Our room was clean. When we asked for an extra chair, the manager provided one from his office! All staff very friendly and,helpful.
Room was superb; however, the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Pillows were too soft and flat; and, I could feel the bar from the bed frame through the mattress.
