This is a really budget hotel. There is no microwave. They don't give any shampoo and only two towels.

Horrible! Roaches mold and tv didn’t work. Trash everywhere outside it’s gross not what they make it seem online

The rooms are run down, gang tags inside the rooms. The heater never worked. The toilet seat was broken. Homeless hanging out all the time. The heavy set lady at the front desk was rude and acted as if she was being bothered when trying to talk with her.

No frills, cheap. Bathroom very dirty- poop in the toilet, broken bathroom door but these are corrected easily.

They put me in a room the toilet fo not working properly we flush the toilet water stay then the gime another room the bathroom dosen have ceiling fan and the room smells like urine really bad . We travel from the Bay Area to Palmdale Really bad experience ..

The towel tack on tpilet holder were misding, shower old and stained, no soap at all. But it was a big riom, bed was okay and floors Lyxury vinyl. Water was switched H was at cold and smaller sink replaced to older bigger one. It was quiet and i slept well.

Room was missing soap and had no towels or phone and the tv had no channels at all and looked as if someone moved out of here today and they sloppy cleaned

While the Palms Inn & Suites offered a decent enough stay for a budget traveler, it definitely showed its age. The room was clean, but the decor and furnishings felt outdated. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall appearance of the hotel could use some updating. It's a good option if you're looking for a cheap place to crash, but don't expect luxury.
