Nice place and atmosphere. Comfortable rooms. Great location.
Room service for essentials like body wash, bottle in bathroom was either empty or did not work. Requested a new one but when service person showed up he said they were out of them, so no replacement.

I was there on a family vacation and we all had a great experience, i noticed the only thing alot of members who vacation there can complain about was the pool and arcade/theater hours. Keep the fun open longer!😄it's so hot out there it would be nice to enjoy the pools without the scorching heat.

Beautiful Resort!!! We arrived for our family vacation & nice greeted! We arrived before check time! We had to wait about 30 minutes to get our room & wifi fee with California taxes! The resort is spacious, family friendly, and wonderful amenities! I wish we could rate at half stars... The resort is really 4.5! 😊Overall, really nice! Highly recommend !

We had so much fun in the pools and lazy river! This Worldmark was 116°-120° in the last 5 days. If you like the heat, this is the place! They upgraded the arcade and activity center in bldg 16 and it's really nice for the kids to play and cool off too!!! We LOVE this place

It's so very hot. We're talking over 120 degrees every day. The pools are awesome, the air conditioner is keeping up. The public use grills are so useful. Everyone is kind. There is a free use theater space where we've watched a few movies.

This resort has numerous amenities, to highlight a few: Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Lazy floating river, BBQ grills, coffee and sandwich shop. We had a 3 bedroom suite, our guests had a two bedroom suite. Each room was equipped with 2 full bathrooms, kitchen with dishware, flatware, and 3 televisions. The resort has a guard at the entrance to prevent unregistered guests. Security and maintenance staff are helpful and friendly.

WorldMark Indio is the perfect mix of family-oriented wholesome entertainment and summer vacation. Their spacious property allows for two huge pools and three hot tubs. The feeling in the high desert here is Sublime. Peace out

The location seems to be in the middle of nowhere but that is one of its draws for us. Beautiful well kept grounds. The kiddie pool, larger pool, and the lazy river are the best. So much fun for the kids. The rooms are great comfy homey and great for our family. Service has been great as well. Highly recommended by me.

Great hotel, not enough parking. Many cars were parked at the red curbs blocking other cars because there weren't enough spaces. Also, someone in a hotel uniform pounded on our room door at 11 at night then told us that he thought the room was unoccupied. If he worked for the hotel why didn't he have the key? And why didn't he know it was occupied? And why 11 at night? Just seemed strange...

We ended up staying with family at the last minute. What a great place. Nice equipped kitchen. Great pool area, very crowded, only downside. Enjoyed the lazy river and the pool. Walked the facilities. Lots for kids to do which I thought was great. We had a very relaxing day and night
