Cottage B is a charming cottage with a king-sized bed, comfortable sitting area, full kitchen, remodeled bathroom, laundry, WiFi, smart television, HVAC that cools and heats, beach supplies, private outdoor patio, and parking.
**Cottage A and B are attached under one roof line. The porches are adjacent, but not shared. I have pictures that show Cottage A on the right and Cottage B on the left.

**Guests of course, would rather not have construction, but saying that, we still have 5 star reviews and reports that the construction happens until 3/4 p.m. and not on weekends. As we are so close to the beach and Old Naples, plus the National Parks and Everglades, there is enough to do to avoid construction hours. The house has two beautiful bedrooms, each with a bathroom attached. There is a bonus entertainment space off the king bedroom. The house has an upstairs unit that can also be rented if available. The brick steps lead to a landing that holds two white rocking chairs, and French doors open to a large living room filled with air, light, and comfort. Antique writing desks allow you to stack your mail and books or finish a day's work. The living room has an oversized comfortable sofa, side chairs, and a coffee table across from a large mounted television. The full kitchen is on the left side of the house, with a half wall between the living room and table for six. The porch seats six and has two umbrellas.
