Best Western Surf City in Huntington Beach

This hotel is terrible…
The elevator and room smelled musty and moldy, and there was condensation on the window on the inside. The water in the shower took forever to get hot and once it was hot it only stayed hot for about five minutes so we ended up having to go to relatives house to take showers. The sink in the bathroom had low water pressure. when we complained about it, they sent a maintenance person up who just said the water got hot, but dismissed us when we told him that it didn’t say hot and we weren’t able to take a shower. As for the low water pressure in the sink, he told us that there was one water tank for the entire hotel… Really?
We decided not to stay the entire time and when we went to the front desk to tell them, we were checking out early and we wanted to refund for the last night. They told us they couldn’t do that because we had prepaid. They dismissed us and told us they couldn’t help us.
I highly suggest that no one stays here.
