In general average level. The room is clean but there is a strange unpleasant smell. Other guests next to our room keep talking and laughing until late night. The air conditioning makes enormous noise.

We had an amazing time, the hotel does not offer free breakfast but there is a cafe in the same parking lot and food is 10/10

The location is a bit remote, parking is convenient

It is outside the city, with convenient transportation, Walmart and gas stations nearby, and close to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. It is quiet and has breakfast, which is the usual American breakfast with hot oatmeal.

Hygiene: Good, cleaned every day. Environment: The swimming pool is spacious. Every morning you can see people cleaning the entire hotel. It is very comfortable when the sun shines into the room. It is very comfortable to live in this small town.

The room is well-equipped, spacious and bright, with a microwave and refrigerator in the room, which is very convenient. The location is close to the core attractions of the town, and the overall experience is very good

The rooms were spacious and clean. We really appreciated them accommodating our large group on the 3rd floor terrace!

Spartan, minimalist property. Staff was terrific. Given the great location, the shortcomings are probably understandable. Will not return.

A bit pricey, but otherwise excellent.

The soundproofing is a bit poor. The wall-mounted air conditioner in the room is very noisy. The cleaning cart makes a lot of noise when it is pushed through the corridor in the early morning. The facilities and swimming pool are OK. It is not recommended for people with neurasthenia and sleep disorders~

The hotel is located in a very beautiful location facing the sea

The hotel is right on the beach, with a great location. The beach is just a short walk away. Santa Barbara's beaches are also very beautiful. The hotel price is reasonable and the hotel facilities are comfortable.

Across the road is the beach. It's estimated to be worth a thousand, or the house price of more than two thousand is not worth it. It's so small that I can't turn around, and it's hard to walk with two boxes in it. I guess Santa Barbara is relatively niche. Many accommodations are co-operated with Ctrip. In fact, the prices are not expensive and the appearance is better.

We had planned on spending one night here but due to some challenges we had with a car we had just purchased in LA and were planning to drive back to NorCal, we ended up spending two additional nights. Felt welcome and taken care of. Staff was more than accommodating, Room was clean and comfortable, spent time in the eclectic lobby playing games with other quests.

For us this hotel was all about the location, perfect for spending time in the Funk Zone. We enjoyed the heated pool, and our (albeit small) patio for a glass of wine at sunset. The rooms are small but decorated cute, the staff is friendly and attentive.

The pool is the best thing about this place. Restaurant is fine. Bar is fine. Rooms are outdated and tired. Ground level best because pool access. Service is impeccable. So many other nice places to stay in SB.

Lovely courtyard and pool area, nice they have a bar and restaurant on site. Convenient location with things nearby. The rooms were nice enough. I would have liked a top sheet (duvet only) and the nightly rate for a holiday weekend was pretty steep but I would stay here again.

I have nothing but good things to say about the stay and service provided. The Hotel rooms are very clean, and come with a balcony overlooking the pool or they have options that provide privacy. The restaurant attached to the hotel was 8.2/10. I highly recommend the filet mingion with the Mac and cheese and for desert all the options are delicious. I normally don't leave reviews but I was so satisfied with this location I had too. We were in a pinch on a long trip, needed somewhere to stay with ADA capable room and this was by far the best deal. Rooms were so nice for the price and the employees were just as nice and helpful. Beautiful spot with a nice large queen room. Wine and cheese offered upon arrival. Room was very specious and clean and the toiletries were high quality. Breakfast was a great selection and just a really nice hotel.

The staff in general was great, but the housekeeping staff was spectacular. The location in SB is so convenient to so many things from the Harbor to State Street everything is close by.

The room was spotless! The staff was (receptionist Lee) so friendly and welcoming! The king sized bed was exceptionally comfy! Breakfast starts at 7am which we appreciated since we wanted to go out sightseeing early. Choice of muffins, croissants, bagels, juice, yogurt, fruit, cereals, etc. And delicious coffee! We loved this little inn and can't wait to return!

The room was clean but smelled and felt suffocating. Hair dryer did not work. We had to claim our free wine bottle several times and only got it in the morning when we checked out.

Everything was great. Unfortunately we forgot our bottle of sparkling drink. Didn't get to open it. Everyone was friendly and great.

We had one of the smaller rooms and it was fine for 2 people. The room was very dark. We stayed 2 nights, and both nights we were woken at 5am and 3am respectively due to loud noise. Not sure if this was normal.

It’s a small property with minimal parking but the rooms are cute and clean. The mattress might need to be replaced I had a hard time with my back in the morning but you have lots of stores around if you want to explore.

Our room was very clean and well set up, with everything we needed for our one night's stay. The shower was also great and the bed very comfortable. And there was a really good Thai restaurant a few minutes' walk away, and a nice bakery just down the street for breakfast. All in all a really great place for our overnight stay.

This is an older hotel. And parking can be an issue. I stayed in a larger room on the first floor. The veiw was a concrete wall from next door. But the room was clean. The kitchen and refrigerator were in great condition. There's restaurants , coffee and a grocery store all within walking. I would stay there again

Cute little room. Near a locals watering hole called the Tiburon which was terrific. Not really close to anything else. The staff was very friendly.

Parking is easy, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Near lots of good Santa Barbara stuff. We will be back again soon.

The room was a very nice size. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. There are a couple of convenience stores nearby and a few restaurants within walking distance. There was a gas station across the street as well, so it was very convenient for us.

The Manager, Orlando, was extremely helpful and even checked on me because I was very sick. He brought me ice and coffee when zi could barely get out of bed. Amenities were great and the bed was extremely comfortable. Got a vheap rate

Room very clean , front desk manager was so accommodating very helpful of what to do in town where to eat Ect. Only 1 thing is that a fluffy pillow or maybe 2 pillows would have been great but I also didn’t ask for an extra pillow. Location to State Street shops and restaurants was excellent.

The staff was nice , respectful and friendly. However, the room were okay , no fridge to keep any left over food or milk for the kids. The place was nice 10 mins walk to downtown.

The gentleman who checked us in recommended the Santa Barbara public market and our food was awesome. The hotel was a good walking distance to food and shopping.

Staff was very courteous (CJ and Ben). I had some iPhone issues and had to get some assistance with fixing it. We are traveling with our dog, Norman. He is so welcome here by the staff and other customers. Our room has more amenities than anticipated, and it's clean and spacious. Most of all, the staff is amazing. Ask for Ben at the front desk if you have any problems or concerns. He is gracious and more than accommodating. I recommend this hotel

If I were to discribe to you, our room, you would be pretty impressed. Contemporary paint. Headboards and Mirror match, nice size fridge, extremely comfortable beds with nice linens...But what you get for the very high price is just not worthy of another star. No breakfast of any kind, "a squatty potty kiddy toilet that's not suitable for people with bad knees, shampoo but no conditioner or lotion...
