Motel 6 Palmdale, CA in Palmdale

This is no longer a Motel 6. It is now a homeless motel. There is a security guard at the front and you aren't even allowed on the property. I made a reservation here through Expedia and according to Google Maps it's still a Motel 6. This needs fixed!

BEDBUG'S!!! BEDBUG'S!!! BEDBUG'S!!!! BEWARE!!!! If I could give zero Stars I would! We checked in late and we're exhausted from our day. The first hint of issues was when we were given the choice of a room with heat or air conditioning because none of their rooms have both. 🤦🏾. We also needed a room on the main floor. Only smoking rooms were available on the ground floor. We got into the room, unpacked and got ready for bed. That's when we saw a bed bugs on the bed sheet. I called the front office to let them know the woman on the phone did not sound surprised! She offered us another room. I opted out to not be exposed to another room full of bed bugs. It was late we didn't have anywhere else to go we were exhausted so we just felt stuck! I went in the morning to tell them we would not be staying for the nights that we had booked and that we wanted a refund. I was told by a very smug owner that he was not going to give me a refund that he would have the room investigated by an exterminator and then if bed bugs were found then he would refund me. Ridiculous! He asked if I had been bitten. The fact that I had not been bitten, to him was evidence that there were no bed bugs! Was I expected to walk around the whole room and find every little creepy crawly critter in the room and take pictures or video of it which I should have actually!
