I did enjoy my stay here at this Inn. I love the views here and they did have the continental breakfast that also had helpful employees here. A swimming pool that was clean, laundry and dry cleaning service, vending machines, fans, disposable razors, and free wireless network. I recommend this location.

Nice little place walking distance to the water and State St. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. If you stay here do try the fresh cookies in the lobby, they are really good.
The bed was comfortable and the room was a decent size. Our visit was during a very hot weekend and the a/c worked wonderful. The only reason for the 4/5 is due to the fact that the room was considerably dated. Furnishing and fixtures could use an upgrade. An in room mini fridge would also be a nice addition. Understanding that the hotel is older and has normal wear and tear which is to be expected. The price point is consistent with other places in the area. Not a bad place for a night or two.

We’ve stayed here twice, including with a big group (Porsche Club-Riverside). They were extremely accommodating and coned off some parking spaces for our group.
The rooms were clean.
Located a block from the beach.
The staff was helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was included.
We would definitely stay here again.

Charming motel walking distance to everything including the ocean. Amazing staff. Took off 1 star because there were loud altercations 1 night and the other night there was a beeping noise all night (like a dead battery alert). They say there is an over overnight staff to keep an eye out but he was unavailable and when we finally found him he was unhelpful.
All in all, we would stay here again. They have good prices, clean rooms, great location, washer dryers available and friendly helpful daytime staff.

Has a wonderful stay. Rooms are quite clean and well furnished. Location is excellent walkable distance from beach and Stearns wharf and funk zone. Front desk was very helpful and friendly.
Their baked cookies are a must try.

Great motel in SB. The room was great, well furnished (lacked a fridge though).
Service was awesome, Ben (who speaks fluent french !) checked us in and helped us multiple times, he made the stay a really pleasant experience.
They have a laundry room with washer/dryer, takes quarters: 2.5$ for the washer/2$ for drying
Location is perfect, step from the beach while still being quiet.

Only thing we didn't like was the spa and pool being at opposite sides of the motel.

(Also, freshly baked cookies? Yes please)

This place is great, nice rooms heated pool and spa. Kne block from the beach with convenient walking access to Santa Barbara coast and shopping. Love this inn definitely recommend it and will be returning.

This restaurant is a historical landmark and is quite famous as it didn't kowtow to political correctness. Refusing to change it's name. Sambo's is a racial term or may be construed as a racist term or maybe it's the tiger tail children's story. Ring Around the Rosy is about the plague or smallpox can't remember which but we still sing it in elementary school without promoting vaccines or diseases. The argument was just ridiculous. So Sambo's stayed after a drawn out lawsuit and there might have been a public opinion measure I was too young to vote. RIGHT next to Beach. Good food Hard to find parking.

Really good breakfasts...great hot corned beef sandwich! They serve a basket of complementary fresh baked mini muffins (blueberry, chocolate chip ). Right across the street from Santa Barbara pier...nice casual atmosphere with patio seating and view.

Sambo's is great, it is located close to the beach so you can enjoy your meal and the view at the same time. They bring out these mini muffins that are not only cute but yummy. We stopped here for breakfast and they offer a good variety of breakfast options. I would recommend it.

OMG. The best waffles and cb eggs Benedict ever! Parking is a hat trick but worth the drive and wait. We got there at 8:00am we're sitted right away. After 8:45am on Saturday it gets crowded. Really, worth it. People here are so nice.

This morning (10/22/17) we wanted to which the Vikings game and they had the only game being shown on network TV. No pay channels. Had 2 bloody Mary’s Spicy. No bueno no taste just heat and vodka. We also made the mistake of orders 2 breakfast burritos. Not a good move, it was tortilla and potatoes with a little tiny bit of cheese and avocado. No egg No meat. Live and learn.

Worst brunch service ever! It was way too hot and fans were on low and made no difference. After a half hour without a waitress even looking at us and asking twice at the bar if we could get a waitress to take our drink orders, we were finally able to place drink orders which came 15 minutes later after I inquired about them and got "atttitude." Half of the food trays at the buffet table were empty ad the line was hot & long. Those of us who ordered a salad or a burger had to wait an additional half hour. So, 45 minutes to get a drink, an hour &15 minutes to get food............Very unorganized. I'll never go there for Sunday brunch again.
