Service was great, everyone was friendly. Room was clean. I am definitely coming back to this location

The room was really clean, the breakfast was really good. They have a lot of helpful amenities on site too for convenience. Would definitely stay again

The hotel is average. Fairly safe. Convenient to the highway.

The hotel is close to the beach, 10 minutes walk away, free parking, which saves a lot of money, the breakfast is not so good compared to other hotels

The hotel is 2-3 miles drive to food place. no safe in the room. had some hair in the bathroom room floor, other than that overall the hotel is decent. i stayed at this hotel before and i do recommend it.

Front desk staff was super knowledgeable and curteous! Made sure every detail was to our liking! The actual facilities and room were very clean and had an enjoyable modern aesthetic. The layout of the hotel was a little confusing to access the parking lot outside of the front entrance. And the views at any level leave something to be desired. But we loved our stay! Cleaning Staff did not make up room. They didn't even leave us with fresh towels, or coffee for the next morning. This is unacceptable. We do not have to call and complain. We eventually complained, but it was taken as "we should know better attitude".

The room was better than I expected and the staff was excellent. My only issue was the AC wasn't working. The staff did offer to switch rooms.

Always great service. Suzie and Lucas had great customer service. During Christmas they were low staff on housekeeping and gave us a letter to let us know they were just doing light cleaning. Always clean and nice staff that work there.

Room wasn’t clean ( armchair is dirty & on refrigerator has empty bottle & Water doesn’t have power and sync. Water is not going well….) It was ok but service to week

Beautiful ocean views, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and pier.

The unit & kitchen was fantastic & being on the 3rd floor gave me a view of the ocean! I love this place & will stay here again!

I can’t say enough about this place! By far the best beachfront location! My two year old loved the playgrounds right on the beach. We spent the morning watching people surf and the evening my daughter sat on the patio (we had a bottom floor room which I highly recommend) waving to the cars as they drove by. Might be loud for some depending on the day of the week. The noise didn’t bother us though...

The room was clean and absolutely perfect. It is exactly what they have listed and shown. Our room was right on the strand and we had the perfect view. Perfect location, very close to the pier and several good restaurants. Coffee in the lobby or a coffee house is a couple blocks away. I love this place. It’s my first choice always when I come to visit.

Loved sitting on the patio facing the ocean to watch the people, the cars and the dogs go by. The room was good, but no A/C so a bit stuffy. We visited in October and was able to keep it comfortable with a fan that was in the unit and all of the windows and doors open. While there is self parking for the guests in a garage it is REALLY tight.

Freeway too loud during the sleeping hours. Requested to be move but wasn't move to another room. Staff wasnt helpful.

Very friendly vibe at hotel and excellent walkable location to downtown Carlsbad Had to request basic cutlery, plates etc for kitchenette but staff was happy to accommodate.

The staff stood out the most very helpful. The room were very clean as the hallways and staircases .

We stayed here to go to the street fair. The room was really good but there was a very bad smell in the hallway the whole time, luckily not in the room. Front desk people were great, very friendly. Free parking and a big lot, no trouble finding parking. There were a few sketchy people hanging around the lobby.

I found my stay more than satisfactory for me or a family. Close to the activities in Carlsbad Village, yet a fair price.

katie at the front was always amazing & always had a great attitude even early in the am which is hard for most people . they had pots and pans & anything else you needed on hand . the rooms were very spacious, the bed was so cozy that you felt right at home . the ac system was amazing . the housekeeping staff was great as well

Breakfast waffles were good, but i saw a black guest and her son. Take and make 9 waffles using all the batter and coughing up a storm at cereal bar. Nasty jungle people.

the rooms overwhelmed you with the smell of pinesol. Location is convenient and in good safe area

They can order a few more items in the breakfast buffet

Racheal is awesome. It was very clean. I felt very safe. My husband and I went to see a show and was given wonderful directions and the breakfast was great too the waffle syrup but it’s nice clean. They have every yogurt, the bagels, etc. the breakfast is worth it and the room size is amazing.

Acceptable The room was good for a budget place. It smelled like household cleaning solution, but at least it appeared clean. Breakfast was OK (cereal, yogurt, waffles, no pastries). Security was lax (outer door left open at times).

We did book the hotel 2x and we see improvement. Breakfast is available apple, yogurt, cereals, coffee, pancakes and we are always greeted by Lucy. She's so nice and smiling. There's laundry area and the rooms are ok. They clean it daily. Chair looks filthy though but were not sitting on it so I don't mind.
