Comfortable and roomy, but not accessible. We booked through RCI, Christmas and new year 2025. We got Dogwood on the 3rd floor, which is 2br/3bathrooms with a loft, no elevator. The place is very comfortable and roomy. The building is on a hill, so great views at the front of you. There is a closed garage under the building, one spot per unit, and if you have a second car you can park it at the front of your unit's garage. The Winter Park Lift bus stop is right at the front of the building. We recommend it if accessiblity is not an issue for you.

The facility appears to be under new management. We stay at this facility every year for our birthday ski trip and it very worthwhile. Not new but clean and convenient to ski area and town.

We loved seeing the mts! The dumpster was in the way of my pictures though. We did not know how to find our room. If kind people hadn't been sitting on their deck, we don't know what we would have done. We've never been to a place where we didn't have to sign in with the owners.

Timber Run is an ideal location for anyone staying in Winter Park, CO. The location is convenient to the restaurants and shops in the main shopping area of Winter Park. The unit that I stayed in was clean, spacious, had decent appliances, comfortable beds and furniture.

We had a three bedroom in the Aspen building and found it very comfortable. The bus to Winter Park stops right out in front and runs every 30 minutes. One can walk to restaurants a mile or just ride the bus. Bus only runs until 5 p.m. Watch out for the moose that hangs around the neighborhood. The place is not fancy but everything worked. 20.00 a week for internet and you can use computers on each 20.00 connection.

While this place offered a place to sleep, that's about all I can say on the positive side. It was super confusing to get checked in, as the "front desk" is in a completely different location than the condo. It was very outdated and in overall poor condition. Cabinets looked like they were falling off, drawers wouldn't close, stained carpet, washing machine was broken etc., etc. The worst part about it though is that we could hear EVERY SINGLE footstep, moving chair, toilet flush above us. It was incredibly annoying. If you have any other option, I would take it.

We are spending a week at Timber Run. The first few days we were in the Cedar Building. This building is run down. Although functional, our loft apartment that slept 8 was showing the sign of wear and tear. Lightbulbs hadn't been replaced and half the glasses were missing. The "outside" hot tub was actually in a basement room and hadn't been cleaned for quite a while. We then moved to Dogwood which was in much better shape and actually had an outside hot tub. The Condo was clean and had a washing machine. The resort bus stopped right below the condo. The really big issue with this place is that you are only 1/4 mile from a railroad crossing on what is a mainline east/west coast line. Throughout the night you hear multiple train whistles. This is likely an issue for multiple Winterpark resorts and certainly a question I would ask for any I was considering

Timber Run Condo nice and roomy. Beautiful area and view from Condo. Trip to Grand Lake beautiful. Quaint little shops. Also Grandy town cute and had their county wide Halloween contest. Amazing how many kids were from around area.

Timber Run is well past its prime. Could not get sleep because the beds / bedding / pillows are awful. Disappointed with the tiny bathrooms in cleanliness and certain things were broken and needed replaced or fixed. Needs major renovation and updating inside and out to ever be considered as a nice resort.

Check in was no problem and this resort has a great location. Our unit was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. The resort is dated and could use some upgrades overall but it was good for our trip and we enjoyed it very much.
