Vīb Hotel by Best Western Denver RiNo in Denver

The room was clean and the staff was courteous. The shuttle requires 48 hour notice and was not explained before arrival. The parking garage is quite a distance from the hotel. A coffee pot in the room would be beneficial. Breakfast should be explained that it was not included.

The room was clean and the staff was very great. The rooms however are set up very weird. The TV was hanging on the wall on the side of the bed and they had one small chair in the corner so in order to watch TV you have to all sit on the side of the bed with one of you in the chair. There was an office space that was behind the bed that was a very long desk and wasted space unless someone needed to set up 4 screens to work, you are good to go. I'm not sure who designed the layout of the rooms, but they obviously do not travel with family, or to relax.
They had a mini bar in the room, and a coffee shop downstairs sort of a Starbucks but not named that, but the coffee was good but expensive. The person making the coffee was probably the nicest person there. and like I said the staff was great.
I travel a lot, but probably will not stay there again just due to the fact of how the rooms are set up.

Everything was perfect but the low water pressure for the showers was a huge comfort loss. Especially in this time of the year where the room is cold. Staff was nice, snacks and beverages were good. No complaints otherwise.

Too expensive for what you get, I get you're in the Rino district but you are a best western as well. All rooms should have at bare minimum a refrigerator and microwave, also ridiculous to charge for what is generally given as a courtesy for early check in late check out and no breakfast. Doubt I would stay here again, only if there were no other options.
