Stayed for 3-4 nights, enjoyed it, no parking lot issues, good breakfast- fresh, and hot. Water pressure was awesome in the shower. Soft and hard pillows. Clean. Would definitely stay again.
They dudn’t have any tea with caffiene in the morning and didn't have pladtic knives for twi days but everything else was very nice like cookies at check in and a welcome note in the room.
Certain breakfast items ran out and were not replaced...pecans and sugar free syrup. Keys cards for rooms were down so we didn't have room keys for 3 days but the staff were very friendly and accomodating letting us into our rooms, the pool, weight room, etc. I think parking should be free as there is ample parking everywhere, including at adjacent hotels and restaurants.
Average property. Chairs in lobby area and breakfast area old and seat cushion worn out. Tv in room was like a computer. Never seen such a small tv in this day and age.
Maybe shampoo the carpet. There’s a certain smell when you walk in the room. Other than that, the staff was amazing and very attentive. Thank you I would stay here again.😊
The room was clean and comfortable. The potholes in the parking lot were very large and deep. The property was very convenient to the places we had to go.

This was not the problem. We had a room where the toilet seat was broken, the vent cover was broken, not iron ,not hair dryer, what was put in the small cooler would freeze, but the worst part was the coffee maker didn't work. The coffee maker was missing a part to it. We asked for another one. We was told that they didn't have any extra. But they had rooms that wasn't rented. They could have given...
The staff is very friendly. They allow pets. There is a small fee for the pets, don't try to hide your pets since the cost of the pets will be 2.5 times what it would be if you just let them know and you will be charged for the room and asked to leave. The rooms could use some work, but for the price, they are a good clean place to lay your head at night.
Ms. Sandy at the front desk is always so amenable and pleasant! Super helpful and quick when checking us in. We have visited this hotel more than once due to her sweet, kind nature! Rooms are fairly big, nice large bathroom as well. P.S. no breakfast just coffee.....
The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Despite past reviews of bed bugs....we stayed and inspected. There was nothing!! It was quiet and for the record dis not see anyone untoward. It was a pleasant stay especially for the price!!
Liked it a lot better than woodspring suites or super 8. More privacy better room.. Altho it didnt have full kitchen.

The hotel is right next to a Mexican restaurant and close to fast food, gas stations, a library, and a couple great trailheads for hikes. There was an scary incident the night we arrived (unrelated to us) and the staff did a good job staying professional and honest when communicating with hotel guests about police presence on site that day. There is coin laundry and free breakfast, including coffee...
The staff is really nice. The location doesn't seem to be the best, and the facilities are old. But the people behind the counter are attentive, specifically Katie. The elevator is very slow, but there are only 4 floors. Eventually I started using the stairs.
Best hotel in the Springs for price. Excellent and courteous staff, excellent cont. breakfast with waffle maker, very clean, great rooms w fridge and microwave. Stayed in different Super8 by airport earlier in week and it was horrible and they still owe me $100. Stay at the Super8 on Rusina Rd, Garden of the Gods! You will not be disappointed!
They are very accommodating towards pets. The staff at the front desk are very professional and friendly. The rooms are nice however some of the rooms need the air conditioning unit serviced. But overall it's always a great place to stay.
Free breakfast and wifi. Allows pets for a $15 fee each night. The room is clean, no bugs. They don't provide conditioner but they do provide shampoo and soap. The cable sucks, so you should probably bring your own entertainment. The room smells weird but they take security seriously, with only one entrance. The elevator is really slow.
The staff are great but it used to be a smoking hotel so it still smells and some people don't follow the rules of the hotel and still decide to light up either a cigarette or marijuana. I know its Colorado but it's a hotel

location, cleanliness, room with a kitchen. My son who is stationed in Peterson SFB for the next 4 years lives very close to the hotel.
The rooms were very nice and organized well the staff was very friendly and helpful whenever you had a question I really enjoyed my stay there
Place was clean and staff was friendly. Seems to be poorly managed. Breakfast is minimal and you have to walk across the parking lot to Springhill Suites to eat, some exterior door card readers are broken, and general disrepair around the common areas. All of which are minor inconveniences, but looking at the state of things and the wear on the signs notifying of those things, they've been broken/unavailable...
Employees were extremely friendly. The woman who does the breakfast even put back out the waffle mix when I was a few minutes late to accompany me and rooms were clean. I appreciated having a kitchen and larger refrigerator. Only drawback is, yes it is close to the airport, but far away from everything else, including stores and supermarket.
Stayed here multiple times. The staff is wonderful and amenties are amazing. I have three kids and Towneplace Suites is my first choice of hotel when traveling. Depending on your length of stay, the available kitchen can save hundreds of dollars on meals.
The room is very spacious and comfortable. You forget you're in a hotel and feel like you're able to breathe more. Place is clean and the staff is very friendly. Stay here!

The location was super close to the Broadmoor where we were attending an event.
Overall, a good stay! I stayed at the Courtyard for 2 nights for a convention happening in town. Overall, the stay was good. My only negative feedback is that the shower had hairs in it and the toilet seat cover had hairs on it as well. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you to the kind reception staff!
Great Customer Service Employee at the front and food area were extremely responsive and friendly!
Suboptimal housekeeping. Walls s-lettered with unknown substance, No Kleenex - empty box, partially used coffee condiment package, no new condiments, water in ice bucket from previous guest.
We arrived with a large group/team, the staff was incredible and very accommodating. The public areas were under construction which we were not notified of but the staff did the best that they could to assist us. Definitely recommend staying here but check to make sure the remodeling and updates are complete if you have a family.
This hotel is located in an excellent location. It is set back off the road so it is a very quiet location yet accessible to highways..

Not sure if others experience with this place, but as a frequent traveler throughout the country, I thought this place was excellent for a budget hotel. The management was nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, and the room was updated and clean.
I would give more. From Jimmy Toshia The Wonderful House Staff they all make you feel at home. I realized that they are rules that need to be followed by everyone. But there is plenty of places to walk or people to talk. The point if given a chance the folk Shine like Diamond. How do l know. I am a Entertainer l stay at a lot of places. Econo is like going home.
Pet friendly place nice rooms for the price and quiet considering it's off the I
There's no door on the bathroom.. No idea why. And it smelled a little bit like animal urine in my room (this is a pet friendly place). I only stayed for one night over a road trip and other than the smell and the lack of privacy for the bathroom it was good. The free breakfast is always a plus!
Cheap but decent place to crash for the night. Some sketchy guests hanging out outside smoking but I have no incidents.
Fun place with a waterslide, indoor/ outdoor pool & jacuzzi and views of the Rockies

Words can't begin to explain how amazing Dave and Rochelle are!! Super nice, straight forward, guest comes first attitudes and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay special. The rooms are super cute and newly remodeled, always very clean and welcoming as is the property. With the modern BBQ area and restful Zen garden you kinda forget you're downtown! Definitely a hidden gem on Nevada....
It's a quaint motel, we stayed for five days. They were still renovating, but it wasn't noticable and didn't interfere with our stay. The new owners are lovely people. We loved having a carport right outside the door. It made it easier unload the car. It's non-smoking, but my kids didn't mind because of the carport. We are staying there again next year, because this is going to be our yearly vacation...
We originally reserved a room under the previous owner. Just a few days ago, new owners took over, so it’s in transition. It’s still all original decor from 1949. Floors need more thorough cleaning and they need new linens. But generally clean. Very quiet. With carports in between the rooms, and thick walls, you don’t know you’re along the old highway. I hope the new owners improve the place. But...
Excellent hospitality from the owner (also the front desk lady). No coffee pots in the rooms, but she makes coffee every morning like clock work. Rooms are clean and relatively spacious, with a microwave & mini fridge. Picnic benches available for a cigarette smoking area away from rooms, which is nice. We stayed for a week and we're very comfortable. No issues at all. Private car ports for each room...
Very exciting place to stay! Believe it or not, the facility was built back in 1949. And the owner has cared for the property! Very comfortable stay.
Don't overlook this place just because of South Nevada Avenue's reputation. Staff is super friendly. Room is "retro", but very clean and well-maintained. Rooms are separated from each other by the carports, so it was quiet and felt private. I felt safe here. If you just need a cheap, no-frills motel room, this is a great option.

Really clean place doesn't smell crazy
The rooms were very clean, tidy and equipped with everything you'd need from a motel. The proprietors were friendly and welcoming. But most of all, the beds were just so comfortable!!
Nice motel just south of downtown Colorado Springs. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms are clean, large and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly. There is a nearby park with a large homeless population, but we always felt safe in the time we were at the motel.
Location was ok. Not too hard to find... The room was clean enough, microwave and mini fridge. Double beds. Small 2 person dining table. But the remodeling downstairs or behind us, couldn't tell, was too much. No warning. Started at 9. We stayed 2 nights, and it went on both mornings. Not good... the construction outside was quieter. They also charge a $20. Refundable deposit. Takes 2 days to get...
I have to admit that when I booked this hotel, I was somewhat trepidatious. Though I've only just checked in, I'm already very pleasantly surprised. The lobby is nice and clean, and more importantly so are the rooms. They certainly are no frills but are welcoming and HUGE! a/c already works well, TV is somewhat updated and all in all very comfy. Great value for your buck!

Old but Clean Clean but old didn’t have a working smoke detector. Bathroom tiles were loose.
It's ok Didnt have any towels and a pillow didnt have a case. Didnt seem like the housekeeping was done with care. Does not have a fridge or miceowave, well room 120 sid not, not sure if other rooms did.
Was a cheap motel that was cheaply maintained. The staff was great at what they had.
Wonderful! I loved my stay! Wonderful service! The staff was very kind and even helped me find a phone charger when my phone ran out of battery!
It's a day's inn...get what you pay for. I wanted cheap and clean. That's what I got. I will say the staff was very accommodating. The young woman at the desk checked vacant rooms to find an iron for me.
bed was uncomfortable. cigarette burns in the sheets, and on the bathroom counter. holes in doors. broken and nasty stained chairs. towels aren't big enough to dry off with. tv didn't work. washer and dryer was out of service. only one microwave for everyone to use and its located in the cafeteria. no coffee or juice or any food in the morning. i recommend staying away from this place but if you have...

no towels in room and the towels they you get aren't large enough to dry off. no breakfast till 6 am. only one microwave and its in the breakfast area and was closed off in the evening so couldn't use it. Tried to contact the hotel and was unable to reach anyone. Left a message for a callback and no one ever called back.
I had a really good time here in Colorado Springs. I got much needed rest and enjoyed all the relaxation of the quiet area of the west side. I will definitely be coming back to visit with my next vacation. I loved the mountain views and all the bike and hike trails.
Well, this place is okay. All of the staff was nice. We had to unplug the fridge to use the microwave. The microwave didn't work well. A few drawers didn't open. Our hall was no smoking. It seemed as if everyone smoked. You could smell different types of smoke though the walls. The breakfast was decent. Waffles, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, muffins and other stuff.
If your looking for a cheap place tho stay it's a good pick. Over all it was ok. Clean bedding and toilet. How ever the walls had something dripping down them. Most likely because it was a smoking room. It was really close to anything you could need. Free waffles, muffins, yogurt and toast for breakfast. The people working there are really nice!
Pros; if you're on the second floor you don't have to worry about stairs if yoi don't want to because of how the building is formed around the hill it's on. The rooms are non smoking, but there is smoking allowed on the patios and balconies. The staff is friendly and helpful. Located close to the highway with wonderful amenities close by, but the highway traffic noise is not any issue if you keep the...
Most horrible hotel stay in my 60yrs. Skid row nasty at every level. Dangerous location. Health Dept. should shut this place down. Super 8 and Days Inn combined. Dirty, filthy, scary. Don't stay here.

At first you’re thinking this doesn’t look very good but it was actually a decent place. There are people sitting outside their rooms but they are harmless. It was quiet and clean. Price was good. Would stay here again.
I have stayed at Uptown many nights, and I’ll stay again when I travel to the Springs. If you’re looking for an old school, comfortable, clean, convenient, affordable place to stay, Uptown is a good choice. John, the owner, will take good care of you, All of downtown Colorado Springs is within walking distance.
Stayed here last night. It was completely booked and near silent all night except for the occasional sounds of the highway. John at the front was an absolute delight to talk with and very friendly, he got donuts for the people staying and I really wasn't expecting that. The room decor was really cute and there was an air conditioner and a heater which both worked really efficiently. Basically, if you...
Does everything a motel is supposed to do. Ice cold A/C, good shower, clean, comfortable king size bed, across the street from 7/11 for $75? You kiddin' me? I've paid way more for way worse. John was great and very professional. No complaints.
Great service! The motel manager is very accommodating and security-conscious (for those of you who are worried about that kind of thing). The housekeepers are really friendly and prompt with any service requests, and are capable of discretion when needed. The rates are great, and the location is phenomenal—just blocks from downtown Colorado Springs and the bus terminal. Overall, a very comfortable...
Traveler's Uptown Motel is the best motel for it's price in the entire city. The staff is always friendly and take care of any problems immediately. The rooms are clean and tidy. The property is well-kempt. Staff are always cleaning the walkways and parking lot. The building is nice and kept in top-notch condition. I stay here frequently. There are no transients or vagrants hanging around, like most...

The facility was lovely, and the people were very nice! The workout facility was wonderful!
Flying Horse’s new lodge is fantastic. Having only been open a couple weeks, they did a wonderful job of making sure we felt welcome and I did not notice any disruptions or issues while there. The staff was wonderful to work with throughout the stay and was attentive at all times. The amenities available on site are first class and I was very impressed by the facility as a whole. Views out of the rooms...
First time stay at this beautiful resort lodge. A few critiques: The shower room wall doesn't have a place to lay a razor or any other item. The reading lamps didn't work independent of the main light between the beds. 🤔 (room 345) The same light between the beds do not have a dimmer, much needed since reading lights do not work. The pillows were not as comfortable. No feather pillows in the room...
Resort and property is beautiful! And our meeting accomodations were excellent. However, the AC system in my room was not working properly. Had to get a box fan to be able to sleep the second night. Also charged $95 for a 2oz serving of Macallan 18. That is $30 to $40 more than what I would pay in a trendy NY bar! I don't appy beng price gouged on business. But the property has spectacular...
Lovely lovely pool area and the immediate area is in a gated community. We found it a perfect area to relax in and all the staff we found to be friendly and welcoming. They are building a new hotel next door but we didn’t find that this was an issue with noise etc. Obviously we knew it was a bit of a drive to anywhere but I can see how for some people this wouldn’t be a good location. A few negatives...
Beautiful lodge. The receptionist was very nice and helpful upon check in. Our room is spacious and has an outdoor seating area that looks out over the golf course. The room has a small couch, desk, small coffee bar with refrigerator and a nice big bathroom with walk in shower. The room is clean and quiet; we could not hear other guests at all. Parking is easy and the lodge is in close walking distance...
