Decent stay. Breakfast was sufficient, and quality was as expected. The restaraunt at the hotel was a Tapas and it was good and a bit pricey if you are looking to get full on an empty stomache here. The bread that was given with the fondue was pretty stale, but the pork belly, patatas were good. Free laundry is nice. The pool was clean, and the towels were provided at the pool. The room was fine except...
Great room for a great price. Great breakfast. Great pool. Front desk people are very nice. Love staying there.
I love Hotel Piccadilly, have stayed here twice. Old school charming place with lots of room, bungalow style rooms spread over many acres. Nice pool and hot tubs. Beautiful landscaping, feels like a park. Friendly professional staff. Good breakfast. A hidden gem! Try the Limelight restaurant nearby, a super cool retro spot.
Large rooms. Quiet air-conditioning. Lovely setting...on 8 acres of land. Plentiful parking. Has a beautiful looking restaurant that was unfortunately closed (open Tuesday -Saturday) but certainly had an intriguing menu. Great value.
We were very happy with our king bed room. The customer service from check-in to check-out we outstanding. Really appreciated the phone call to our room after we checked in to see how our room was and if we needed anything.. We had been driving for over 8 hrs so we really appreciated the pool. The restaurant and especially the food were again, outstanding. My only suggestion would be to make the breakfast...
Nice hotel! Large clean rooms, probably the room design is a bit out of fashion but that I just love about this hotel . They take very good care of the interior. My king size bed was super cosy. The other thing I loved is the garden of the hotel. They take very good care of it as well. It is beautiful. You may have breakfast in the morning in the garden area. The staff is very friendly and helpful...

A town on the railway line, there will be train noise at night. If the room is not good, it will affect sleep. The breakfast is very sufficient and you can order different meals. Standardized management is satisfactory.
This is a hotel we booked on the road. It is very old. The windows in the room are sealed and cannot be opened. In short, it is a very American conference hotel.
The layout is very novel, and there is a good Chinese restaurant about ten minutes away from the hotel
Nice environment for a short stay
Rooms were clean although you'll get your steps in to get to it! But the hotel is interesting to walk around, it's definitely dated of course. The higher the room, the quieter it will be, unless you get dumb neighbors. But we didn't have a problem getting to sleep. The bartender in the lobby bar will serve you if you look like money, otherwise you'll be ignored. But the restaurant on the premises is...
Overall a great stay here. Rooms were solid, new huge TV’s, decent beds, nice lobby bar, coffee bar, full restaurant (though I never went), seems pretty full service with a solid amount of amenities. The front desk was nice during check/in and out. As even noted by a couple Fresno locals I interacted with “this is the most decent hotel in the area” and it seems to be very true. Free parking right outside...

I really liked this place. Interesting people everywheren The owner is nice as long as you don't f#€k around. The elevator is haunted though. The staff here are fantastic. Cleaning staff were totally cool, but you won't be getting that towel deposit back. Like, at all.
First room we were given hadn't been clean. The gentleman at the front desk quickly apologized and gave us a new room, and without mentioning it, gave us a room with bigger beds which was awesome. The cleaning staff was nice and helpful, I had a lot of stuff to move and she let me use their linen cart to make the process easy on me. They said I would be able to pay for a second night in the AM without...
I always enjoy my stay here. The person at the front desk are always so nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The only thing that bothered me was during the winter the heater is always on and its not adjustable! So I was so hot my entire stay wich was about a week. Other then that I love staying here and I always feel safe here.
The room was very nice for the amount we paid ($60), although the shower didn't work and I found a dead cockroach in one of the drawers. But hey, I live a very nice house that is cleaned regularly but we occasionally get cockroaches too because we're located near a canal. I believe the roach wasn't there because the room was "dirty", because the room was surprisingly clean, but because of the location...
Not quite the best neighborhood but it is within good distance of pretty much everything. Theyre in the process of renovating but it still needs a lot more TLC. Minor problems with most of the rooms. Fairly quiet at night. Pillows could be better. Cleaning crew needs to be a little more thorough. Id stay again however it may not be my first choice.
This is a very clean hotel, inside the rooms and the landscape. It is a huge facility I am guessing around 300+ rooms. It would be great to book for a large event, family or business. The rates are in the middle range not to high or to low. But booking with the Priceline app. as a member their price cut deals are great. It's very close to half the original price. Also the staff is young, trendy and...

We stayed from January 4 through January 8, 2022. The front desk staff was awesome. They were attentive and helped with any requests we had. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Absolutely no problems. Would stay there again. The only thing was the neighborhood at night is not safe. It is a business district. During the day there are no problems. We walked to Dennys and Starbucks.
WiFi is broken if you use a Chromebook. No amenity for concierge members. Bus noises start at 5am that you can hear from the 9th floor. And plenty of shady people in the lobby.

I would never come back to this place again, they have bed bugs. I had and awful experience, and the management did nothing. They don't care about their costumer. Definitely never coming back!
Bring your own air conditioner. All of our rooms are 76 degrees. Might be cooler sleeping in the park across from here
The fire alarm isn't intrusive at all luckily, nearly didn't wake me up! Free complimentary ham mask from staff, ask the front desk.

It was late when we came down from the Big Tree Park. There were many newly built hotels near the airport gate. This one was older so it was much cheaper. It was okay to stay overnight, but there were idle people walking around in the middle of the night. I was puzzled as there were no residential areas at the airport gate. It was the kind of environment where you should stay indoors and not go out...
This is an older hotel but it is very well kept and clean. The rooms are large and if you're on the ground floor you have a full sized sliding door that goes out to a nicely landscaped area and an outdoor pool. The price is great and includes a breakfast of eggs, toast, hash browns and choice of bacon or sausage.
Event coordinator it's rude as hell. Reception seems lost doesn't even know what rooms they have and the rooms 🙄 not a fan they look clean... but when you really pay attention you can see the dust, spider webs, wall paper falling on the corners and it just seems so out dated. But yeah they need better staff and a friendlier coordinator manager. Don't host your events here that's for sure. Food was...
Very close to the airport. The air conditioner is not very hot. There are no toiletries. If you like the address of this hotel, you can bring it yourself. It will be more convenient. The service is still very good.
Located directly across the street from the airport it’s very convenient for those flying out of the area. The back part of their parking lot does back up to a gas station and looks slightly sketchy at night. The place is well maintained and clean. Our room was clean and I had no complaints other than the pillows are pretty flat, which is a big deal to me but may not be to others. There is a fridge...
Location was good near the airport. The establishment is getting quite old and the price didn't meet the quality of the room. They charge $1 for a bottle of water. The staff is short handed but friendly. For us it was the $30 in taxes and the cost of the room.

Goods It's still was good to be able to get some rest and staying cleaner is easier.
It's closer to the bus stops and shopping, it's clean almost like brand new on the outside and inside. The dislikes aren't to much to complain about except for the great escape and back to the kitchen of apartment or house living.
Home sweat home Well personally my traveling is getting out of the homeless in which has nothing to do with traveling out of town other wise motel 6 is usually convenient and easy to get online for and with the rooms to choose from there kept clean and in good shape.

Arrived late but then walked to liquor store and realized the area was unsafe and for the price paid the hotel was not worth it.
It was OK. It was OK. Kinda run down and had several low quality fixes to previous broken issues in the room. It was clean foe the most part. There was someone elses hair on the wall.in the shower.
Utilized for Work We had a crew working up there for about 10 weeks and this hotel definitely came in handy. The guys liked it, the refrigerator and microwave were very helpful and they said it was comfortable. Thank you.
Clean, quiet and reasonably priced. Rooms are large and well furnished (ours didn't have a fridge or microwave but lots of ice available). bed was comfy and shower was hot.
Absolutely amazing service extremely clean rooms no animals no funky. Smells nothing out of the ordinary. Everything works perfectly. I’m very impressed. I didn’t see any bugs. I didn’t see any cockroaches. I didn’t see any cold water. The only cold water I did see was the pool which is the time of year.

I stayed here for one night while visiting a friend in Fresno. The room looked recently renovated and has the basic essentials; however, the chanmels on the TV we're not of good quality. The toilet was kind of small for my statue, but overall it was an inexpensive stay.
Hotel was conveniently located off 99. Lots of halfnaked women walking around at all times of the day and night. Desk staff were nice. Room had cockroaches but luckily no bed bugs. Floor had lots of stains on it. I wouldn't advise staying here unless you are out of options.
Decent rooms for the price, a little out dated and a few appliances we're broken but when your in a bind the place was decent.
Service was good and the pricing was cheap. Of course you can't expect 5 star quality because you get what you pay for, but it was good enough. We booked a 1-bed room, found out it had roaches (yuck), alerted management and subsequently got moved to a better quality room hassle-free. A well located hotel, good for road trip overnight stops, clean, convenient & comfortable. Breakfast was simple & very good 👍
Overall an excellent hotel! Very spacious and clean rooms and courteous staff. Great breakfast as well. Everything is 5 stars. The only lacking part is that there is too much road noise from the highway in the rooms facing the highway 99. Hence, giving a star less due to its location. I do not understand how people could complain about this hotel. The rooms are huge and freshly remodeled. The front desk staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We had a room with a king bed and pullout couch. There was a hot breakfast with eggs, bacon and sausage. Gym, pool, hot tub. It was a great Holiday Inn Express.

The rooms are very clean, as well as newly updated and quiet. The staff were extremely kind and went out of their way to accommodate anything we needed - including my food allergy. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful and a great place to sit outside with a drink from the bar. This property also has coin operated laundry, a pool, and a gym. We were very happy with our stay here!
Had a nice stay, with good service. Clean rooms and easy parking. No issues, nothing fancy, just a Courtyard.
Good as hotels go, but the bathroom needed work, the toilet seat would not stay open and there were a couple of hand prints on the wall. Print on the shampoo, conditioner and body soap were a bit hard to read, ie light print on light background. Nice roomy room though. I might have given them more stars except for unexplained bid fee and tourism tax added. Guess everyone does it these days.
This is a “typical“ Courtyard, that is in very good condition, well staffed with excellent employees from top to bottom, very clean, plenty of parking, and a nice little mini café to get your morning coffee. I’ve stayed in hundreds of courtyards across the country And rarely have I had a bad experience. This one in Fresno is terrific and I plan to stay there again.
Although this wasn't the worst stay I have had, it wasn't the best either. I stayed here in early October 2023 for a few days. The worst part was the smell in my room. It seemed to be coming from the air conditioner and since I was only there for 2 nights, I just dealt with it. When my coworker came to my room, she said it was so gross (I guess I got used to it). I did tell the front desk staff when...

Nice staff, decent rooms and prices. A bit worn, but not too bad. Convenient location for our trip, but not the best neighborhood. Would probably stay again.
The only thing I didn't like about my stay at La Quinta was the money. First, I thought it was a bit overpriced compared to other places in the area. Second, it's rare to find a hotel that still holds $100 as a deposit, especially when they already have my credit card info. Third, pet deposits are dumb. Besides that it was great. Honestly, you’re getting what you pay for. I’m not sure what kind of expectations people have for a motel that’s $50 or under. The room was clean but outdated. Pretty solid 3 star place. Buildings are slightly old, which can make things seem less "nice." But everything seems clean and workable. Air condition in my room worked well. Nice room set up with lots of space. The beds are big, the bathroom is decent with ample space and there's a small closet area when you walk in. There's also a door mirror on the outside of the bathroom door. The front entrance requires your room card in order to enter the building to the hall with the rooms so you get some security with that.
Worth the price of admission. Pretty cheap price, and hotel was just fine. Pool was closed, which wasn't great, but that is a temporary issue. They have a hot tub, which I love in a hotel. All in all, a good place to stay the night

We stayed at this Hyatt for two nights in July 2022 this hotel is modern with clean rooms, which is very important to us. Pricey hotel to stay at....fairly new but the automatic shades in my first room didn't work and the ice machine was out of ice. Nice modern rooms but noticed wear and tear in my 2nd room (scuffs and scrapes on the walls and floorboards). Hotel bar and breakfast area. The hotel is directly next to a freeway on ramp and train tracks with trains running every hour! Not only is it noisy but the train shakes the entire room. The front desk was nice but I will never stay at this location again.
Not Up to Standard The room was not up to Hilton standards. The furniture in the room was outdated, scuffed from wear, and small 36" television. One can sum up breakfast by their decision to use plastic forks and knives. Guest service? Failure. I walked by the from desk a few times. Each time I walked by the desk I tried to gain eye contact to acknowledge the clerk. I was ignored.
Recommended stay Very clean. Good service by staff. The concessions was lacking in the mini store
The hotel was fine. There was construction doing on the roads around the hotel to getting in and out of the parking lot was hard.

The room was acceptable. However, due to their remodeling, half the parking was taken up with construction equipment. Checking back into the hotel after work at 11pm proved impossible because there was zero parking spots available. I chose to recover my bags and check out versus risk parking on the street. And they charge $10/night for parking. Hard to do when they have none available and are overbooked
All good, large room, swimming pool, small market in the hotel
The staff from front desk to housekeepers were all extremely friendly & helpful as well as professional.
Nice clean hotel. The staff was helpful. Plenty of places to eat nearby.
Room is clean. Location near a mall with lots of food choices. The pool and jacuzzi were closed. I had been lookin forward to them after a long day of driving. Went across the parking lot to their sister property and were able to use theirs instead. Shower pressure fluctuated everytime someone in the building flushed. Hope breakfast is good. Just one night and on the road again, so no big deal, but...
