If I could leave 10 stars I would. The staff at this hotel was kind enough to allow us to check out at a later time being sympathetic to our prior situation and having to check in at their hotel around 3:00 a.m. She was kind and patient. The rooms are big and cozy and clean and best part super quiet. It has been a long time since I have stayed at a hotel that isn’t noisy. Thank you for your great hospitality...

Have stayed here twice, both times in March 2018. Both rooms were spacious and clean and the room rate from hotwire was awesome. Nothing was "old" or "dirty" in either room, as I read in some other reviews. I would recommend and stay here again.

Reasonable older property at a low cost. Yes, it's a tired older property, in need of a renovation, but at this price point, it's not a bad deal for the room size. You get more space, in exchange for staying in an older property. Everything is about trade-off's....if you choose this hotel, you are picking older carpets, bathrooms, etc to get more space and more of a vintage feel. Some are weirded out...

I really love this hotel you pull up and there is like big statues of samurais out front and then like these weird lion dog tiger things by the door and go in and it's a pretty nice hotel in the front lobby the breakfast is pretty good too they have the standard waffle machine eggs and bacon and sausage and then they also have a couple different types of cereals bread with a toaster O Meal hot cereal...

My family and I made reservations with another Hotel located in Covina California off Garvey. Once we arrived our suite (at the other hotel) it was bug and mold infested, beds unmade from previous occupant, broken refrigerator and much more. We quickly asked for our money back and searched for another hotel. This is when we stumbled on the "FOLK INN" it was so majestic and luminous really like it...

The price was a bit average, to be honest.

Very warm and excellent service, especially a wonderful breakfast with fresh pancakes. One more support needed: We left a rabbit toy in the room and would like to know if you can share your email address so I can follow up with more details. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Truly love this place! I can't thank Carlos enough for the fast and efficient service! My boss wanted to book a conference room with just a one day notice! Grace and Carlos worked all the details out and booked us a great size room for my team. All of the staff; Carlos, Grace, Fidal, Monica, etc. We're extremely helpful and super friendly!

I was in town for a funeral & my flight got in earlier than planned. The funeral was scheduled for 12:00 but I just wanted to find a place to change my clothes. Though it was 9:30 a.m. I called the hotel just to see if I could do an early check in. Carlos answered the phone and I explained my situation. He said that the housekeepers just started their day but he told me to drive over to the hotel...

This place. Leo, Alexis, Minerva, Gina, Adan - this crew is awesome. The young lady who helped me to know if the omelet was safe for my allergy THANK YOU!! Darling lounge with cute Christmas deco and my room was what I needed. I traveled for work - sometimes it's difficult to have what I need or find it and there were restaurants close, helpful staff, and I will def be back. One small suggestion....

Not bad. Breakfast was mediocre.

Good hygiene, quiet and convenient, I will choose it next time!

Airport transfer service, large room, clean towels, bath towels, bed sheets, and quilts. Breakfast exceeded expectations and was satisfactory! The air conditioner was loud because it was near the airport, and the noise from planes taking off and landing was loud. It was very convenient to get to the airport in 5 minutes

I stayed here a few times already and I still have nothing bad to say .. Has everything you need with a great price . The receptionist was very nice 😊

The room was perfect for all of us, very spacious and benefit of having a microwave/ refrigerator and sink in the room.

Room was much bigger than i thought it would be. Wish the suites had a choice with a bath tub

Great hotel overall. Make sure id is valid for person checking in and card is the same

Modern furniture. Friendly staff. Toilet very low and super uncomfortable. Not that I expect a comfortable toilet. The shower pressure was good. I couldn’t adjust the shower head and water leaked from under the door and on to the floor. I consider myself a medium sized person but the bath towels were too thin.

Awesome staff and great rooms for families suite has beds in a separate room so kids have room to play and adults can relax and both watch what they want with 2 separate tvs

Always a pleasure staying here, i have been in and out of this hotel the past year for work and I always get the best this hotel has to offer , the staff is amazing always and rooms are amazing each one. I drive a work truck and have had zero problems with theft or worries about it being parked over night. Food and stores are close by absolutely no complaints about this place.

There was only a minor hiccup in my stay. The room I was given didn't have an ironing board. But, Michelle(?) at front desk quickly rounded one up for me and all was good afterwords. She even helped me select a nearby restaurant to have dinner at.
