Sheraton Phoenix Downtown
Phoenix, 340 N 3rd Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Facilities are good. Hotel ambience is nice.
Despite any issues we had before. The Sheraton made it right. I'm honestly very happy with our staff this year. Everything has been made right and fixed. So if you had a bad few stays give them a chance to make it right. They did and I really appreciate it.
I also want to give a huge recognition to the Valet Team. Especially Greg huge thank you. He has gone out of his way for us. He will even keep...
Clean and quiet rooms! Very nice and updated. I was surprised to see how big the TV was. The views are incredible if you're on the 26th floor. The pool and bar was very good. The bar tender Heather did an amazing job. She was able to get me a beverage before she technically opened. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My luggage was lost and they hooked me up with a phone charger and toiletry...
A great hotel to stay at in the heart of downtown Phoenix. We stayed her for a convention and this is a 3 minute walk to the convention center. It is an easy walk to pretty much anywhere in the downtown area, including the baseball and basketball arenas.
The hotel is really nice though. The whole place is clean and upscale and a great place to stay if you are coming to Phoenix. Also there are a lot...
Great hotel!!! They have a huge lobby with plenty of space for visiting. The lobby bar had friendly & helpful staff. Rooms were spacious, well organized, and clean. A nice touch was the table that could move up and down at the push of a button. The fitness center is spacious and well-equipped. The pool is quite large and long for those who enjoy swimming laps. They have a gift shop too, which is well...
My stay at Sheraton Phoenix Downtown was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s elegant ambiance and warm hospitality.
The location of the hotel is superb, situated in the heart of downtown Phoenix. It offers convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options. Whether I was exploring the vibrant city or attending business meetings...

Food is incredible anywhere but expensive !
Beautiful resort ,beautiful location perfect for couples and families
Great first time at JW Marriot, Phoenix.
Excellent hotel with amazing ambience, great restaurants, and fantastic amenities. Everyone was pleasant and professional from the moment we arrived to the moment we parted. Definitely a great first stay at the JW Marriott in Phoenix. Will be back again.
The family enjoyed the stay here. The arcade and waterpark were better than we thought and the kids had a blast with both. As a morning person the garden area and seating area in front of the lobby with running water we’re really peaceful. My only regret is not using the golf range with complimentary clubs and balls more than once during my stay.
If you love golf and you have a family with kids, this is the place to go. Everything is in one location. There’s also a shopping area across the street that is easy to get to.!!!
We stayed for a week and it was amazing. It is very expensive. The resort is well taken care of. Staff was all friendly and pools were very well maintained along with other facilities. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was decent and drinks good at the hotel restaurants we dined at. It was busy with kids since it was spring break so definitely family friendly. Problems with the extra keys...

This property is a 39 acre resort. I live in Phoenix, but felt like I left town to visit a resort. The original resort was built in the 1920's in the art deco style. 2020-2021 it was closed for a year for restoration and upgrades. Much of the property is new with but keeping with the art deco style. The hotel has the main building along with separate hotel building. It has seven pools with cabanas...

Stayed here a couple of times.
Lovely walks from the hotel into the desert, good birding. Lots of pools. Nice bar and resturant. Good coffee in room.
We enjoyed the Waterpark experience, the breakfast buffet in the lobby, the wonderful super friendly and helpful service provided by the staff.
Just as Phoenix is a beautiful city thriving in a desert, this resort is a lovely oasis nestled near the border between two bustling cities. I visited outside of the main tourist season and enjoyed every moment of my stay. I'll limit my comments to what I experienced as an off-season visitor.
First priority: be sure to check out the nearby South Mountain Park and Preserve, which is steps from the...
We did a stay-cation with family. Overall the resort was nice. The water park was great with nice balanced for kids/adults. I will say the big slides were a little hard on the back as you felt the connection joints going down vs other water parks we've visited. I also removed star as I was little shocked at the amount of dirt on air filter.
I did like this place. Family friendly. Room was clean. Quiet at night. Oasis was fun. Something for everyone of all ages. Pools were clean. Only downside was when making reservation, I called main phone number on website, when I called to confirm and ask questions they said because I reserved with a 3rd party there was no cancelation or refund or reschedule available. I was not aware I booked with...
Very nice resort. The rooms are well kept and the views are great. I’m not a golfer, but the golf course provided a lot of these interesting views. The highlight of the resort is the waterpark, with pool basketball and volleyball, a wave pool, a lazy river, and three massive water slides. I personally went with for a private conference where certain meals were catered by the resort, and these were...

Awesome service from Savanna, Brit and Zach (one to use, one to lose!!).
This hotel is in a great location in central Phoenix, and it has a lovely lobby, an excellent bar/restaurant where they are making new cocktails to enjoy. Starbucks is also in the lobby. The main reasons it is not 5-stars are the size of the rooms, which are a bit small (though well-furnished) and the valet which was understaffed for the number of cars using it. Overall, I would recommend this as...
Absolutely wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel! They take incredible care of you and make you feel so welcome. Conveniently located next to the Convention Center and lots of great restaurants. Safe, very clean, well appointed and lots of beautiful artwork, we will stay again. Thank you so much to Suzi, Dom, Rhonda, Yuki and Tonya, you all made our stay so memorable!
The daytime bartender, asking with the waitress are really slow. With only about 10 people around the bar and tables, I finished my meal before the drink came out. Ordered another one and slicing limes seemed more important. Other than that, the hotel and staff are excellent.
Beautiful hotel with friendly service and convenient location one block from the Phoenix Convention Center. Clean rooms, nice and comfortable bedding. I think the wardrobe in the bathroom a bit weird. But, I really liked the shower design. Very thoughtfully they put water switch on the opposite side of the shower had. So one can regulate water temperature without jumping from too hot or too cold stream
stylishly appointed lobby and public areas, service at the hotel bar was wonderful, room was clean and comfortable with an updated bathroom. would definitely stay here again.

It was close to the airport and Banner Health hospital. Very convenient. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants.
Hotel location was great. The rooms were very clean. Staff were awesome.
I enjoyed my stay here. The room is very nice, it is in a great location right in downtown Phoenix. The pool is wonderful. Everything was very modern and it was easy to sleep. Only hiccup was the first room I was assigned to wasn't cleaned but we were assigned another room quickly.
Walking distance to Chase field. Parking is a disaster. The "Regency" parking garage isn't associated with the hotel. This wasn't made evident until after I parked. The valet was rude and not helpful in the slightest. They just wanted to get to the next tip. Now we were there on a busy weekend, but there was no organization! Cars in single file backed all the way out to the next block when they have...
This was my second stay at this particular Hyatt location. I noticed a the same front desk manager this year as last: courteous, warm, goes above-and-beyond with helpfulness. Great views of the city and surround....
Classy & tastefully decorated, lots of attention to detail make this one of the top hotels we have stayed! Great stay at Tapatio cliffs, we had booked a signature suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Staff everywhere was very helpful, friendly and responsive.
I stayed here for a few nights as a little getaway. The check in was super easy and the individual at the front desk was delightful. The room was great and as always, nice to come back to a tidy room. Housekeeping staff were an absolute delight! Room service was delightful, though I wish there were more food options. I couldn't find on the room service menu where there were accommodations for...
We enjoyed our stay so much. It was a get away for my daughter and grandson. We had so much fun hanging out at the pool. The staff was amazing. Mark who was serving the pool area was so kind and attentive. I will definitely book a stay there again.
First time staying here and loved it. The views were amazing having been tucked away a bit up in the mountains. The staff was great and super helpful with anything I needed. They offer a shuttle service to get around the resort, which was much needed in the 120° weather we experienced 🫠. The have a few different pools around the property, but I checked out the Falls area. It had a bar that served food...
Went for a girls trip/birthday party. We were able to access the pool early. Way before check in which was really nice. Definitely liked the drinks at the family pool better than the ones at the 21+. Sadly the water at the family pool was kinda murky so spent the day at the adult one instead. Rooms were big and spacious. 2 rooms were more than enough space for 14 adult women to get ready for a night...
I loved the shuttle rides around the property. I also enjoyed the convenience of texting whenever I needed assistance with anything.

Liked: Close to the airport with shuttle service
Disliked: breakfast. Hot dishes were cold and not much variety for the price
1 vending machine out of service, the other I was charged 25 for 3 items.
Bathtub faucet not working, water only coming out of shower head. Could hear neighbor throwing up at 5:30 am through door that may be conjoining but sounded like bathroom was right inside door.
Great clean modern comfortable hotel. They had free airport shuttle and even accommodated a late check out. Really comfy beds
Very quick registration. Room on the top floor, my favorite, great view, dinner menu limited, but OK. Shuttle to airport - prompt, friendly service.
Clean room. comfortable bad and pillow, nice staff. Great place overnight between flight. The only thing I would say could make stay better is a better food options and nicer breakfast.
Poor plumbing in the rooms.
The bathroom sink was clogged in one room and in the other room the bathtub was clogged!!

The pools are beautiful, staff was accommodating to our crew of 300. 1st travel trip with my 18 year old nephew, #PowerUpWeekend2018 was off the hook!
With my family because my dad had a train in a course there. Hotel was great. The only issue is the heat, which is more of an Arizona on August issue than a hotel issue. Would love to enjoy all the stuff offered here in December when it's bearable. Room it's well laid out, with the ability close off the bedroom from a tv/sitting room.
Nice hotel! The pools are what it's all about, though. There are smaller pools in each of the hotel wings, and the big River Ranch water park nearby. The River Ranch has a really large pool with a beach entrance, volleyball net and a large waterfall with benches underneath. Around the corner is the water slide and tad pool. There is a long lazy river that goes through some cool shaded areas. There...
It's currently under construction for remodeling but the rooms were nice and comfortable. The river ranch water park is overrated. It's a lazy river and 1 water slide and a pool. The lazy river is full of rowdy kids, the pool was cold, and the water slide didn't slide - everyone got stuck. But there's a sprouts less than a half mile away and a fridge in the room. Staff is very generous with toiletries...
Looks like someone has tried to keep the decor up to date. Carpet floors and old shower fixings. The staff has been very nice and welcoming.
Over all good deal. We would have paid the same price for a water park minus the hotel. I can't get over the smell of aged hotel....

The website said breakfast was included. I got there and was told that the serve coffee.
It was clean and had all you needed with reception open 24hrs. The only let down was it was advertised as breakfast included and turns out they don’t do breakfast anymore. There is however a few eating places and gas station that has a supermarket only 5mins walk away!
Our overall stay was good but the receptionist was rude. She needs to be retrained on her customer service skills. Her attitude was uncalled for. She was lucky I didn't jump over that counter and kick her ****!
The employees were lovely and very kind. They made sure we had everything we needed and double checked whenever they seen us to make sure we were having nice experience.
The room was worn down with cracked paint peeling off the wall, cigarette burns on the walls and sheet, and the bed had only one pillow per person. The headboard had the vinyl ripping off that should just be replaced all together...

I have mostly good things to say about this hotel, but a few things bothered me. I will try to clarify:
The good:
--The location is excellent. Near the airport. With a shuttle. Right off the highway in the middle of the metro area.
--The staff we interacted with in the lobby, at check in, in the restaurant, etc. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable.
--The facility itself. Clean, well kept up, very...

The main reason I selected this room was because of the large Bathtub. It was perfect.
The facility was centrally located in the city and the garage parking validation was nice. The staff was competent and required minimal interaction.
Great hotel in the heart of downtown Phoenix with tons of restaurants, bars & entertainment options with in walking distance. Customer service is amazing. They offer bikes to ride around and a complimentary evening drink in the lounge. Its a great place to stay if you want to experience dowtown Phoenix. Stayed for 4 nights. Seems like it's trying to be nicer than it really was. Linens seemed the same as quality as a holiday inn or la Quinta. Finishes it the room seemed of high quality but poor craftsmanship. Location was nice, close to lots of things to do. Cityscape was nice and close to chase field.
The Palomar is my go to hotel in Phoenix. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with awesome views of the mountains (might only be certain ones but I've been lucky). We always like staying at this property on our trips to Phoenix. Mainly, we like that the pool is not the standard rectangle with a few chairs. This one has a nice garden and palm trees around it. It is nice to get a drink at the bar and take out there.
The front desk staff has always been courteous, as is the morning breakfast crew. They put out a very sufficient buffet for breakfast.
I stayed for three nights for a convention held on the premises. The location is incredibly convenient to Interstate 10 and several other thoroughfares. This DoubleTree seemed much larger than many I have been to. The buildings are three floors, all doors facing outside.
