Grand Central Hotel & Spa in Eureka Springs

Interesting place if you like old buildings. Know that menus in the rooms are outdated for price & items on menu, but did appreciate the recommendations. Good location. Staff was friendly. Could have used more blankets. Would probably opt for another option next time.

We arrived on a Tuesday evening. The man at the front desk let us know the office would be closed on Wednesday and if we need anything we need to call the sister hotel The New Orleans. If in need of fresh towels we’ll just call the New Orleans hotel and they will bring them Thursday. No cable but they do have Hulu and Disney + never did find local channels. Restaurant is closed as well as the bar. The WiFi works. Room is nice except for whatever is leaving in the wall that makes noise most of the night. The first night I thought creaking in the floors or walls. Nope it’s 4 in the morning and I have been waken by whatever creature is in the walls. There appears to be 3 floors and it’s all stairs no elevator. So would I do this again. No. Apparently we need to stay at the New Orleans for the room to be attended to, bar and restaurant as well as hopefully a peaceful night sleep. Just one more night here and home to rest.
