Hotels in Fort Myers

Staff was very nice. A problem we had was their were 4 of us in the room and trying to get 4 towels and washcloths was a hard task, also coffee in room.

Door to room sticks and very loud. Woke everyone up when opening or closing the doors. Popcorn on floor. We didn’t have any popcorn while we were there. Poor service in one of the restaurants. Food took forever to get and was not very good. Overcooked fish for a premium price. Store staff was unavailable when we wanted snacks.

The staff was so welcoming and kind. Upon arrival, Frank welcomed me warmly, and upon departure, Nelson was equally kind. The front desk staff and restaurant personnel were wonderful as was the food I enjoyed there. It was a relaxing week at the hotel and its beautiful setting on Sanibel.

The grounds were beautiful and it was wonderful to sit on the balcony and watch the water and boats coming and going. My only negative is that there is no option for coffee until 7:00. So being an early riser, that was disappointing.

First room had bad drain clogs. Had to move to another room from the smell. 2nd room was OK but shower water temp varied wildly so OK not great. The staff was very nice and friendly.

No hot water one morning due to water company and we’re not told and needed to get to appointment and couldn’t take a shower!!!! Bistro closed early so couldn’t have breakfast a few mornings.

It was below my standards for a Marriot Courtyard facility. The sink wouldn’t drain water properly. The iron was broke in the room.My room didn’t smell fresh the first night but housekeepers cleaned it my second night.

Wished they would have had an ATM had to leave to go get cash and then try to exchange $10 at front desk for washer & dryer.

Upper balcony needs chairs. Breakfast was limited and pricey. Fortunately there’s a Dunkin close by.

Fast and easy check in their rooms are amazing nice and neat convenient location close to everything eight minutes to downtown Fort Myers excellent! I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was okay, staff was polite and helpful, air condition worked fine, parking was a little odd but okay, but the fact I had to pay $100 for whatever she said it was for wasn’t worth it. The property needs work but you get what you pay for

Standard room. Nothing fancy or exciting. Good spot if you’re just there to sleep and shower.

Not a bad place however the entry door was hard to open and close. No breakfast was served.

Its a great hotel nice maids nice rooms as well

The property was clean and well kept and was great unless you wanted to watch TV, get some ice, use your key to get into the building. All of the amenities were not working.

When i asked for my bedding to be changed after the first night because i spilt coffee on the sheets the first woman put it off on another woman. Once I was able to communicate what i wanted to the woman who spoke no English she understood i needed the bed changed. I left money on the bed and went out to take care of some business. Overall good experience besides a cockroach was on the wall while we were in bed laying down & the bathroom wall next to toilet needed to be wiped down. Other then that the bed was comfortable, staff was friendly & the area is convenient

King room with complete kitchen.Everything nice and clean. Bed was really close to wall making person sleeping in right side squeezing between bed and air conditioner.

The room was spotless, bathroom and towels were clean. The room comes with a full size refrigerator, kitchen sink, convection heater top along with plates, knives, cups and forks. Great place to stay.

The rooms are nice and with modern furniture, some have a well equipped kitchen. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. The place is very quiet and convenient for the beaches and the bay. There is also a nice swimming pool

The manager, Ty and the front desk lady, Raven both made us feel extremely welcome. Very friendly and family atmosphere. This has been a week of no stress, no anxiety, and so very relaxing.
