DoubleTree by Hilton Fresno Convention Center in Fresno

If I could give this hotel a zero star , I would. Service was horrible. We asked for extra blankets and pillows they did not have any which is fine because they were full.But when they finally brought the pillows up , the girls that brought him up pounded on the door so hard and rudely. If you know that you're going to be full, why would the hotel not be prepared? They had no extra blankets, towels, pillows, toilet paper, what hotel runs out of toilet paper, the air barely worked in the room. We had no other choice but to stay at this hotel there is nothing nicer in the area. This hotel I would definitely not recommend it's not like a regular double tree hilton. Horrible.

Updating my review to add more bad experiences. Their older security guard was being racist towards my husband saying towels tend to disappear when there are people like us here, even though we went to the store and bought our own this hotel stay has been horrible. It's crazy to think how they talk to the adults here.I can only imagine how the younger kids that have been staying here due to the tournament across the street are being treated.

I use their parking structure for work. Most days it’s good. But when there’s any type of event in the morning it’s very poorly ran. They don’t open up the second gate to move the line faster and I end up having to wait an extra 5-10 minutes to get in. That extra time makes me late for work. Doubletree needs to be more aware of when their parking will be used for events, and if they are aware from it, notify the people who pay for monthly parking so we can plan accordingly. Also open up the second gate in those situations so cars move faster.
