We’ve been coming to BILMAR for the past 10 years and I highly recommend it. The staff is friendly, everything is clean, and there’s a fantastic bar downstairs — Sloppy Joe’s. Beautiful views and amazing sunsets. The only issue for me is the mattresses — they seem a bit too worn out or too soft.

Cell service ******! And, I had no choice but use it bc the phone in my room didn’t work. Dining room kept disconnecting so I had to run down order dinner in person and then go back down to pick it up through no fault of my own- they wouldn’t even deliver it to me!

Staff were very friendly and accomodating, even let us check in early. The views are stunning with sunsets right in front of you. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Pool was not extrordinary but plenty sufficient. Trolley stop right in front of hotel was very convenient. Sloppy Joe's had mixed reviews but we had very good luck with them. Cheap frozen drinks comparable to other places too

End of summer get away. We have stayed at the Bilmar every year and it never disappoints us. Great beach is easy to access. Great restaurants and sights to see. Love this area to visit especially in the fall.

AWESOME location! Right on the bay and 25 steps to the Gulf! 2 minute walk to Publix; 3 minute walk to Walgreens. 1.5 block to a Treasure Island Beach, where there was a sand castle festival for 3 days.

Quiet place. Definately need some sort of light filtering on the blinds. The outdoor (all night) lighting is intrusive.

Check in was easy, parking was good, condo was clean and comfortable

Property looks older from the exterior but inside the condo, very clean & has been renovated. Only thing is elevator not working, if that’s a problem, make sure you request a 1st Fl room. Resort has 3floor level. Pool is great, you can also fish since the bay is in the back of hotel & beach is in the front of hotel. Convenient to everything, very walkable, very drivable, 6mins drive to John passings...

Our condo has a full kitchen and had plenty of plates, silverware, cups and glasses. It was clean and spacious. Being on the bay with fishing docks was great. There was a nice pool and beach access is right across the street. I would say this was the perfect place for us to stay!

Great location, nice property, excellent communication. We had an issue with the shower that was quickly addressed. Unfortunately the beds in both bedrooms were very uncomfortable. The mattresses really need to be replaced. Lighting in the bathroom was poor, even for gents. A few updates would have made this an excellent choice.

The location of the complex is well suited on the beach, close to many of our favorite places. Betty in the office was amazing and helpful, beach access, the pool and hot tub were all fabulous.

Gulf Strand is once again amazing ! Starts with Betty in the office. She makes making reservations & check in after-hours soooo very smooth, very accommodating to what we need, she's one amazing lady, the communication is constant and makes checking in and our entire stay run smoothly. During the last half of our two week stay, Hurricane "IAN" was in the radar which happened to be on Betty's days...

It was nice to get away from the Palmetto area and visit my aunt. We were on the top floor and the view was simply amazing. The rooms are very nice. You won't be disappointed.

This place was absolutely amazing! We had a gulf view room, so we had two balconies, one being faced toward the ocean. We had a gorgeous view from our balcony and our room was very clean and comfortable. There were two bathrooms, so it was perfect for the three people that were staying there. Also, the manage Betty was extremely welcoming and helpful! I would definitely recommend!!

We stayed in unit 303 this past week. The unit was nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to cook and eat a meal. Washer and dryer is a great plus. My only complaint would be the sleep sofa is terrible the mattress is very bad shape. The view from the balcony was nice . If you plan on going to the beach the rental on chairs and umbrella is outrageous like $3...

This was a very nice place right on the beach. Rooms are very clean and staff very friendly. Nice pool and hot top. I really liked the fact they had a special wheelchair that would allow people in wheelchair to be able to get to the beach. This was free with no charge. The only fall back is if you run out of toilet paper after the office closes at 5, you would need to go buy your own. Would stay...

The Voyager has proven to be a real find. While the resort is definitely older, the kitchen and bathrooms have recently been updated, to now include a full stove and refrigerator. The location is just plain wonderful! The beach and dunes go on forever! Best of all is the wonderful staff...always service with a smile! We hope to return.

Wanted a place on the beach with a view that did not break the bank. This was nice place clean but older. We enjoyed being on the beach during sunset every night. We are close to other eating places and the the beach walkway next to the beach made walking nice.

Great location not a 5 star resort but very good for the value. Would recommend to any travelers very clean , and amenities are outstandin g great bbq pit area. Also very good restaurants in area.boadwalk is very convenient you can walk to many bars and restaurants. Beach is beautiful and well kept ask the attends on beach they are very helpful

Great place, great location. Walking distance to the beach. Most unites face the beach. Small swimming pools, outside tennis table and grills. Unit was very clean. Full kitchen. Free coffee, and beach towels.

We enjoyed our stay and the very friendly staff! The furniture was not very modern but totally ok for the low price. One step out of the door and you are at the beach, that's great!

Stayed here for a wedding and had such a good experience we came back a year later, and I have no doubt we’ll be looking to return again. Page Terrace may list as a 2-star, but it punches well above its weight. The rooms are indeed excellent, great view and pool, and everyone wants to be there, both staff and guests. I came to Florida with my father to attend the funeral of my Uncle, his oldest brother. We are here for two weeks visiting family and attending service. This hotel is the first one to make us feel welcome and worry free. Big beautiful extremely clean large rooms. The friendliest front desk. Softest beds. Wonderful beach side views. Owner is awesome. She keeps her Page Terrace Beachfront Hotel neatly organized and spotless clean. Friends stay when they come into the area for a visit and we all love the rooms, pool and beach. Walking to restaurants, stores, drugstore, and casual walking / running. Great Staycation!

Let me start with the staff. Whether it is by phone or in person the staff at check in is always cordial and knowledgeable. The cleaning crew is efficient and friendly. The location is excellent! It’s only a few steps to the walkway onto the beach. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well furnished. The view from our room to the Gulf is amazing! Page Terrace is our go-to hotel on Treasure Island

We travel often and believe this to be one of the cleanest stays ever! We loved the quietness of the area, walkability to the beach and channel to fish, and to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very helpful and kind. We will be back!

We had such a great time at this cute, cozy Inn. The rooms were super clean and had everything we needed. The staff were so nice and helpful, and the resident cat, Baxter, was very loving. Perfect location for the beach, restaurants, and the rest of St. Pete. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in town!

We had taken part of the Hot Chocolate 5k in Tampa and decided to extend our trip at the beach. The ladies are great with communication and having extra items like beach chairs , beach wagons, etc. we stayed only two nights but if one was to have a week long stay there is a kitchenette and patio with grills. Our unit was very charming with a berry comfortable bed. The beach is a two minute walk...

Such a wonderful place! Cozy, very private rooms, great amenities and close to the beach and some good restaurants. This is the second year that we have stayed here.

Fantastic Inn near beach and restaurants. Customers are able to use Inn-provided beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles and kayaks. Highly recommend for a beach getaway!

We love the Coconut Inn. We go back time and time again, and it continues to be a first-class experience. The staff is top notch, friendly and always takes care of our needs. We are across the street from the beach, and a couple blocks from two or three dining establishments, with Grace Restaurant being our favorite. I highly recommend the Coconut Inn!

room was clean and comfy. Beach access was great. The staff at check in was super nice. The Miramar is centrally located to restaurants short enough to walk. They had two well sized pool areas and a nice courtyard for sitting and relaxing

Nice little motel, in need of a lot of love...understood why, as it was supposed to be replaced with a bigger resort 2 years ago, but, with what we went through, project was postponed for later. AC was loud, kitchenette was not working. Bed was comfy. The 2 pools were fun. Let's hope owners invest a bit to keep this little place interesting.

Overall, a very cute and cozy place to stay while vacationing in St. Pete. We appreciated how close the resort was to several stores, restaurants, and best of all- the beach! Worn and older but quaint. Very practical. Awesome location, safe, nice pools, Justin in the office is very accommodating. Don’t expect shiny pretty and new, but free parking, close to everything, a pool where no one hassles you. Nobody is gonna yell at you for being up late or playing music at pool. It’s great for multiple rentals and for peace and quiet.

Cute older hotel right on the beach. It was showing it's age a bit. We had a nice stay. Courtyard was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. We even decided to stay an extra night. Tracey was great and introduced us to Larry the bird. They were both a hit with my kids

Beautiful!!! The atmosphere is amazing, local and very relaxing. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous with a courtyard plenty of seating and a grill to cook out. The rooms come with mini kitchenettes and are comfortable. Definitely recommend to friends visiting Florida. The beach view is out of this world. ?

Our room was perfect and fully appointed with everything you could need. Bath towel actually went around my waist with plenty of left over towel. Immaculately clean, right across from the beach. Great vibe with a laid back, Key West feel. Debbie could not be more helpful, she's kind of like an old friend! Don't hesitate.

This is a lovely gem with its clean pool, rooms and convenient location. Check-in and checkout are simple and quick via text.

Staff was awesome. Facility was clean and maintained. Atmosphere was perfect. There were a few things that could use a bit of TLC, but I’m not complaining. The good definitely outweighed any negatives. My only complaint would be about the pool deck. It was a bit slick. I will stay here again.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and peaceful. The pool was very clean and clear. And the grounds are beautiful and are home to many of the native birds.

Check in was easy, it was a quick 4-5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach, many restaurants & shops close by. Felt safe and staff would replenish toiletries quickly upon request. Bed was comfy, room was kinda small but it was only 2 of us. It was quiet and the TV had many common streaming apps such as Netflix & HBO max

Little different not having a front desk to check into, kind of scared me. But they call u and then email ur code. Very nice place to stay!

Good stay. Location was perfect. Had no trouble with the parking garage or the keypad for the rooms. Bed was comfortable. It’s a little noisy, but that’s to be expected.

We had a Great Experience! Room was very clean, it was so easy to check-in when we arrived, (wish every hotel was like this). Staff was very prompt. Contacted me prior to arrival to make sure I had all the instructions for parking and access to our room. The location was perfect! right next to Boardwalk and restaurants.
