The hotel was clean, but the bed was horrible, when you sat on it you sunk down and hit the bottom board. The continental breakfast was a lot to be desired, there was no water to make your instant oatmeal, the milk was gone and there was nobody around to fill the empty items.

Room was clean. Bed could use a replacement but other than that it's a standard hotel

Very clean facility great staff, stayed here 26 years ago when it was a HI franchise and tbh nothing much has changed. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars are the beds are in need of newer mattresses but they were fine no issues just a little springy for me.

We had a fantastic stay! We were simply looking for an affordable overnight spot while attending a play at the Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts, and this place turned out to be perfect. The room was always clean and restocked. The staff was kind and helpful and the breakfast was great! The WiFi connection was sporadic but we really enjoyed our stay.

It was clean, quaint, and nothing to really criticize. It was also very affordable and liked the breakfast arrangement.

Comfortable stay while hunting out I. Pagosa. Friendly staff & appreciated having trailer parking as we had our ATV with us. We ended up booking 2 more nights & will definitely be back.

This place is absolutely great! The owners actually care about their property and their clients. They even have real coffee cups too for your morning coffee! I’ll be back for sure!

The room was clean and quiet albeit dated. However one area of improvement would be the doors coming into the building which were very dirty and needed a good wipe down. We were distressed to hear about the less than friendly attitude of the owner in previous reviews.

Jim & Odilia are wonderful hosts. We’ve stayed here at least once each of the last 3-4 years. The setting and location are great and the rooms are very comfortable. This place is awesome. The hosts, Jim and Odilia, are so welcoming and friendly, and clearly love what they do. Our room was beautiful - large, comfortable, and rustic.
