The kids loved the pool, slides and splash pads! Everything was clean and the restaurants on site were good. The rooms were nice and new, but several other areas could definitely use some updating. The staff was great!

The service is always the best here. Stayed here for a golf getaway with my buddies and really enjoyed myself. Loved both courses; but the North is by far the better course. The rooms have been updated and are amazing. Looking forward to my next visit.

Overall it was good since it’s next to the park entrance. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. Room was not ready at 4pm, so the staff gave us some hotel credits to spend. Only a few rides were open for early park entry so the benefit was not as good as Legoland Japan. First morning, the breakfast had more than an hour wait. No line the second morning.

Wonderful experience even at 71 yrs old! I Love LEGO and it was so much fun! Electric cart rental was reasonable @ $80/day and friendly team members every where. Food was good and fairly reasonable. Note: they will slow down the Submarine ride so you can safely get on and off.

For the price as expensive as a 5 stars hotel, I was a bit disappointed. The room is a bit dated but kids probably don’t mind that much. Food and restaurants are just average. But the location is unbeatable, less than a min walk to Legoland from the hotel. The only reason staying this hotel is for Legoland, so I can’t mind too much. Overall 3.5 out of 5.

The pool was closed the reason why I choose and I get that they afforded us a different place to go swimming but was easy. The toliet and water pressure and the heat of the water was not good. The room smelled of mildew and the noise from the upper level was loud. We called about the upper level noise and nothing was done. The location of the property is great but the rooms are a bit smelly.

I was so surprised at how large the room was. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything I needed. My only comment would be to maybe have two bottles of water in the fridge, but other than that it's perfect!

It’s a nice hotel in an ideal location. The amenities are great with a large grass area with tables and overlooking the ocean. An adult only hot tub and a family pool and jacuzzi too. On site activities, steps from the beach and downtown and an activity center that gives out beach chairs boogie boards towels etc.

A good stay at the sea hotel the room and bedding was clean i liked that there was no smelly carpets in the room. The seal on the shower door was coming off but it had no affect on anything The hot tub was out which was a big bummer but It was quiet and peaceful . I would definitely stay there again i just hope the hot tub is functioning

No, shuttle bus as advertised and no gym. Gym was closed due to fixing the lobby. The lobby is where the gym was. Overall great staff and rooms

Chain motel, the overall feeling is OK, we stayed for two consecutive nights due to the distance, the service is OK. The room is a bit small, there is a laundry room.

It is okay for single person for a day trip if visiting legoland as location is prime but personally I would not choose to stay again with family because too much noise whole night and smoking smell in the rooms

katie at the front was always amazing & always had a great attitude even early in the am which is hard for most people . they had pots and pans & anything else you needed on hand . the rooms were very spacious, the bed was so cozy that you felt right at home . the ac system was amazing . the housekeeping staff was great as well

The front desk was super friendly. My issue was the location of our room. It was right next to the door leading outside to the pool. So all I heard all morning and night was that door clanking shut. Even with a sound machine on, the sound of clanking doors gave me a headache and I couldn't sleep. So just don't get a room by a door that people will be going in and out at all times.

The sanitation and environment are all good, there is a swimming pool, vending machines at the front desk. It is not far from the beach.

The room is old, probably because it is close to the beach, and the carpet is damp! Parking costs an additional $13.

Racheal is awesome. It was very clean. I felt very safe. My husband and I went to see a show and was given wonderful directions and the breakfast was great too the waffle syrup but it’s nice clean. They have every yogurt, the bagels, etc. the breakfast is worth it and the room size is amazing.

Acceptable The room was good for a budget place. It smelled like household cleaning solution, but at least it appeared clean. Breakfast was OK (cereal, yogurt, waffles, no pastries). Security was lax (outer door left open at times).

We did book the hotel 2x and we see improvement. Breakfast is available apple, yogurt, cereals, coffee, pancakes and we are always greeted by Lucy. She's so nice and smiling. There's laundry area and the rooms are ok. They clean it daily. Chair looks filthy though but were not sitting on it so I don't mind.
