The neighbors played their tvs like they were in the movies the walls looked like there was mold and the beds felt like they were from 50 years ago.

We got in late (after 11 pm) from Long Beach and were welcomed immediately and given a key to our room. The room was immaculate and quiet, and we got a great night’s sleep before leaving for Portland in the morning. Pro tip: eat breakfast or lunch at TRENDY’S restaurant!!!!!

Staff person was kind and effective & offered good suggestions for dinner options. The accomodations were comfortable and clean with plenty of towels and plenty of space. I especially appreciated how quiet it was, the excellent water pressure, and (with an early morning) that there was a small coffee amenity in the room.

My only critiques are that there was a plastic cover beneath the sheets on the bed (not uncomfortable, but not something I've experienced at hotels before) & that the small refrigerator froze everything I put inside it. Neither disrupted my stay in a major way. I slept like a rock and found a good use for the frozen snacks.

Great staff, answered every question. Room clean but very basic. Only wierd thing was requiring ID from everyone. Has never happened b4, wierd.

Room had almost zero hot water. There was a terrible ordering the room and I woke up to animal feces and urine all over my door mat. I had to jump over it to even be able to get out of my room

Spotless, peaceful, and priced for value. The hotel sits at Redding’s quiet north end—an easy drive to shops and restaurants, but far enough away to feel like a retreat. The retro ‘time-capsule’ shower delivers hot water instantly and works perfectly, and the generous dresser space makes longer stays effortless. The only negative was the slow wifi. I had to use data for my conference call.

Although the service was pretty normal, the first room that my wife and I were given was not up to the cleanliness. Standard that we have received at previous bookings. The floor was sticky wh3n we walked on it. There was a very large spider in the bathroom. The bathroom floor was sticky and appeared dirty.

The staff was understanding and gave us a different room. However, the television in this room did not work. Apparently, someone had taken the primary cable for the antenna, which the staff was able to get a replacement. However, the staff failed to program the television, which required another trip to the office and complain. FInally, the television issue was resolved.

This in all of our stays at this facility was about the worst. Poor cleaning standards, lack of the follow through on status of room conditions prior to someone having the room released for use.
