Hotels in Hilo

Looks like some upgrades were made since our last stay there. Was clean and comfortable.

Location of hotel is quite good but the vibe of the hotel is so so.

Very dated, time the building was rebuilt. No elevator, no luggage service no food or cafe on site or nearby. Concrete, open wind tunnel corridor to get to our room.

This property is very aged however was clean and ok for a night stopover.

Excellent location to walk in the bay and park and gardens. Near good eating places too. Near airport as well. Enjoyed local food call poke as in pic.

We were given a bottom floor non view room. It had a view of a lovely hibiscus bush but behind was a large apartment building/parking lot. Plus= comfortable clean bed, bedding and linens. Towels smelled fresh. Very quiet at night. Room was clean and tidy. No bedbugs. We were not afraid and walked all over and around to coconut island in the dark! No problems. Minus=old, dated mossy building. 70s military...

Awesome experience bring so close to the falls.

The lotion bottle and the soap bottle are better to be labeled.

No AC inside the house and no cleaning service was done

The pond at the waterfall was incredible! While swimming in the pond, the perspective of the surrounding beauty of the trees and sky felt like paradise. Would return for sure.

Lush waterfall oasis Even better in person than in the pictures. Have a private waterfall to yourselves in a serene, lush setting. Great setting, great people, perfect way to have a quiet getaway.

The location is excellent, in the town center, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's convenient for visiting the volcano and close to the airport. Cleanliness, at least superficially, seems acceptable. Breakfast ends around 8:00 or 8:30, consisting of chocolate waffles and coffee… Is there a deposit for check-in? All credit card information was manually entered, which was a first for...

Very efficient and well-organized facility. I didn't appreciate the requirement to have my photo taken for check-in, since this information is already present on the ID provided.

Super convenient hotel, with chocolate pancakes in the morning, warm and thoughtful service, clean and tidy. Located in the center of Hilo, there is a free parking lot next to it

Short walk from the bus terminal. Very friendly, dedicated staff. Pancake breakfast was a nice bonus, though not particularly delicious. Live Volcano TV and a nice lounge. Unfortunately, there are no outlets by the bed, limited space in the room, and it's noisy due to the street. Bathrooms aren't always clean, showers are too small, and there's no room for clothes or shelves. Outlets don't work for...

Very good, the hotel must be renovated, because after you stay there, you will know the environment inside, including all aspects are very good, everyone must pay attention to it

The room is clean and hygienic. As a youth hostel, the private double room does not have a private bathroom. The service is good and the staff is very considerate. The only problem is that it is facing the street and is really noisy.
