Hampton Inn and Suites Panama City Beach/Beachfront in Panama City

The location of this hotel cannot be beat. Oceanfront with an expansive beach, and the pool area is top notch h, extremely well maintained and the deck clean. The rooms would get 5 stars if there were some sort of dresser or armoire in the room for clothes-unpacking isn’t something you can do. The staff here is probably the nicest and happiest I’ve ever come across- people going about their duties actually singing and smiling, it was refreshing to see. The managers are very attentive and extremely helpful and so supportive to their staff, and honestly, everyone at the front desk is just on it.
Mac in the bar is delightful, and always smiling.
Breakfast is always hot and wells are full, the crew in there constantly cleaning, again, just great employees.
This was our first visit to the area and we are already planning to come back. Great job, everyone!

I expected more from a Hilton property.

First, the positives: Jessica at the front desk was fantastic—friendly, informative, and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was also great with a wide variety of food and drinks.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t match that standard. The rooms had single-ply toilet paper, which doesn’t feel very “luxury.” The hair dryers are missing hair guards and actually pulled my hair out while using them. The AC never got truly cold, so the room never cooled down properly.
The biggest issue was when our room key stopped working. I called the front desk and explained I had a sick child with me in the hallway and couldn’t leave to go downstairs. I asked if someone could come help us open the door. Even after telling them I had my ID with me, they refused and insisted I come to the front desk.
A couple bright spots, but overall not the level of service I expected.

Stayed here for one night wish I could stay longer. This hotel has everything bad super comfy pillow is perfect. The view is absolutely amazing. Best part of my stay though. Was getting a chance to talk with the front desk man named Cardinal. Very knowledgeable. Absolutely helpful in every which way make sure when you go in. You say hi. Great great guy. Definitely be back.

Clean, fresh, modern and friendly. I was very impressed with the upscale property for reasonable prices. Paid parking across the street with skywalk access to the hotel. Balcony rooms over looking the Gulf. Was surprised at the size of the room. Comfortable pillows and bed for a restful sleep. Woke up to see dolphins swimming down the shoreline. The free breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Definitely a great pet friendly property and I hope to go back soon

View was breathtaking, breakfast and service were great. Location was good. Rooms clean, only thing didn't have bath towels had to go down to get some. Pool area was welcoming and bar service was good. Beach access was easily accessible. Weather was a bit cold will be going back for sure when it's warm.

You know I love reviewing businesses where employees are helpful, kind, and appreciate loyal customers- YES " people make the difference" This is a wonderful hotel where Victoria and Kisino are actually taking care of "diamond" level members. After staying 65 nights this year in Hilton branded hotels I have seen and met a lot of employees all over the USA - These are hardworking and great employees who are making the business better. This hotel provided me a perfect 5 out of 5 star experience- hitting on all areas. This is what a "Hilton" branded hotel should hold as a standard- Friendly service, Clean room, and hold to the loyalty perks that diamond members should receive.
There is no question that I will gladly return and recommend that others stay here. This is a 5 out of 5 star review....and will look forward to the next trip here! Please keep up the good work!!!

Beautiful hotel I love the lights and the vibe when you first walk in the pool is a whole vibe itself with the led lights the front desk woman Tiffany was amazing greeting us and getting us situated for our stay her kindness and hospitality was one of my favorite parts! The breakfast was awesome for a free breakfast selection it wasn’t just yogurt and bananas and if you are like me and have stayed at plenty of hotels you will appreciate the hot items and just variety offered! The rooms were clean I had a corner king suite and everything about it was great the space the amount of sitting space the huge balcony and big bathrooms were perfect the place was clean and smelled clean I have nothing to complain about thank you for a great visit to PCB
