Breakfast waffles were good, but i saw a black guest and her son. Take and make 9 waffles using all the batter and coughing up a storm at cereal bar. Nasty jungle people.

The room felt very run down and neglected. The only window, opened to the neighbors balcony. Breakfast was very minimal. However, the beds were comfortable and clean.

The only reason that I am leaving 2 stars instead of 1 star is based on the receptionist at check-in. She was kind and extremely helpful when I had questions. Aside from the staff being great, the place was rundown. Wallpaper was stained and dirty, flooring was improperly installed LVP that shifted as you walked, and the rooms where beyond lacking. The actual suite did not match any of the photos posted at all. If I could have received a refund and stayed somewhere else, I would have left immediately.

I want to open with the most positive part of my stay. Rachel at the front desk, was the epiome of wonderful customer service. Even at midnight(when i checked in) she was so delightful and welcoming. Unfortunately that's where the good stuff ends.
Walking into the room i was hit with a strong odor of stale cigarette smoke. Followed by a urine scent that lingered for the entirety of the evening.
Next, a welcoming committee of roaches greeted me as soon as i opened the mini fridge. The water in the bathroom sink had great water pressure, but smelled like sewer.
While brushing my teeth in the morning a baby roach crawled out of the drain in the sink.
The place overall could use some updates.

The staff was very accommodating, and the room was prepared well, unfortunately the smell was bad and unsafe for my children. Unfortunately there were no more rooms left. The staff and ******* was willing to give us a refund.

Hotel smells like a roach motel everything is outdated and it doesn’t look like the picture? Balcony door don’t lock security doors don’t work, allowing anyone to walking in and out. Over priced!

Talk to the receptionist she’s gonna give me a refund the rooms smell like **** and it was disgusting. There was hairs on the restroom on the floor everywhere. It was a really bad experience.
