I was there on a family vacation and we all had a great experience, i noticed the only thing alot of members who vacation there can complain about was the pool and arcade/theater hours. Keep the fun open longer!😄it's so hot out there it would be nice to enjoy the pools without the scorching heat.

Nice place and atmosphere. Comfortable rooms. Great location. Room service for essentials like body wash, bottle in bathroom was either empty or did not work. Requested a new one but when service person showed up he said they were out of them, so no replacement.

Beautiful Resort!!! We arrived for our family vacation & nice greeted! We arrived before check time! We had to wait about 30 minutes to get our room & wifi fee with California taxes! The resort is spacious, family friendly, and wonderful amenities! I wish we could rate at half stars... The resort is really 4.5! 😊Overall, really nice! Highly recommend !

We had so much fun in the pools and lazy river! This Worldmark was 116°-120° in the last 5 days. If you like the heat, this is the place! They upgraded the arcade and activity center in bldg 16 and it's really nice for the kids to play and cool off too!!! We LOVE this place

It's so very hot. We're talking over 120 degrees every day. The pools are awesome, the air conditioner is keeping up. The public use grills are so useful. Everyone is kind. There is a free use theater space where we've watched a few movies.

We really appreciated Sonja, the lifeguard and staff member. She went above and beyond in honouring our wedding anniversary with a gift basket. She also gave us restaurant recommendations and local areas of interest. Very relational and welcoming. As well, Denise at the front desk, and relief at the pool, was very friendly, gracious, and attentive to us. Angel was very kind in helping us with our luggage...

Staff is friendly and very helpful, Rooms are clean, Commercial vehicle parking in the back.

The room was ok, big newer TV, but the bathroom is nasty. Also, very bad breakfast, with pretty much only toast, cereal, and coffee.

Staff was GREAT. Breakfast was awful, basically non-existent but the coffee was OK. There are no wash clothes at the hotel, bring your own. The air conditioning units was filthy, a health hazard.

Front desk staff were nice and friendly, and I knew what to expect when booking something this cheap in an area like Palm Springs and surrounding towns so no gripes there, either, but the docking of 2 stars is due to a mandatory $250 deposit fee that I was verbally assured would return within 24 hours. Then I called, and they changed it to 72 hours. Here we are 80 hours from me booking… and nothing...

Not bad at all!! Priceline did a total mix up on our hotel room sizes but the hotel staff tried their best to accommodate during a fully booked holiday weekend. Thanks Anthony for the help!. Although were still waiting on our extra towels ????

Key didn't work to get into room...front desk person finally went to room with a computer to open door....never did get a key. People very nice but place quite run down. Pool sitting area closed so no place to sit outside on a nice evening.

It’s clear the owners are working to upgrade and clean up the place. I appreciate their efforts, the place definitely needs some love.

Under renovation on the inside but very clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. Stayed for a tournament just 3 minutes from Polo Grounds which allowed us to sleep in a little longer.

Courteous staff, and responsive when we had an issue with the heater. The room was very clean and the location is great with a lot of businesses nearby

The staff was very nice. The room was cheap and fit our needs as we just needed a place to rest our heads. We were only there for about 6-7 hours. Heater/AC not working.

Staff pleasant and helpful, room old but clean. Serious lack of weather stripping around the sliding door. Room was freezing cold (couldn't figure out how to adjust the thermostat) and road noise was extremely loud. Overall, felt safe and was decent value for the price.

Very safe, secure and clean RV park with grass beside the level paved sites. Excellent facilities including heated swimming pools and a clean, working hot tub. Lots of lounge chairs at the pools, outdoor shower and very clean and hot indoor showers that are included (no tokens or coins needed). Library, kitchen, and multiple gas barbecues. Beautiful rv park. Lots to do in the area. The landscaping in Indio is so pretty. The park is very organized and check in was a breeze. Sites are very large and the area is quiet.

Nice quiet park. The staff was very knowledgeable, and professional. Full 50 amp hookups. Coded gate access so it's safe place too.

We love this place! It’s clean, secure, and we feel so comfortable here. We stay several times per year for extended periods of time. This time we stayed 32 days. We feel at home with our little pup and we will always recommend it. The pools and spas are clean, all laundry facilities are clean and operating. We even love the grounds keepers!!!

We didn't stay here in our RV and only visited the social hall for a gathering after a funeral. The staff was friendly directing us with a good attitude. The visit went so smoothly we never even thought about it, really. Park looked clean and had attractive landscape.

Close to restaurants stores! Great amenities! 3 pools and 3 hot tubs! 3 great laundry rooms and very friendly employees! Well maintained

The room was very clean and it was cleaned every day of our stay, which you don't see very often anymore. The bed was comfortable and my daughter said the sofabed was actually comfortable too. The breakfast was okay, nothing fancy, but it worked. My husband did complain about noise from the freeway, but it didn't bother me. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean. I liked that there was no carpet on the first floor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the pillowcases and duvet cover were also very nice. The location near the highway was easy to find, but there wasn't much to see or do around the hotel.

Staff was courteous and welcoming, room was spotless. The breakfast smelled so good. We didn’t partake because we had plans to go out to breakfast.

Clean hotel with easy check in. Nice big room with everythingyou want in a mini suite. Good choices for breakfast. Extremely loud AC in room 209. It started up like a freight train and had a rattle in it every time it came on for a few minutes, hard to sleep through that.

Pre Check-in was simple which made it easy to check into our room faster. The room was clean & the hotel was close in proximity to all the events & places we wanted to go for the weekend. We loved that parking was free for a change. Thank You we will definitely be back.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The beds were super hard and the pillows were flat, making it hard to get a restful night of sleep. The lights from the parking lot are very bright and shine in through the edges of the curtains. The pool was closed and was filled with stagnant dirty water. The lighting in the room was harsh. Had to turn the TV on by hand, but all the other buttons on the remote...

I had a nice stay,the lady at the counter was helpful. Its a hundred dollar room,don't expect the Hilton but its fine for a night or two. I recommend bringing some snacks because there's not much food in walking distance. I would return.

Very nice and friendly staff. The price is excellent, we got parking right in front of the door, with gas stations and a supermarket close to us. Quite place where we could sleep great. The room comes with a TV (I had the chance to watch some world cup games) a big restroom, a fridge, and a microwave Rooms a bit small, but worth the price. Great price/quality ratio

Not a bad place for a low cost motel. Has a very 60's feel. Hot pink shower tile, trimmed in chocolate brown. Comfortable, clean pool. Realtively quiet, despite close proximity to both the highway and railroad tracks with very active switch engines. For the most part, rooms are clean and we'll maintained. I believe they should take a page out of Motel 6's recent refurbish book and get rid of all...

Check in was super easy, guy at desk was very nice. Upgraded me to a nonsmoking room at no additional cost. Room was clean and nice sized. Plenty of parking. Close to everything, especially to CV Vaqueros, where I have an event tmrw and where my horse is staying the night. Not familiar with area, so was a very pleasant surprise that it was so close. Haven't tried bed or shower yet, so might have to...
