Windemere 1103 in Perdido Key

Overall great experience. Nice place with pool, jacuzzi, recycled beach items if you forgot your own, and plenty of games/books available on floor 3. Pool and jacuzzi were peaceful. They had a large patio overlooking pool and beach, which is where i spent a good bit of time. At one point, we had blue angels formation appear 10 feet away from our balcony and startled us! We went out to watch the rest. Cool experience.

We had such a great experience! Beautiful views & the pool Is soo close. The condo is very comfy/cozy & had all the amenities that we needed. We can't wait to come back!

Still a nice place to relax, take the kids and spend a vacation at the beach. The place itself needs some desperate TLC. The outside molding has mold on it. The hurricane wear is easily seen on the wooden parts of the building. The pool is still nice. The inside of the unit was still very nice and well cleaned (could have smelled like it was cleaned...). It was clean... but while I'm not a very big germ-o-phobe (2020 has me wanting things a little cleaner) so we did take out own Lysol down and sprayed around just for my own well-being. The front sliding doors were left open...when we got there possibly explaining a few bitty bugs I saw on the bed top. The one real main issue I had were many receptacles in our room were dead. Able to trip and reset a few breakers myself and got the kids back room lights back on, but many receptacles were not working in the kitchen. At first we thought it was some small appliances they had were not working but was actually the receptacles.
Ok, the bugs. Like I said the sliding doors for the balcony were BOTH left open... they were tiny. We were on the 11th floor. Had I seen palmetto bugs... you'd find me in Atmore in a motel than there... but that was it. They were tint, probably from outside like a noseum and a flying ant. Big whoop, we're at the BEACH! Great accommodations. We did call in about the receptacles and hope they fixed it after we left.
Windermere still is a great place for the money. It's on the other side of the bridge with less tourist traffic. Less beach noise. I will say this. Try not to get a unit right above the pool. The last time (many years ago) we were down at Windermere, we were on the 3rd or 4th floor and the pool noise and cigarette smoke really rubbed my parents the wrong way and they never went back. Took just my wife and kids this May 2023 after graduation and we had a BLAST! You can even just walk across the street to Lillian's Pizza!! We hit them up twice that week.
Windermere just needs to work on the outside molding maybe some chlorox and a splash of paint... and it will look a little nicer on the outside. Great location. Easy to rent chairs and umbrella on the beach. That crew were awesome! Still another memorable stay at the Windermere.

The condo we stayed in was beautifully decorated. It was managed by Vacasa. They were always just a phone call away and very polite and helpful. The gulf view from both the living room and master bath was amazing. We saw dolphins a few times. The only recommendation I have is maybe replace the carpet. Stained badly next to dining room and slightly worn. Everything else was clean !

Amazing stay, smokers beware... you have to go to parking spot 53 to smoke. Beautiful view and pool and hot tub were nice

Windmere 1003! This is an amazing vacation getaway spot for you and the family! I had to give a 5 star ⭐️ review and anyone who gives this place less than this is just a little too high maintenance 😆. From all of the amenities from the kitchen, laundry room and balcony are on point. The parking spot is convenient and right beside the elevator entrance! The view from the balcony is beachfront and amazing! Did I mention how spacious this place is? Well, it’s spacious and private. The owners checked in on us and made sure all of our questions were answered every step of the way. If you’re looking for a amazing vacation spot then this is your place. Definitely coming back! Thank you for everything!

We had our family vacation here for a week. 6 adults and two kids. The room were nice clean, plenty of space for the family. Beautiful view. parking sucked. It was so tight with a truck. Will go back again
