WorldMark Indio in Indio

First time here and already expect to try and come back whenever possible.
My uncle is a VIP owner here and I've already enjoyed this place.

The room is roomy, clean, and comfortable, the kitchen has (almost) everything you could possibly need, the views are great, the staff are friendly, the cafe and market are convenient, everything has been great!

Here for my birthday this year, (Jan. 25) so it's extra great!

Loved the stay. Pool was great. The golf course was awesome. The balcony was sweet too. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a resort as packed as this place. Probably cause people have a great time. Resort in background of pic

We had a 1 BR condo on the north side of the complex. The ponds around the property are really nice. Large pools and a lazy river accommodate a lot of people. Numerous BBQ grills scattered about a well. It's nice that there is a small store/ grill on the property. We had a pizza and it was pretty good. The only reason for the 4 start rating for the room was the carpet. It seems a little dated. The staff is always friendly and willing to give you what ever you need.

We stayed at WorldMark Indio over the Christmas holiday for our first visit to the Palm Springs area. Overall, it’s a nice resort, especially if you’re looking for a place to mostly stay on property and relax.

Positives:
The facility itself is very nice and well maintained. There are two pools with plenty of pool chairs, so it never felt crowded. If you enjoy grilling, this place is BBQ heaven—there are tons of grilling areas throughout the property. Golfers will appreciate having a golf course right next door.

The activity room is well done and includes a small convenience store, which was handy. It’s a large complex (400+ units), but it’s easy to get around. Staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The unit décor is standard timeshare style, but comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were nice.

Negatives:
There’s no pool bar, which was a bit disappointing for a resort-style property. The location is about 15+ miles from Palm Springs, so it’s not very convenient if you plan to spend a lot of time exploring the greater Palm Springs area—it’s better suited for those who want to stay close to the resort and only venture out occasionally.

We also had some in-room issues: our Roku wouldn’t work, and some of the lights randomly kept going out, which was frustrating.

Overall:
WorldMark Indio is a solid choice if you want a resort-focused stay with good amenities and a relaxed atmosphere. If your goal is to be close to downtown Palm Springs and constantly on the go, the location may not be ideal—but for a quieter, resort-style experience, it works well.

Room service for essentials like body wash, bottle in bathroom was either empty or did not work. Requested a new one but when service person showed up he said they were out of them, so no replacement.

I was there on a family vacation and we all had a great experience, i noticed the only thing alot of members who vacation there can complain about was the pool and arcade/theater hours. Keep the fun open longer!😄it's so hot out there it would be nice to enjoy the pools without the scorching heat.

Beautiful Resort!!! We arrived for our family vacation & nice greeted! We arrived before check time! We had to wait about 30 minutes to get our room & wifi fee with California taxes! The resort is spacious, family friendly, and wonderful amenities! I wish we could rate at half stars... The resort is really 4.5! 😊Overall, really nice! Highly recommend !

We had so much fun in the pools and lazy river! This Worldmark was 116°-120° in the last 5 days. If you like the heat, this is the place! They upgraded the arcade and activity center in bldg 16 and it's really nice for the kids to play and cool off too!!! We LOVE this place

It's so very hot. We're talking over 120 degrees every day. The pools are awesome, the air conditioner is keeping up. The public use grills are so useful. Everyone is kind. There is a free use theater space where we've watched a few movies.
