    there is no microwave in the rooms, no coffee maker, no ice machines, not very clean, the building is old, but the bed was comfortable

    My key card wouldn’t work, she reprogrammed it and still wouldn’t work and accused me of having someone inside with the lock on. The county gives housing vouchers there so u know how that goes. And the area around there does not seem safe at all the homeless and freaks walking around at night

    Well, when me and my girlfriend got this room in 215 as soon as we walked in, we noticed how dirty and damaged the room was. There was no safety lock on the door. There was holes in the bathroom door. There was cigarette burns on the bed. And on the blanket. And the bathroom was filthy when I went to ask the lady at the front desk for a refund. She did not give it to me. I asked multiple times and she kept telling me no I then asked her for her name and she said I don’t have to give you my name so yeah this place is effing terrible save your money and your sanity and go somewhere else.

    Ray, Paulina and Stephanie give good customer service at the front desk. I talk to each one of them and they are courteous to me.

    The facility is cleaned every day. Housekeeping come and clean your room. on a daily basis.l which I like. On the weekends I clean my own room.

    While the Palms Inn & Suites offered a decent enough stay for a budget traveler, it definitely showed its age. The room was clean, but the decor and furnishings felt outdated. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall appearance of the hotel could use some updating. It's a good option if you're looking for a cheap place to crash, but don't expect luxury.

    The room is OK, but the location is a bit remote, especially if you go there at night, there are small roads all the way, and it's dark, so you still have to be extra careful when driving.

    A decent drive-in hotel, to put it simply, it is. There is a laundry room in the motel, and it seems that many people stay in the motel for a long time, and I don't know why.

    The room was dirty in general, the bathroom was dirty and the room had no towels, there was something similar to mold on the mattress cover.
