Check in/Check out isn’t extremely convenient, but the staff is kind despite the long wait times. The property is beautiful, updated tastefully and very clean. The spa could use some work.

The breakfast was great! The cook would make your eggs to your desire. I got up to go get another glass of water and he was already bringing one to me. Rooms were unique and clean. The staff was literally the friendliest staff I've ever encountered, and I travel a lot with my basketball team.

The hotel is very modern and bathrooms were clean and has great lighting and fans. Without having any staff there for check in or out, they still have everything well posted with instructions and sent multiple text communications to be sure you were taken care of. The restaurant staff was very nice and the food is great.

We had a great stay! The location has lots to do nearby, and the room/restaurant below was great. Lots of complementary snacks and drinks, and the no-nonsense check-in/check-out was appreciated as well. We would definitely come back if we are in the area again.

There is NO staff at this establishment which is more Airbnb than anything... I selected it because it had the option to book now and pay when you arrive because I was needing to use an alternate method of payment. Loved the room. As a NY’er It looked a lot like a nyc vintage feel. Staff was great. Super clean. Hollander is where all the amenities are to enjoy like the pool and the restaurant. More of an older crowd. Cons: Not as spacious for a mini fridge to fit atleast and you can hear the outside noise of traffic if staying in the front area. Overall it was a nice hotel. I chose this hotel after walking out of another establishment due to their nickel and dime policies. My stay was pleasant. The room was plenty spacious, walking distance to Wal-Mart and restaurants, and had a 5 mile - courtesy van on the premises. I would definitely chose this hotel again when i come back to the area.

Very friendly staff and the hotel was very clean. Parking lot filled up at night and not all cars had parking passes so that was my only issue. Breakfast was very good.
