Luana Kai #C-103

We stayed in b-311! Excellent base camp for all sporting activities! We were protected from sun, wind, and rain. The community hot tub social time at night was so fun. Oh and the sunsets! Fabulous!

Excellent resort in Kihei. Staff fixed minor problems with laundry and shower in room promptly and efficiently. Pool area is very nice and includes hot tub and sauna and grill space. Shuffle board adjacent and pickle ball/tennis courts just across grass by the beach.

Beach itself is beautiful but saw nobody swimming directly there.

Beautiful place with wonderful hosts. Not all rooms have AC so plan accordingly. The ocean is beautiful to view in front but rocky and usually not clear so plan to swim further down but always a stunning view during your stay!

We stayed and b105 and the apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The only downfall for us is having to pay for air conditioning and there was no TV in the bedroom. The pool and hot tub was just steps away and really great. Plenty of tables chairs and loungers. This was a staycation for us family of four. Highly recommend this place to any families.

Great central location to many beaches and activities. The beach front ocean view was beautiful-especially at sunset! Our kitchen was fully furnished which was super handy for making meals in our condo. I loved the outside porch and the center courtyard as well. Great place for a great price. Highly recommend!

We rented a Condo from a private owner on VRBO it was pretty nice and suited us well. Each of the condos varies greatly in their amenities and how up-to-date they are, so ask lot of questions. We did not spend countless hours lounging at the facilities but the pool was nice and the hot tub as well. It is a short walk to a decent beach that you can walk at least a mile in one direction. The facilities are close to shopping centers and eateries.

I love this place it's in North Kihei which lot of people say is bunk, however it is reasonable price Oceanfront and beautiful views. It is centrally located and has very nice units. They're all individually owned, however most of them are very well kept. They have a nice pool jacuzzi and a beautiful place to barbecue every night. There is a refrigerator microwave sink dishwasher right at the pool area! Love the Luana Kai!!

Love it! Been going to the Luana Kai since I was a child 25 years ago. Just went this April 2018 with my family of four. Stayed in two room since they were book full for the 12 day trip we planned. Worked out great! They made the transition so smooth. It was like starting a second vacation. Both rooms in C and D Buildings were great. We have had rooms with Garden and Ocean view, floors 1-3, Buildings A-D, loved all of them. My Dad favorite are the Ocean view room. He would start the day drinking his coffee every morning watching the sunrise slowly brighten the sky and listening to the waves on the beach. Sunsets are amazing here as always.
Th Pool and Hot Tub are always a great way to relaxing the evening with the tiki torches lit on the pathway and around the pool area. They even have 6 BBQ with utensils for you to be able to BBQ your own meal.
Mario and Leslie are always great to talk to about food, activities, and life on the island. We miss them dearly every time we leave.

Even the bad weather is good here, always warm and the birds chirping really make you feel apart of the nature here. It's a perfect getaway! The rooms are also huge and offer a washer and dryer which I think are a must now having them. Swimsuits don't clean them selves on vacation ha. Perfect getaway! And great service.
