Very warm and excellent service, especially a wonderful breakfast with fresh pancakes.

Truly love this place! I can't thank Carlos enough for the fast and efficient service! My boss wanted to book a conference room with just a one day notice! Grace and Carlos worked all the details out and booked us a great size room for my team.

All of the staff; Carlos, Grace, Fidal, Monica, etc. We're extremely helpful and super friendly!

Great hotel the rooms are really nice. The hotel is quiet, and the breakfast is really good!! The customer service by the staff is amazing. Roxie was very nice and had great customer service!! And I also wanted to give Mrs. Gina in the kitchen a shout out she was very welcoming when me and my husband went down for breakfast , very polite that made my morning. All the amenities are really good, you’re across the street from the outlet mall. And plenty of restaurants and shops.If you’re looking for a nice quiet hotel with great amenity’s and free parking this is the one!! The hotel is really clean as well!!

And one more thing I noticed that all the staff greeted me with good morning when I walked in lobby to go eat breakfast!! That’s amazing customer service and it also speaks volume for the management. Because it’s really hard now of days to find really good customer service. Please keep up the good work and don’t change that.

I was in town for a funeral & my flight got in earlier than planned. The funeral was scheduled for 12:00 but I just wanted to find a place to change my clothes. Though it was 9:30 a.m. I called the hotel just to see if I could do an early check in. Carlos answered the phone and I explained my situation. He said that the housekeepers just started their day but he told me to drive over to the hotel and he would see what he could do to help me. Carlos had a room cleaned & ready to go!
When my son & I got to the room, we received a text message from family members saying that the time for the funeral moved up & the viewing was taking place at that moment and the funeral was starting immediately afterwards. I was able to get dressed and make it to the funeral.
Carlos and his kindness help me in a time of grief. I know that the hotel is a business but it made a big difference when you have staff members that go the extra mile for you.
The room was nice and clean with fresh white linen on the beds. Bathroom was also clean with fresh white towels.

Leo, Alexis, Minerva, Gina, Adan - this crew is awesome. The young lady who helped me to know if the omelet was safe for my allergy THANK YOU!!
Darling lounge with cute Christmas deco and my room was what I needed. I traveled for work - sometimes it's difficult to have what I need or find it and there were restaurants close, helpful staff, and I will def be back.

One small suggestion. An ATM or snack items at the desk. The breakfast is amazing, and the staff that serves the food is wonderful but I really wanted to be able to leave some cash for my room attendant and there was no way for me to get any. (Unless I go off-site, then of course I can find something. But I wasn't using a rental car this particular trip)

Very old hotel, not very clean. Arrived at midnight, the waiter couldn't find the reservation. I gave him the reservation confirmation and found it, but it said someone else had checked in. It took an hour to communicate before I checked in. The process was very unpleasant. I will not stay here again.
