went to an event at the convention center and it was super close. Our room was beautiful and clean. Architecture of the entire building were great. Parking was expensive but that seems to be par for the course when staying downtown. Only complaint would be staff at hotel bar, they were not kind nor attentive. Gratuity was added in automatically.
Breakfast selection was great . Price was a little expensive. My complaint was that they did not have a safe in the room. Will not be back because of that.
Staff was very polite and kind but the room was slight dirty and the sink was leaky in the bathroom which might be a hazard to guests slipping and falling in the bathroom. Other than that the location was great for walkable entertainment and good food. Not huge fun of the food service the hotel from Monroe’s but maybe it would been better plated then in a Togo containers they brought to our rooms....
Yes, the room was clean and quiet. And, the entire staff was very courteous including Andrew at the front desk, Manny at Valet and Lillian at breakfast
Great spot! Room was clean and in great shape, staff was very helpful. Great area with various dining and drink options; only a 15 minute cab ride from the airport, so, very convenient.

The room is very spacious and in a very clean and new condition. The lady staff at the front desk is very helpful and pleasant.
Room was not a King size bed! Barely a double size mattress. Hair found on toilet seat. Shower head was broken and you had to hold the shower head yourself while showering. The soap was very small and barely was enough for one shower. Front staff could have been a little more helpful. Trip.com please update your website to reflect the true size of the king size accessible room.
It is close to Phoenix Airport and provides free shuttle service to and from the airport (the shuttle bus cannot wait to pick you up at the airport, so if you call after you arrive, they will come right away). The hotel rooms are clean, have a modern design, and have a bathtub. I had a comfortable stay. The staff are also friendly. I recommend it.
The room was clean and comfortable. And airport buses are also convenient.
The male staff when we checked in was very kind. The room had been renovated several years ago and was very clean. It was also spacious and easy to use. Breakfast is included, but it's a simple meal.

Staff and size of the room was great. Limited food options at the hotel. The rooms were a bit run down and in need of a renovation for 400+ per night. Location is great in terms of central location.
Beautiful hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The food at the hotel was amazing I 100% recommend staying here. Close to everything and to the airport.

The room was fine. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Felt safe & relaxed. I was alone so feeling safe was #1 for me. I was very disappointed with whoever was next door or across the hall. This has nothing to do with the hotel at all. The room was clean. Could use some updating. Michael at the front desk could use a course in customer service. It wouldn't hurt him to smile at the guest when they come and go.
This hotel is a great choice for travellers looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay when exploring Phoenix and nearby areas. This was the best stay for two adults and three kids under age 8. The staff was great the room was very comfortable and clean, there was enough space for all of us to be able to stretch out and relax. I recommend if you are going through phoenix and need a place to sleep then here is your sign. Price was great. I will go back.
The young lady at the front desk was very professional, courteous, and friendly. Room was very nice and clean.
Clean room, Asst. Mgr Kyle was exceptionally helpful. Hyatt Place Phoenix North was advertised, when they finish the remodeling I'm sure it will be even better!
I loved my stay here. The staff were so nice and friendly. They took the time to get to know me. They truly went above and beyond. The breakfast was incredible. The hotel was in a quiet, peaceful area. Also In N Out being 4 min drive from the hotel, can’t beat that. 10/10 will be coming back
When we first arrived the front desk guy wasn’t to helpful especially us coming in from a long drive from California. He eventually was able to accommodate us.We left and return for check in time and the second front desk person was lt more nicer and very helpful.Overall the stay was good the breakfast selection was perfect.
The room was dirty with stains on the walls. The corner floor corroded. The carpet old and smelly. The bed was lumpy and not comfy at all. The faucet by the pool was not turned off, ran the entire time. It was reported to front desk but they were already aware and maintenance did not know how to fix. Water is wasted. The front desk person said he could not give us another because that is all they could...

Rooms were clean, halls were a bit loud(doors all seem to slam), but calmed down. Quick overnight stay for a flight out early am.
This place is really nice and staff is really helpful for everything and I’ll recommend who are planning to take early flight this place is really good
HVAC was a mess. Room was super hot all night and the position of it blows directly on the bed. See through bathroom door makes going the bath room uneasy and no lock on the bathroom door.
It was okay, but probably will look to stay somewhere else next time. When we got into our room the AC was not working, the toilet overflowed, we had requested a crib and got an additional bed instead and was just a very rough start. All of this was fixed but the vibe overall was not our favorite. It wasn’t the worst, but just okay.
Our flight was delayed and had us landing in Phoenix at 2am. When I called the hotel to let them know we were arriving late (so as not to assume we are no shows) the staff was SO NICE i was floored. She seemed genuinely upset for us that our plans were delayed, and made sure to let the night manager know we were still en route. When we arrived, the night manager made quick business of getting us situated...

The room was clean and front desk was really nice. Just not in a good location.
Definant improvement over the last time I stayed at this motel. The rooms are cleaner and have a newer feel to them. Security is much tighter with a strong police presence in and around the motel. Needed a stop over for a long trip
Room too noisy, barely got any sleep with all the doors slamming and traffic outside. Room layout was nice but unfortunately won’t stay again.
Courteous staff. Clean room. OK breakfast included. Comfortable bed. Not luxury but easily worth it.
I really like the size of the rooms! I don’t feel cramped at all. The mattresses aren’t the most comfortable… but not a dealbreaker.
We only had a 1 night stay but it was great. Check in by Michelle was friendly, and the room was big, well equipped and the bed also huge, comfortable and clean. The air con and fridge were very loud but we didn't need them thankfully so could silence them. We were facing the car park and road but it seems the hotel was very quiet and all you could hear was the odd door, elevator whine and cars outside...
The exit and entrance door on the other side should be closed after midnight. It was very noisy with the people going in at 2am.

We were supposed to be in a king room, but had a queen size bed. Also, a 50 dollar resort fee and 40 dollar valet feels very excessive. The staff was very very nice though.
My husband and I both agreed that this was the most beautiful boutique hotel we’ve stayed at in Phoenix. Very quaint, gorgeous property and mountain views along with a wonderful Spa.
Two things are quite impressive: one, staff welcomed us warmly by showing us to our room upon checking in and also made the appropriate room arrangement for us as desired; two, both Christmas Eve and Christmas night dinner table were fully booked but the staff at the restaurant as well as the Bar made it easy for us to order food from the kitchen at the bar and we appreciated it very much.
It is a nice resort but you need a car. They say that they have a hotel car but it only drop u at a shopping mall near by. They not even pick up from there. Ubers are available but not cheap. Unfortunately, our room was not up to 5 stars. It was small and plain and outdated. My son who got his room direct from hotel got a fantastic room and paid less. Very well maintained and spacious grounds. Beautiful palm trees all around and even one growing through the roof of the restaurant. Excellent service staff. Lots of areas and little enclosures where parties of 2-6 people could just sit and relax in quiet and privacy.
The Royal Palms Resort offers a truly charming experience. The staff is warm, friendly, and always ready to help, and the facilities are absolutely beautiful. The grounds feel like a fun little maze, full of hidden nooks and cozy spots that make exploring the resort a delight. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy a unique atmosphere!

Very nice, private location. Pretty, well-maintained grounds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area. Casitas are spacious, but a bit bland with plus-size "southwestern" furniture. Beds/bedding comfortable. Bathroom good; nice hot shower, but a bit more water pressure would be nice. Coffee pods for Keurig tasting stale; at this price range premium coffee should be offered. In-room breakfast...

Room is big, clean, and comfortable!! Great location and breakfast!!
Great location near the airport. Thanks to the staff member for arranging a taxi transfer to the airport.
Our transit hotel was great; our flight was delayed and we arrived late at night. Check-in was very smooth after calling the hotel. Breakfast was included, and there was hot water available on the first floor. The room included a simple breakfast, and the parking lot was very large with plenty of spaces. A perfect transit hotel near the Grand Canyon!
Absolutely perfect for our trip! The staff were super friendly and very helpful. I can highly recommend them.
We were traveling for memorial service for relative...short trip. Great basic room...clean, quiet, basic amenities. We needed a shower cap and razor...front desk had both. Small snack section. Breakfast only is available....no other meals. Breakfast: omelet, sausages, fruit, fruit juices, milk, 3 cereal choices, oatmeal with amenities, hard-boiled eggs, toast, muffins, bagels. Make your own fresh...
This was my first time staying here, as it was close to the airport and I had a connecting flight, so I booked it on the day. It's a Hilton-style hotel, so despite its name, it's well-maintained. The staff were very polite and tried their best to understand my poor English. The facilities were also clean, so I was very satisfied. I'd like to stay longer next time!
