The stay was great. The staff was helpful and friendly, however the air conditioning was poor. We even mentioned it to the working in the bistro who was sweating and had a fan.

When you make the reservation they let you know that the breakfast is available and has a cost of 4 to 11 dollars, but they never specify that what is available is a starbucks with their normal prices. Please specify this type of detail

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was fabulous specially Chris at the Tiki Hut. She made our visit fun. All the staff was pleasant and accommodating. There is construction going on but you could barely hear it, only at mid day! Nicely done. The rooms were awesome and neat and clean!!

Great place to stay prior to boarding a cruise. Denny’s next door open 24 hours so you can arrive late and still get dinner. Breakfast buffet in La Quinta was also quite good ( for a free breakfast buffet)

Nice, clean reasonably priced facility. Great pool for children! Very friendly staff. Made me feel welcome. Definitely would stay here again. Fixtures in my room could use servicing, but that would not deter me from staying. Good value for my dollars.

My daughters and I stayed here for a night before we left for a cruise. The entire staff was absolutely incredible. They were so welcoming and nice. The room was cozy, clean and easily accessible. There is beach access directly across the street and everything is close by and walkable. When we returned from our cruise the hotel held our bags for us so we could walk around until it was time to leave...

We were VERY surprised with how nice and clean the room was. We stayed 2 years ago at Hilton in Cocoa Beach and it was much more expensive, but rooms were in a poor state, so our expectation was low. However, the room was amazing! The only inconvenience is the AC unit in the room, it is really noisy, so might recommend getting ear plugs.. But it takes 1-2 days to adjust to this noise. We stayed at La Quinta for a conference we were attending nearby. The service was friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out were easy, the room was clean, the bed comfortable. The pool is very nice and the breakfast (for a self-serve cafeteria style) was easy and tasty. This was the second time I had stayed there, and both times were good experiences.

The staff is so friendly. We stay here often and anytime I have needed anything they are very quick to help. My Keurig didn't work so maintenance looked at it and decided we needed a new one and brought one right away. They are just awesome! Very clean pool, they play some good music over the speakers. The deluxe room is slightly bigger so if you are staying for a few days I recommend the deluxe.

Absolutely love this place! Full kitchen in rooms, lovely outside setting with direct access to the beach and perfect for any type of traveller (I was solo travelling). Also lovely staff and info about check in after closing time will be sent to you via contact details if after 8pm. Would definitely recommend if small beach resorts are your thing! My mom and I found this little gem on our trip to Cocoa Beach. Cocoa Beach is my moms favorite place to be and she has major health concerns so we started a her bucket list and this was the first on the list. Great little pet friendly, beach side surfers' motel. Nothing fancy, but there's a path down to the beach, a closet full of beach gear you can use, an outdoor shower, barbecues, hammocks, & shaded picnic tables. Rooms have kitchenettes and a divider between bed and futon/tv/kitchen area.

Be ready to travel to find food. There is no real shopping or sites in the area. The rooms are clean, dated but clean. If you want an out of the way beach spot and dont mind older amenities its a good fit.

Location is good, you are right on the beach. Sheets and blankets smell amazing. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Great view. Cute nostalgic hotel on the beach. Hotel is a little run down. Had an absolutely great time stayed 4 nights. The staff is wonderful. Rooms are clean and motel is ocean front and pet friendly what more could you ask for? Beautiful sunrises!!

Beach island resort is just charming. From the minute you step into the walkway, you have a beautiful view of the ocean and all of the charm is evident from the landscaping to the old Florida décor. Manager John and his wife Sherry always go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our family has been going to Beach Island Resort for about 12 years. It is truly a family style resort.

This is one of the best hidden hotels in cocoa beach... The rooms are nice and big, they have a bedroom and a living room with a full kitchen. These are not hotel rooms, they are whole 1 & 2 bedroom apartments right on the beach that were originally made for astronauts. This place has been around since like the 60s/70s and yes it feels just like you walked into the 70s/80s walking into any one of the rooms, but that's exactly what makes this place so awesome!
