I was a repeat customer here and for good reason! The location was convenient, the check-in was easy and the desk clerk pleasant. The room itself was immaculate, comfortable and quiet and sleep came quickly. Next morning, the breakfast room had a broad selection of items and was spotlessly clean. All in all, a five-star experience and highly recommended!

This Ramada Hotel is budget friendly and well located to many dining areas. Staff was courteous. Would definitely book a room here again.

This hotel has a history of broken windows and theft, and syringes were even found in guest rooms. After learning about the incident, I applied to Ctrip for a cancellation, but it was refused, and I had to bear the losses myself and book another hotel. Please, everyone, do not book this hotel!

The room was large and the facilities were decent, though a bit old. Cleanliness was average, but the price was relatively low, making it a good option for a break between San Francisco and Las Vegas.

This was my first time in Bakersfield and I absolutely loved the hotel! The way they decorated it for Halloween was so sweet and inviting! I loved the front desk staff especially the young woman dressed like a fairy/elf. She was such a delight and even gave us a welcome goodie bag. The breakfast was way better than what most hotels offer, we had biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage and waffles. But make sure to wake up early because it goes fast!

Gina is the best! Great attitude and helped very much with our needs. The decorations in the lobby are so planned out and awesome as well. Definitely would stay here again.

Made a stop here on a long drive only to be so grossed out that we chose to make the second half of the drive anyways. The story begins with a drugged up homeless person flipping a cup as we walked past in the parking lot. We briefly waited in the lobby to check in as a group walked by smelling of marijuana. We checked into the room and immediately checked the mattresses for bed bugs, which there were on both beds. We immediately went back downstairs to report the situation. The employee gave us the number for corporate who we called. They told us to call the hotel who then told us to call corporate. Then we repeated that process again. The best we got was a 30% discount on an upgraded room. All I want is a refund. The manager, Maritza, is avoiding our calls and refusing to address the situation. We are still trying to get our refund but I highly advise future travelers to avoid this establishment.
