Staff was excellent! We were greeted by warm cookies! Mattress was very uncomfortable, unfortunately. My back paid for it the next day. Other than that, it was great.

Loved everything about my stay except I found the bed to be slightly harder than my liking and the balcony’s too close together. Hotel is centrally located to everything quiet and very accommodating and comfortable.

I've been coming to the Double Tree Naples off and on since 1998. Staff and accommodations are always exceptional. However, when the renovations were done a couple+ years ago, the mattresses and pillows were replaced with the cheapest bedding they could get! No more dream sleep for which Double Tree is known! If it weren't for the staff and the location, I would no longer stay here. I don't know who owns this particular hotel, but they need to reevaluate the bedding. I've checked on other Double Trees in my area and all advertise the Dream Sleep bedding. Fix this! Double Tree Naples!

Everything was perfect. The room was so beautiful. The pool was nice and hot tub. Loved the cookies they give at front desk. Beds were very comfortable. The tvs each had games option, which was cool when we were just hanging out in room. Staff was 100% amazing. Will be back.

This is probably one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed for a long time. Best staff ever, super clean rooms and areas. Everything very well decorated. This place is a must come!

Excellent hotel, the staff is wonderful, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The pool is spectacular and clean. The room is super comfortable and clean. I've stayed in several hotels in Naples, but this is one of the cleanest I've seen.

My Wife, kids and I come here at least 6 times a year. Karsen is the absolute best. She makes sure everything is taken care of before we get there. She is so kind and polite. Janavae is my girl. She is always helpful and checking on the family to make sure we are good. Nayeli and Luis couldn't be any nicer. They are very courteous and kind hearted and always make sure that our requests are taken care of with care and urgency. Dave the bartender is like no other. He makes feel good even when you might be down. The rooms are great, the pool is wonderful and the housekeeping staff are the best. We only stay here when we come to Naples.
