We chose this property on a whim while in town for youth sports. We were very pleased with the amenities, beachfront, pool areas, and restaurants .

Everything was good, except that the cleaning person kept knocking on the door. The room was clean as well. ^___^

Beach views are stunning. Walking distance to restaurants & shops. Friendly staff experience.

Great beach, ocean and mountain views from the partial ocean view rooms over the pool, water slides and outdoor patio. Staff very nice, interior restaurant is very good and the rooftop bar is world class!

Room had a nice view. Parking is expensive but you are at the beach. Food ok but pricey.

The room was beautiful, facing the pacific ocean with wonderful sunset views. Loved the record player and that we could borrow records from the front desk. The pop up they had on the outdoor patio was so cute, sadly due to a private event we couldn't enjoy it much. The social hour was great and very enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was good as were the cocktails. I wish the valet wasn't so expensive...

Amenities are delightful - welcome refreshments, s'mores kits, hot chocolate bar, fruit infused ice water carafes, scooters, bikes. Room service and carry out prices are the SAME for Pacific Hideaway! Staff are excellent. I gave 4 stars, because I pulled out the sofa bed, ready to collapse, and found no bedding. 3 phone calls and an hour later, bedding was delivered. I have never needed bedding...

VIP property, free 40usd f&b credit which we used for breakfast. Overall the property was very clean and convenient. Right across the street from Huntington Beach & pier. Staff were friendly and available. Was a quick stay for us but overall 5/5 stars

Room was spotless, quiet and very comfortable. Dennis and the team were excellent. New ownership so updates are in progress but, nothing to deter a wonderful stay. Have loved this property and location for 20 years now.

One night stay for a wrestling tournament. Overall clean, close too restaurants, breakfast in a bag to go since their lobby area is being remodel. Staff was nice and attentive. I asked for double beds one bed was full and second was a queen. I thought that was interesting but it worked for 3 people.

My stay at best Western was very good. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and very helpful checking me in late last night. I have a quiet room in the back of the hotel and it was perfect. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Needs work. Clean, I know they are remodeling but it can be better. Bed very uncomfortable.

The room was clean, large, and had two sitting chairs which came in handy. The floor is a tile throughout. The room has a microwave and refrigerator, which came in very handy. I would have preferred some carpet around the bed area, it helps to keep things quieter if one person is sleeping. Unfortunately, the lobby was under construction so the there really was NO included breakfast.

Centrally located in HB you definitely need a rental car to stay here if you are planning on surfing at HB. The lobby was being renovated when we were there but staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything new towels / blankets. First day when I arrived the bathroom sink was backed up and full of water. The ac unit was making a high pitch noise throughout the night. I had to leave the room and wait a couple of hours for the unit to be changed out. The microwave was not working. While heating up water it smelled like an electrical issue and placed outside the room and had no microwave. The room carpet smelled like an animal...

I love Springhill Suites! The desk clerk was very friendly and courteous. The room was very clean. The only complaint and why I gave only 4 stars is because the shower was awful. They gave me a handicap room and the water didn’t come out very well from the shower head. It was not the regular shower setup. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Rooms were nice and clean, the only problem ists next to in and out burger. The room smelled like grilled burgers the whole time.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful and were able to help with a late check-out. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was OK, nothing special. We've stayed here before and will do so again in the future.

While there is PLENTY of sitting space, only ONE CHAIR is comfortable to sit in: the sofa is a back-killing nightmare and the TV can on be viewed from an oblique angle ANYWHERE in the room. They need to re-think their space planning.
