Very friendly staff, check in was a breeze and the room was excellent and comfy. Quiet area and no noise from the next door tenants or from the ones upstairs. Good place away from home

Everything was great!! We are a family of 8 visiting family. It was perfect, enough space to accommodate us all. We had everything we needed.

Kitchen was equipped, but the electric burners and controls were too close to the fridge. Room overall was good. We did have a purse burgled from our car. Not expected anything to come of police reviewing security footage.

What I like the most was it was quiet and I was able to have a good night sleep.

Excellent room very quiet and the front desk was very courteous and friendly. Checking in was a breeze. The room was very clean and tidy and everything about the room made it feel like a home away from home.

We'll stay again! Check in was super easy. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again.

A fantastic experience very much worth it! The staff from booking to the frontdesk staff. I highly recommend it especially if your always on the road or just looking for somewhere comfortable for a night. The staff really shine from front desk to the maids always willing to assist or provide any amenities to help make the experience that much better. The young man at the front counter was extremely helpful, super friendly. The location was good. Nothing super about it but nothing bad either. My only issue was the room not being properly cleaned. There was dirt and stuff all over the floor, sticky stuff on the bathroom floor. Dusty. Overall, the stay didn't go badly. But definitely need better trained housekeepers.

Keisha at the desk was an excellent representation of how someone in customer service should be..kind, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. The rooms were clean. we felt safe. I will say that the beds are hard as a rock, mainly from being on a platform verses a box spring but thats a corporate thing.

Staff and management are fabulous. The house keepers stay on top of it all as well as the maintenance. Very clean and spacious. Pet friendly and they even provide complimentary poop bags, not a lot of people use them however it's nice they offer it to us. They brought back the morning coffee which I love because I need my coffee. Laundry services are amazing and very clean. All around a great place...

Nice for what it is and the price. Staff was friendly. AC/Heat barley worked but it wasn't hot out so it didn't matter. Room had a smoke smell but I left the door open for a while and I didn't notice it (probably got used to it also). The room was updated and pretty clean. The beds are harder. Its a motel so the walls are fairly thin if you're a light sleeper.

The towel tack on tpilet holder were misding, shower old and stained, no soap at all. But it was a big riom, bed was okay and floors Lyxury vinyl. Water was switched H was at cold and smaller sink replaced to older bigger one. It was quiet and i slept well.

Room was missing soap and had no towels or phone and the tv had no channels at all and looked as if someone moved out of here today and they sloppy cleaned

While the Palms Inn & Suites offered a decent enough stay for a budget traveler, it definitely showed its age. The room was clean, but the decor and furnishings felt outdated. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall appearance of the hotel could use some updating. It's a good option if you're looking for a cheap place to crash, but don't expect luxury.

The room is OK, but the location is a bit remote, especially if you go there at night, there are small roads all the way, and it's dark, so you still have to be extra careful when driving.

A decent drive-in hotel, to put it simply, it is. There is a laundry room in the motel, and it seems that many people stay in the motel for a long time, and I don't know why.

Not the best location, but it is what it is for the area it's In. Alot of the neighbors are very rude . Good luck getting a good night's sleep with the consistent arguing , banging on the floors and walls, people knocking at your door at 3 am because they thought u were someone else.
