Hyatt Place at Anaheim Resort / Convention Center in Anaheim

Stayed here because of my conference and this place is very value for money! Love the L-shape sofa and desk but the bed is too soft for me. Breakfast is wonderful and nice staff! Will stay again.

It’s a convinient hotel to stay. It’s plus 1km from arisney park. The hotel is nearby to great restaurants and bars. The only drawback is the fitness center.

Great breakfast and nice people. It will be even better if they have a laundry room.

Staff were lovely & very helpful to our giant group of dancers & families. Breakfast each morning was delicious.
Housekeeping remade the 2 beds in the room, but stripped and left sheets on top of the pull out sofa bed, which I thought was odd given it was obvious someone was sleeping in it!
They need to leave more than just 1 sheet & blanket in the room, although the staff at the desk happily gave more when I asked

The story is of customer service: I think of them as our hotel family.

I have stayed at many hotels in the Anaheim resort. Always a bit more expensive but to note all hotels are pricey there in the area.

I have found that hotels which seem a good deal are that way for a bad reason.

I try to balance cost with experience and I value a few things at this Hyatt Place.

First and foremost is the staff. I have stayed there many times and am always happy with the way the staff interacts with my whole family.

Second is safety. There is an underground parking structure and is well it with easy access to the elevators.

Third is cleanliness. Every time our rooms were well maintained and in some cases updated.

Fourth…The breakfast included with the stays is a huge bonus. The breakfast is well set and saves considerable time and money trying to get a quick bite nearby.

Also, ordering food for off hours service is very good and very tasty at the counter!

Lastly and in particular, we have had a lot of contact with several staff members. Namely Bobbie, Sarah, and Vernice. Each one has helped and extended services for us. They save time, money, and especially headaches. Bobby has worked so hard to make our stays perfect and especially memorable. I cannot even list the large number of times her work benefits us. Also, Sarah has come through for our needs over and over. And not last in service is Vernice who checks on us when walking by and goes out of her way to address everything we ask for.

This place is an easy 15 minutes to Disneyland. Alternatively, you may walk to the Toy Story Shuttle but it may be crowded so we walk there but ride back Toy Story Parking lot and easily walk to the hotel.

The only thing is that the pool is a little dated and not very big. That will never stop us from going there : )

Overall good service at fair price

Stayed for 5 nights while visiting a local attraction. Staff was friendly and welcoming, offering us water bottles upon arrival. We were pleasantly surprised when we found a welcome gift in our room - balloons, treats, and a gift card for their in-hotel snacks. The room was clean and spacious. I wasn't fond of the frosted glass door to the bathroom. The in-room fan / a/c unit sounded like a plane taking off each time it started, but alas it kept the room very cool. Windows were not very soundproof - street traffic was easily audible. And it didn't help when maintenance was leaf blowing outside at 6:30 am. Shower water pressure wasn't awesome. The beds, sheets and pillows were satisfactory. Breakfasts were very good. Plenty of selection and always stocked during breakfast hours. Fitness room was acceptable (nice cardio machines) and the pool and jacuzzi were popular and a great way to cap the evening. Location is a bit of a walk to Disney - around 22 minute walk. There are restaurants nearby, a Target only 5 minute drive, and outlet mall a 10 minute drive. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Hyatt Place.

Didn’t like the expensive parking, and the warm breakfast was cheap. No bacon or sausage, they served chopped up hotdogs. Aside from that it was a great experience. Clean room, friendly staff and great late check out policy.
