We really enjoyed out bref visit to Eureka Springs. Inn of the Ozarks was a perfect choice for our stay. Check in and check out were smooth. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast at Myrtie Mae's Cafe and it was great! We will definitely return to the Inn of the Ozarks in the future!

Very nice staff at front desk at check-in and check-out. Room was clean enough, though a bit dated. The balcony view was nice. Breakfast at Myrtie Mae's, while not included in the stay, was reasonably priced and delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

We didn’t use the pool as we were there in January, but we will be returning. We liked our room and the bed was really comfortable.

Rooms are dated. There was a lady bug problem on the last night. Bed was hard. Bathrooms are very small.

The room was very nice & clean. The staff was so helpful & friendly, at the front desk to the cafe. The food was also very good. Loved the salad bar!

Stefon was great at check-in. He was friendly and efficient and very helpful. We had an issue with our sink. We stopped by the front desk to notify and it was taken care of by the time we got back. We only had to ask once which was very nice. If I ever go back to Eureka Springs I will definitely stay here again

Breakfast was fantastic, and so was the breakfast room! The hotel is conveniently located near the downtown and Beaver Dam. However, the hotel is very outdated, rooms are dark and dirty. Compared to the price we paid, we didn't think it was worth it.

Clean enough, my only issue was I didn’t have soap in my room. That was something that threw me off but I got in late and I just needed a place to sleep. I had a nice waffle in the morning and staff was kind.

Very impressed with the friendliness of staff and the variety of options for breakfast. We loved staying there and will choose it again if we’re back in the area!

Loved the rooms the staff was great only thing need to improve is better breakfast but everything was great

Had to get the sheets changed because they was dirty. And our room was a double room and the neighbors that came in late was loud and we didn't sleep well. Breakfast was good but it was a little walk to get there.

Breakfast was good but the breakfast room was across the parking lot beyond the pool and down a flight of stairs. Very inconvenient given the cold weather.

Keep im mind the building was originally built in 1880, this was a very cool place to stay and see the history around the building. The rooms have been updated with modern amenities. They were very clean and we'll kept.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand. It’s a beautiful old hotel that makes you think you’ve stepped back in time. Very convenient for downtown walking. The staff went well above and beyond and were super nice. I highly recommend it for the Eureka Springs experience. ❤️

Interesting place if you like old buildings. Know that menus in the rooms are outdated for price & items on menu, but did appreciate the recommendations. Good location. Staff was friendly. Could have used more blankets. Would probably opt for another option next time.

Rooms are a little dated but thats the feel they're going for. Its not a knock on them I went into it not knowing that. It was clean. Good location. Had a reserved parking for our stay which was nice. The electronic locks drove me little crazy especially after a couple drinks. Overall I recommend to stay there.

This is honestly the best hotel in Eureka Springs. The rooms are large and spacious - far superior than the Crescent and other hotels in the historic downtown. Absolutely a 10/10. We spent our anniversary here and will be coming back every year because we had so much fun, the location is top notch and the staff and room were incredible. This historic hotel is located right down town. Easy parking. Our room was HUGE! Clean! Ice maker right in the room! My husband loved the 65 inch tv in the ‘living room’ area. The ‘old lady’ (Halloween costume). Was MOST helpful…we even got to check in a bit earlier than 3. This place is definitely a hidden lil gem in plain sight! We can’t wait to come back!!!

Very nice hotel room staff is so friendly the only thing is it so close to main road that during peak season it may be a little loud

The hotel is clean, friendly staff, I’ve been staying here several years. The office opened late today so I had to go back 15 minutes later for my coffee but this is the first time I’ve had that problem. Just know that breakfast is very limited but fine for me as I’m not a big breakfast eater. They have real coffee creamer which is a must for me. I’ll stay again.

A decent place to stay It’s a decent place to stay. We had a few Asian beetles in our room but other than that it was pretty clean.

It was a nice atmosphere. Parking could have been better, there was a dirty spot on the toilet seat.

I would gladly stay here again. Very clean room, nice bed, nice bathroom and towels. Was a very easy walk to several nice restaurants. Just in front is one of the few late night places to eat in town. All of this, and a reasonable price to boot….

Super friendly, kind, and helpful and clean. 10/10. Deer in the yard with a nice outside gazebo and sitting area. The owner really cares about the people and their experience at the Hotel as well as experiencing the town and community. Would recommend and would totally stay there again.

Liked the cats and the deer. Extremely clean room. They could add a grab bar to get out of the shower. Parking very safe. Thanks for 2 chairs.

The man at the front was very friendly and helpful! The room was extremely clean and tidy and a great location for the hotel! Highly recommend!! We would come back next time we are in eureka springs.

Great place to use as a base for day trips I needed a clean, inexpensive hotel to use as a base for activities at beaver lake. This hotel fit that need perfectly. My stay was great! The room was very clean. There is restaurant and pub in front of the hotel, if you tell them you are staying at Edelweiss you get a 10% discount. The bed was nice and comfortable, the pillows were nothing to write home...

Nice basic place to stay. Clean! Not a lot for breakfast but there was cereal and some pastry. Very friendly owners.

Every thing. The atmosphere, pet friendly cats , ghost tour. Food. Looking forward for the next trip.

Pet friendly, friendly staff, shuttle to take you downtown, love seeing the kitties that live there. Come back every year and plan on coming back next year!

We had a wonderful time exploring the property and hearing the history. The staff went above an beyond before even asking. The food was excellent. The spa was relaxing. The best part was that we had something to do at the hotel at all times. While waiting for our next adventure, we were not just stuck waiting in our room. we visited with other guests, played games and relaxed in the many comfort areas...

updates needed We respect the history of the hotel but felt the hotel is in need of updating; there are only so many layers of paint that can be used.

the setting and surrounding area is great, staff was friendly and helpful. the room was what i expected, could use a little more thought in amenities for that room such as taking out that huge armoire,(coudn't see TV), i would also recommend better pillows (ours was flat),

The coffee pot in our room had coffee still in pot and mold had started taking over. Had to have been sitting in the pot for couple of weeks for that amount of mold to be growing. Did advise the front attendant who was very gracious and went and got us a new coffee pot. Also there was a good amount of dust on the microwave cart and dresser so not sure when was the last time the room was cleaned...

The rooms were clean enough and the hotel overall seemed descent however i was super disappointed that the hot tub was under repair and the breakfast was mediocre at best.

Great location, loved the tiny house and the deck! We stayed in treehouse #11. A few upgrades would really go far. The mattresses are awful. I'm talking I don't even know how they're so bad, but even my son was complaining and he has a mattress off Amazon that's reasonable and under $150. The house only has a mini fridge. If they tweaked the layout ever so slightly they could fit a larger fridge....

It was a very nice place. Clean, loved the porch, quiet, walkable to food and shopping. Would have liked one with a little more seating area to relax and watch TV, but we weren't there much till late anyway. Overall, I really enjoyed the place. Would definitely stay there again. But... the AC/HTG didn't work. Thankfully, the weather was nice, so I didn't need it. The doorknob came off in your hand...

I cannot say enough about this place! Pat and her staff are amazing. I come here once a year for a week to rest and read. It's a quiet end of town but still close enough to walk to town and enjoy the amenities there. The cabin I choose is spacious with everything I need. For as long as I'm able, I will return!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had originally booked another hotel months in advance, but when we arrived late (after a welcome dinner for Jeep Jam) it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. Needing a room quickly, I found Treehouse Village online and booked last minute. Best decision ever! They had a two-bedroom treehouse with a jetted tub available, and when I called for late check-in, the staff member was incredible...

Quiet, clean, comfortable. Staff was pleasant and nice. Rooms a bit dated, but comfortable. For the excellent price, a great stay.

The room was spotless. It had to everything you need. The staff was so very kind. Very courteous. The Breakfast had Alot of options and free refills on coffee. I will most definitely go back. I was very pleased and reasonably priced.

Exceptionally clean. The owners fomost everything themselves. They are nice and very friendly. Beds comfortable. Will stay there again. Hidden gem.

Had some trash from previous room tenants but otherwise room was clean. Very nice outdoor area on upper floor. Staff were nice and helpful when tv didn’t want to work they fixed it quickly.

Friendly service, but inconsistent lobby hours The lobby never once opened on time during my stay so don’t depend on the morning coffee or breakfast if you have to be somewhere at a certain time. TV didn’t work my first night and WiFi didn’t work half of the time. I will say, the people that worked the desk were very friendly and the rooms were clean.

Great Place to Stay while on a Budget Parking was a little difficult, but I was in a large truck. Definitely would not be a problem if we were in somthing smaller. The pool was closed as we stayed at Swiss Village Inn in October.

It was clean and acceptable, but needing paint, cleaning outside and generally sub par. No breakfast that we could see and nobody at the front desk sometimes. It smelled a little musty.

Water was a bit rough and some stains on the bed sheet but still organized. Maybe adding decorations to make it more cozy !

Just ok The pool was closed. The room smelled like mold. The carpet was coming up in some spots. Found a carpet beetle larvae on the wall. Debris around the edge of the floor along the wall, like dead bugs and spider webs. The room was just ok. Beds semi firm. Quiet away from main street noise.

Nice quiet environment. Felt completely safe. Reasonably priced. Nice owners. Really soft bed linens. Close to dining and downtown. Clean property.

Well...considering that it had the cheapest rates in the area...the stay exceeded my expectations and I would stay there again absolutely, C.
