The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They were always very helpful and had a great attitude whenever I needed assistance.

Luxury craftsman style hotel located right at park with direct and easy access to downtown Disney and the parks. Service was wonderful: they came by offering turndown service, the poolside waiters were courteous and helpful, and the front desk staff was quick and responsive. Housekeeping did a great job and even left a Christmas note and stickers for the kids.
The hotel has easy access to the park or downtown Disney, making it very close to many restaurants and lots of shopping.
Spa services are available on site as well as holiday programming like carol singers and a giant Christmas tree in the lobby.
Large hallways, accessible, nice views of lobby from balconies, parking garage. Overall, amazing stay.

We had an incident with Tariq and asked them to return the money, but they were not cooperative and refused.

Disney has amazing friendly staff. The housekeeping team was wonderful and checked in on us several times per day. The rooftop deck overlooking World of Color was a great perk, too.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If you’re traveling with a family to visit Disneyland this is the hotel for you. We love the convenience of being able to walk back to the hotel to take a little break. Highly recommended.

My favorite place to stay!!! I’ll no longer stay in anywhere else. The convenience of the location, the great deal on booking and how seamless the process was…absolutely great!

Hello family.
I dont like giving bad reviews, how ever I'm disappointed with this high end location.. as I'm waiting for my order. I see it and could not believe it.. I just paid five dollars for a large lemonade and watched the entire process... I see the container been refilled with the water from the sink. YES. ( I have it all on video) just cause I knew my wife's favourite please serves sink lemonade and she was not going to believe me. Wow.. can't believe it. Other than that super friendly staff. For sure not going back.. thanks for openig my eyes.

I went around an hour untill closing time, and they didn't have an pretzels. The next day I went, they didn't have lemonade.

I went to Downtown Disney on the 22nd with my family and it was one of the best experiences I ever had. I love wetzels pretzels so I was excited when I saw it there and the staff there was really friendly and helpful on helping me to find out what to order. A young man working there named Anthony was outstanding and I told him I would give him a 5- Star review! I recommend you guys check this place out, great service!

Bad puns aside, Wetzel's is decent place for a quick snack, lunch or dinner. Pretzels, pretzel dogs, pizza in a cup, whats not to love? We especially enjoy the jalapeno pretzels and dogs. The lemonade is fantastic as well, fresh squeezed and not to sweet.
Take the monorail from Disneyland and eat here instead of the crowded counter service place in the park. Its quieter and the food offers a change of pace.

Rainforest Cafe is a family friendly, adventurously themed restaurant with an expansive menu and service oriented “Safari Guides” aka waiters. It is on the pricey side but totally worth the experience. To get a shorter wait time, you can request a balcony table but if you have children with you, I would recommend waiting to sit indoors. They also validate parking if you parked in the Downtown Disney parking lot.

Food is pretty mediocre- usually dry and overpriced. You come here for the atmosphere and with kids. Pro tip:get the Landry's club membership thing. You have to pay a one time fee, but they give you a gift card matching the cost for your next visit. Membership is good at other Landry's properties, they give you a birthday gift each year and, most importantly, priority seating. 45 minute wait? Nope, walk right in. A great perk when you want to sit down and hydrate calmly before heading home after a long day at the park.

1) When paying $50 for two people to eat, there is generally some kind of free appetizer or snack to eat while you wait for the food. The Rainforest Cafe did not have anything of the sort. In fact we were only checked on once by our waitress.
2) They went to all this work to build a beautiful restaurant with amazing jungle ambience then played pop music throughout the place. It was a little off and distracting - if they would have simply played jungle or tiki music I would have been fully drawn in and the ambiance would have been stunning.

We waited about 20 minutes to sit down for a party of two, which is not bad. It took about 20 minutes for us to get our food ordered though. I have a nut allergy so I informed the waiter and he brought out his manager, but I could barely understand him because he was just mumbling. He mentioned that I couldn't eat the bread that came with my dish, but didn't offer a substitute. When I asked if I could get a substitute he basically implied that I would have to pay for it, which seemed unfair since I'm paying a large amount for a dish and can't even eat a portion of it. Then after that happened we waited about 30 mins for our food to show up and it didn't seem like it was going to come anytime soon, so we just decided to leave (all we had was water anyways).

DO NOT EAT DINNER HERE! $32 a plate for food that looks like it has been sitting for hours. Legitimately a waste of money. Maybe the character breakfast is worth it, not sure. All I know is I'd rather have eaten at McDonalds.

We came here for a character breakfast and the experience was pretty good. All the characters came over for greeting our daughter and spent a good time there. They made sure all characters hit all tables.
I'd give it five stars except our server wasn't exactly the best. She seemed grumpy and only really smiled when she said thank you for dining there. The problem was that they overloaded the area we were in and there were too many birthdays. So she was overloaded. I'd go back again if my daughter wanted to, but not on my own accord.
The place is very kid friendly and they take your picture with Mickey before you sit. Good so that for sure everyone gets the picture. It was actually a really good picture too. I'd be tempted to buy it.
