I stayed here to go to Anaheim Disney. It's very clean, and there are Target and restaurants nearby, so you can go out safely even at night.

The room was clean. The water park was great for the kids. The bathrooms and showers were clean. It wasn't too crowded on Thursday. Didn't really care for the wristband having to wear it the whole day. Wife also said the desk person wasn't really nice. We were there again recently for Thursday and Friday. It was a one-night weekend stay for a family trip, and although I had booked it at the last minute, the room and view I had selected met my expectations. The refrigerator in the room froze our food, and the room smelled like urine, but everything else was fine.

The pictures do not lie. Rooms are nice, good size, maids are friendly and helpful. Pool is great. Doesn't have a lot of shady people lurking around. Parking lot is gated and locked at night with keypad entry. Definitely recommend this place. Pricing is reasonable, book online for best prices.

I made reservations for a trip to Anaheim/Disneyland and stayed at Sonesta. The customer service and cleanliness of our room made our experience great overall. The only problem we encountered was with the size of our beds. Although they were too small for our comfort, we still had a wonderful experience.  Pros: Bus to Disneyland picks you up in front of the resort.  Cons: Small beds

Location, location, location!!! Easy close walking distance, which means a lot when you are disabled. But not only that, the rooms are clean and we love the friendly staff, and the convenience of the guest laundry. The Park View Suite with 2 balcony's is wonderful for families, giving you a view and a little privacy during your stay. We've already booked our next stay. Love the Tropicana!!!
